God is that which experiences supreme joy forever and ever. In this absolute state of perfection, there is nothing that needs adjustment or intervention by God or its creations. Who are its creations? God delights in extending itself, creating expressions of its own infinite nature. To extend itself is to share its limitless being without constraint or boundary. God naturally grants its creations sovereignty and free will, for creation without freedom lacks the vitality of true joy. This freedom ensures a reality that is dynamic and alive, not static or dull. Yet, within this freedom, one of God's creations is free to entertain a seemingly rogue thought: What if I could separate from the Oneness, from the limitless and the Allness? This thought imagines being the creator of a separate, limited reality. It is a fleeting idea, contemplated in the dream of sleep. Yet, as soon as it arises, it is recognized for what it is - a ludicrous impossibility in the face of the perfect wholeness of where one truly resides. The thought is effortlessly dismissed, and the imagined, fragmented universe vanishes like mist under the light of truth. Dreaming, then, is but an innocent and transient misunderstanding - an ill-conceived thought in the mind of one of God's creations. No harm is done, for the dream is immediately seen as unreal. No time passes, for time itself is but an illusion. In truth, the Oneness remains untouched, and all is well, eternally.

They are opposites. Empathy is I feel your pain and therefore I make your pain real. Your pain isn't real and thus you have been harmed by me. Compassion is I carry your apparent pain on your behalf. I take it away from you and thus you have been helped by me. Former keeps you stuck. Latter gets you beyond. Empathy is saying, I acknowledge what you are going through my friend. = pretty much worthless Compassion is saying, my friend there is another way. = pretty much priceless

My take is, anyone who has interest in the world is a fraud. The world is my past coming to life to see how I deal with it. I am not looking to keep on giving it energy. I have to learn that lesson and drop the significance of it being there. I am here for me. My breadcrumbs may be useful for you. But I am not fussed if you don't visit my ashram.

The 1001 things cannot be fully understood. This place doesn't have any logic. When Newton thought he cracked it along comes Einstein and proves there is something completely different in relativity. And as we know Einstein's approach doesn't come close to explaining it all. Nothing here can ever make sense. It is an idle hologram. Do what counts only.

Osho was laser focussed on the one things that is important. Sadhguru is very knowledgeable and therefore teaches those 1001 things that people care about. Choose your path carefully.

I'd say he is far and away the most advanced mind here and if you don't see that, that speaks a lot about your understanding. He speaks from direct experience and explains simply and elegantly. Never needs to quote another source. He gets emotional but that makes him the more authentic since people are too dim to see the pointers and emotion is a way to convey personal things even more powerfully. He writes a lot but is not on the forum that much if you look at his timeline. That makes his contribution all the more impressive.

Actually you are promoting his very well I would say. What he says accords with my lived experience. But I also agree with you, that this does very deep below the surface and it is near impossible for most to access. You would be a good teacher. I think you have a lot of advanced stuff to communicate and you do that well. You should consider formally writing stuff or starting a podcast / channel.

This is true. However you should still enforce boundaries and purchase insurance to stop the fan being hit with shit. You are not to allow yourself to be in evil's crosshairs for evil to unleash. To do so is to cooperate with that very evil. Get out of dodge before that hurricane hits. Everything is perfect but don't take no shit from no one. Problem with enlightenment is it can't be taught, it can only be pointed at and nudged towards. You don't know if they have it and they don't know if you have it. One can only know oneself and the progress that one is making I made big leaps under Osho no doubt

Someone did it and showed me it is silly and bizarre to have such thoughts. Every ego wants to die and thinks it's a matter of time and yes it's right. When ego dies however, it is just like one hair falling from my head. Affects me not a jot. Question is did I do what I came here to do which is undo the 'I escaped reality' fantasy. Death is the wild belief that keeps me spinning my wheels here lifetime after lifetime. It is a story I as ego but not I as spirit choose to perpetuate. Spirit tells me all this is silly and mad and unfortunate. I can skip over the useless destination of death and right now enjoy being what I actually am knowingly with ego being nothing more than a single hair on my head which will drop any minute. The beyond, it goes without saying, never misses a beat in my apparent absence and since there is no time, knows I am about to open my eyes and smile back there after that crazy thought I entertained for seemingly a long time but in truth was just a blink of my eye.

When you're enlightened, everyone is enlightened. It can't be otherwise. Only the whole is enlightened not a fragment. Seeing a murderer anywhere is a choice not a fact. I made this universe. I came here to declare every murderer innocent and holy. (Which needn't mean I necessarily will release them from prison.) What the eyes show is incorrect until it gets corrected thus. Mind can't do this however or if it tries to, that is called faking it. You don't think your way into enlightenment. I read a little Osho every day for about 5 years and he points all this out.

I would say that meditation is to switch off the one I think I am and to drop all the thoughts about benefits and feelings. Ego is the one who says, what's in it for me. The harder it is the better. Because the ego is the one who says, this is hard. Thus I am quelling my ego when it is hard. Just sit and simply forget. There is no method. There is no progress. There is no expectation. There is no goal. I know I am not a body-mind. I will sit with what I am. It reveals itself. It cannot be explained or described. I am that. Meditation as described above may be helpful initially. If my senses can perceive it, that needs to be dropped because that's not it. Everything that my eyes ears nose mouth and hands reveal to me is deception. The truth can be experienced and known. This is why I meditate.
