sorry to hear you are despondent and your life seems rubbish what i would say to you is, life is nothing without the 3 b's: beauty, bliss, brain-power beauty means to see the divine each day whether it be in a child's face, a sunset, a hottie in a swimsuit, a painting or the waves of the ocean bliss means to experience your true nature and this can be accomplished through meditation, psychedelics or service to and love of mankind brain-power means to engage in self-betterment and smart usage of one's time and energy also i urge you to know the universe needs you and only you can carry out the difficult assignments that have your name on them you are essential to my destiny and to the destiny of millions like me

first is to drop judging oneself as guilty, i have diminished responsibilities for everything i have ever done, i was doing the best i could with the little i was given, i was acting per my low level of consciousness, i am not at fault and i am not to blame ,yes i do feel guilty but it's faulty wiring and is easily corrected, sin is impossible since it would mean that god is evil, i have made errors and mistakes but that was is in ignorance and arrogance, i knew not who i was and instead i thought i was all that, i now know i am pure absolute innocence and judgement against me is inconceivable and when i know this unambiguously, i know that you are no different

let me try to explain as best i can ego always speaks first, it creates the world when you open you eyes; the ego is searching for trouble and strife and enmity everywhere it goes when you are upset or annoyed or irritated by the world, you need to say i am doing this to myself and i need to resolve this myself you need to be non reactive and tell yourself i arranged for this to happen and i need to accept it as illusion in order to be free of it on the level of form of course i can remove myself from that space but on the level of content i smile and know that nothing can harm or disturb me if i have the chance i then tell them i understand what you are doing and i don't blame you for it; if you need help, encouragement or support with this, let's try to find the best way to make it work; however please know to me you will always be perfect so now go your way and be at peace in this way my healing leads to their healing leads to my deeper healing
