This is me. Breakfast identical every morning, not just items but quantity: oatmeal whole milk toast peanut butter greek yogurt black coffee. Lunch and dinner nearly identical but doing some switching in and out and basically on a 3-day cycle. Same number of calories every 3 days. Makes life a breeze.

I resemble that remark Leo. I am a borne and bread pale skin and haven't had complaints to this date. Variety isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Practice makes perfect. You can get there without work if you are walking the walk in all other areas. You might not do so in this lifetime however.

Yes they would. Because conflict is only with others. No others, no problem. You would have no need to think except thoughts of God if you were so inclined. Mind is survival. Without others, you'd be king of the world, not a care in the world.

I would compare it to food. I am fed up with food. But it does what I need. I eat the same menu month to month. It ticks my boxes. It's blah but okay. I do not seek any variety or want any deviation. Other things are important. Not food. Same with sex. It's a need that serves both but no big deal. Other things are important. Sex is just us both ticking each other's box. We will both continue like this. We are what the other needs and nothing lacks. It's a solved problem and it frees both of us for higher pursuits.

Getting money is always tricking trapping tormenting. Nobody wants to give up their cash. Same goes for sex. Only the ruthless win at life. Nobody admits this or writes books about it. If you win you are feted as a good guy. Ethical isn't what's right but what squeezes the juice.

There are two life modes, survive and arrive. Arrive is god. I needn't do anything, making money is for actors on a stage. Ruminate is I have to survive. Of course one does both, at same time one has to know what one is and actualize it. Meditation is just the ticket.

Strongly recommend jump rope. Only started a few weeks back. Conditioning has improved massively for just 20 mins jumping per day. Feel much lighter on my feet the whole day. Even doing 10 reps gets the heart racing.

Ego is tension and tightness. God is perfect calmness, relaxation and peace. One to the other is meditation. Breathe deeply to energize mindfully and take the wheel away from the ego.

There is peace and there is Peace. The former is a cessation of hostilities and war is always on the horizon no matter what the peace treaty says. The latter is the Peace of God. This can be implemented powerfully every minute every day. Basically ego's eyes witness conflict and division everywhere. This is good and the gateway which can be accessed through a prayer such as

Human is focus. It can't not. Then just unfocus, another word for which is forgive or see beyond. The part leads to the real, the hole holds the whole. Simple as the air that I breathe to quote a famous song.

Yes this is cool. Carve out time with specifically no plans and no agenda. If during sitting, you feel the need to clean the toilet or write a song or do some exercise then go for it. Remember you are doing for the sake of doing not for the sake of getting. Big difference. Big outcome. Each day should be different. If you keep needing to clean the toilet, that's your signal from the universe to schedule more cleaning time not meditation time. You will get to a point where sitting in itself is valuable for itself and looked forward to as a nice daily reboot.

Alone is best. Company is problematic. Have to be careful who you grant your presence. The world is a classroom. You have to be deliberate and intentional else you will keep repeating destructive patterns. Alone is needed to see that ego is about making trouble where none exists. Only seeing this makes progress possible. People are needed for advancement. Awakening is impossible in a 1-person universe. Goal of life is to make each encounter a holy encounter. This takes work. I will only find God, love, truth, reality ... in another. I need to be very selective and careful in my boundaries and my attachments. Once I have cracked it then it is easier to deal with the multitudes on the regular and not be solitary. Step by step.

Lovely except change last two words to, your heart. That indeed is the blemish one can heal. The world is outside one's ambit and one's influence. Besides, if one fixes oneself, the world will return to its edenic perfection.

Regarding quitting spirituality, this is no longer an option if you have taken the path to its natural point of no return. Spirituality is being the spirit you are. Takes a good while to realize. At that juncture the question begged is, concerning the wise choice of quitting materialism, and whether that is wise or silly.

There is sane and there is Sane. The latter means you know all this here is an illusion and you are working at its erasure in favor of the real. By this framing almost everyone who lives is Insane. The former by contrast is being sane within the illusion. This means you act for your self-interest as opposed to insane act for your self-sabotage. The question begged is the relationship between sane and Sane. Do you need to be sane to be Sane; and will the Sane automatically be sane? Something to mull.
