Is a piece of a jigsaw useful and valuable? On its own it may be shapely and colorful but it's meaningless. Isolated it sits in a box ready for the scrap heap at any moment, right? But put together with all its other pieces it makes a lovely picture. Same as ego. Illusion is ill you shun. There too is wellness you seek. The wellness is better right? The wellness does not suffer, is not miserable, and does not die. Ego is an inferior state, a temporary blight on the landscape, a sick disease-ridden pest, any day fit for the scrap heap. But wait, there is something better when all the long lost limbs are gathered together and assemble as one, a superlative symphony in the making. So purpose is to jump from the one to the other. And this is eminently manageable. And this is the work.

You can end every war this very moment. Don't add fuel to its fire. Even DT couldn't do this on his first day in office. But he's getting better. Maybe he is timing the end of war with Nobel Peace Prize. Who cares if a few more million die. Meantime I will end all war when I choose to too. You can be such a chooser too.

Meditation is, am I willing to discipline myself. And even a minute is ok. During any given minute of meditation, i tell myself, this can be the precise time when God opts to come to fruition.

Stuff in the world is incomprehensible. Science should know this but doesn't want to give up its day job and the perks therein. Until I understand that materialism cannot give answers, I will assert meaning. Meaning could be the number of hours I devote to mastery of or ownership of said thing. Yet it is rubbish. It is rank. It in going the way of the dodo. Thus I see that anything outside hasn't meaning. Spiritual work is, does the one asking have meaning? And it indeed answers affirmatively. I now reframe the outside as having one meaning: everything is a lesson or a mirror or tool for me to know me. My meaning is to get out of dodge since there's gold in them hills.

Fear is, I don't want bad stuff happening. Problem is, the bad is on the way. If today is good tomorrow is bad. Welcome the bad when it arrives. Bad isn't the end. It's what makes you interesting. Every day when I work out, I work out until pain is brutal. Pain is my good friend. And it's not that bad. Take charge of your life and see how fear is equipping you for divinity.

Goals are saying, I know what is best for me. How is that working out for you? The best goal is to remember to pray, please show what is needed here. Let me see with holy eyes. Let me be an envoy that proclaims, all is like this for the best. All I have ever done is messed up the good.

Bible's god is ego's god, a god that believes in punishment and suffering. What a horrible god! God meanwhile doesn't even know you exist. Love cannot countenance fear. Truth cannot visit the false only the false can (try to) visit truth. You are a good story teller. And you choose to keep on doing so. Or not.

How to see it right? The best word I found is forgiveness. Don't just forgive bad, also forgive good. Forgive means to pay no heed to the apparent appearance. Both bad and good want to keep you stuck here. Your eyes will always see the appearance. But you can reinterpret it immediately in the mind: This here is God!

There is imagination and there is reality. Imagination is how one paints over reality. Spiritual work is unpainting reality. Every thing when unpainted is the same. Things have emotional charges which we label good and bad. For example, sickness we say bad. Wellness we say good. These distinctions are what make for suffering and attachment. Every thing is how it must be and when I see it right, I will see what I am.

Yes forms are, anything goes. What matters is the content underlying the forms. This is a choice, ego or god.

You are cerebral not visceral. Which is good. But nobody cares. Button it, my friend. Save it for meditation. When you communicate, tell me something I can relate to. Make your words and message accessible. Don't vomit over me. Give me something memorable to go home with. You are wise I agree. Think deeply but share simply.
