No it wouldn't. Reality doesn't depend on the laws of physics, the laws of physics depend on reality. Reality > laws of physics -
Playing the victim in society is the easiest ad most devious way to gain privilege. As soon as you play the victim, everybody around you who is not a victim is "superior" to you and from that hierarchical inequality you start do derive privileges. People will now have to treat you in special ways. However, because you weren't in a genuinely "underprivileged" situation in the first place, you simply gain privilege. If I were for example disabled and thus "underprivileged" in certain ways, the people around me who aren't disabled will have to treat me in special ways to allow me to live a more or less equally privileged life in the same situations (e.g. building all sorts of facilities, helping me with daily tasks, showing more compassion, understanding and forbearance for my incapabilities than you might show towards healthy people, etc.). But if I'm only playing to be in an underprivileged position, I fool people into treating me as someone special who because of my underprivileged situation who is in need for privileges to live an equally good life. Playing the victim is directly correlated to narcissism. Narcissists will blame everybody but themselves. Playing the victim is extremely disrespectful towards people who are actually in underprivileged situations, because if I push it too far, people will notice and draw back from helping actually underprivileged people, since they can't be sure any longer who's a con artist and who's not.

But you have no form because you're not a human? You are unlimited already -

@Arzack Denying the suffering of others and saying "oh well they actually enjoyed being raped" is an incredibly ignorant thing to do... It shows no compassion or empathy whatsoever. You can't just claim something like that. From someone who just got enlightened I'd expect a bit more understanding, but oh well... I don't know where you dug up that story but it sure sounds like some made up rubbish. It has nothing to do with "proving" the existence of the Godhead. -
@Breakingthewall The notion of a "you" as a separate self making its way towards enlightenment is the whole joke. "You" don't awaken. "You" don't become enlightened. "You" neither exert any control over the process of awakening nor are "you" a marionette which is somehow subordinated to that process, because you are that very process. If the Godhead decides to wake up, it will wake up and you are that.

@BipolarGrowth Congratulations I guess...? Naturally or with psychedelics? Will this kind of thing become a trend on this forum now? -
@Leo Gura Do you still have your Manifesto about which you told us? Have you actually finished it and is there any chance we ever get to see it? And my main question is: have your thoughts changed about it? Do you still deny the awakenings of all teachers we've ever heard of? (I'm just asking for the fun of it, I love all spiritual teachers)

@Johnny5 What's the meaning of the +1 ? -

2 substances is a word game, "increase and decrease" is a dual conception however. I hope not to come across as a stickler, if that's the way some folks around here perceive me, I'm fine with that. I just sincerely would like to understand. @Leo Gura And quite frankly I have no idea what you mean with "the universe will be gone". This 100%, pure non-dual state is right here right now and the "material universe" never existed in the first place so once again, I don't understand you, but that's alright. -

Then I sincerely don't understand how Nothing could be to more or lesser degrees Nothing. It can't be, only an illusory form could be "more or less". -
Tim R replied to Kalki Avatar's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura But that is a duality??! -

No, not necessarily. Certain quirks were bound to your persona and to the past which your persona thought it had... They can and will disappear with the disappearing of the person you thought you were. -

Gotta be honest with you, I don't understand what you mean Could you give a concrete example? You mean things like Siddhis? -

@Leo Gura This is the one thing I've seen you say in this forum more than once and I feel I haven't understood it yet, perhaps you might explain it to me. How could an ant not be as conscious as I am? I mean, I get it, it doesn't perceive as "much" as I do, but that's not the point, consciousness is not perception in the ordinary sense. It is all one consciousness, the great all-pervasive, all-inclusive empty awareness, it is Nothingness, how could there possibly be "a different Nothingness" ? An ant has (is) the same consciousness, the same Nothingness as I am. Having realized that you are that awareness (independent of whether you've realized it or not) , what is the point in pursuing "more"? What "more" is there supposed to be? (besides strengthening one's non-dual awareness in everyday life) -

Science will have to pull the plug all by itself. That's how proper science works; always debunk old theories in favor for new, better substitutions which one day must become insufficient themselves if scientists keeps working properly -

Those who claim the opposite will say "the teacher doesn't know what he's talking about because he isn't REALLY enlightened" Leo said in one of his videos that one of the ways he determines how legit a teacher is, is by looking for humility in the teacher. If he isn't humble, then he's not the real deal. PS: this was before he went balls to the wall with 5MeO -
Tim R replied to Kalki Avatar's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I sure hope this doesn't become a trend... Just get high on some 5-MeO and you'll be enlightened! Myriads of Buddhas pumping iron in front of the mirrors in their gym -

Just read the comments.. Quote: "Frank is literally 1 out of maybe 100 people who have reached this level in our world”s history." Frank's reply(Quote): "uhh more like 1 i a few millions. Lob you too bro" What? Humility? Not for enlightened folks! -

"Ego" or "Enlightenment"... As though they were separated. This is nothing but chasing an everlasting "enlightened ego". "I'm enlightened"... The irony behind this sentence is so glaringly obvious. No one will ever convince them otherwise, that's why they're deluded, utterly and totally convinced that they're not (since they're so enlightened of course), which deepens the irony to an almost sadness evoking degree. "My spiritual awakenings are the deepest, I'm more awoke than anybody, I've transcended every teacher and every teaching!" What else would you expect to hear from an enlightened ego? -
An episode about the importance of beauty and aesthetics - what is aesthetics?, why does it occur?, philosophy of aesthetics & art, aesthetics in psychedelic experiences, expression of aesthetic creativity as a divine faculty, etc. What is the relation between beauty and truth (seeing the universe as utter perfection, nature never makes aesthetic mistakes)

Tim R replied to Arzack's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
You have to admit though, there's something pretty damn fishy, something slightly dishonest and not very humble about saying "alright folks, I'm enlightened, ask me whatever you want". Naturally one would question this claim. The discussion was rather unnecessary, you're right. I'm somewhat guilty of that, too. -
Tim R replied to Arzack's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Exactly @Arzack You wrote "there are many forms" (concepts/reality etc) and so forth, and now you're contradicting yourself by opposing "experiencing formlessness". You're still talking about a dualistic state of awareness?!
