  1. @SirVladimir wow it's actually really deep bro i'm inspired.
  2. No bro I was fucking with you, relax haha This is kind of deep - I like this This is kind of deep as well - i like it I'll follow up on the 100 day thingy
  3. my guy is getting ahead of me, sorry your majesty, thank you for all of your advise ??? However the shamanic breathing I will look into deeper
  4. ? i appreciate it bro still don't know what it is though fully haha
  5. water fast and dry fast and what are your experiences, before and after, feelings, weight loss results, etc. I personally have done intermittent fasting a lot, i've done OMAD before too, i've done a 6 day water fast. In my experience the 6 day water fast was tits. My back pain went away, focus was laser sharp, just overall feeling great and massive benefits from it. What about you ? Also what are the general rules or thumb for working out during water and dry fasting ?
  6. i feel you bro leo said the opposite (i think) - you have to make your life purpose into your passion. also isn't shamanic breathing super irresponsible, i remember watching videos about it and people saidanything can conjure up, entities, demons, suffering, etc etc etc, i don't think i'm ready for that ygm ?
  7. saw someone post about this guy i think it was michael, anyway here you go this might help
  8. @Theascetic could you send me an exterior link ? can't download it
  9. @Nahm just checked it out, love the website !
  10. 1. If you could please define awareness in your own terms or contrasted with other words 2. When Leo uses the example in his regular meditation video for example when you were sitting you do not think about setting Big Brother you put your awareness to it so when your asses on the chair you don't think about your ass in the champions you become aware of it does this mean that you just feel the seat and your ass on the seat so you try to feel whatever is happening. Feeling is not thinking if I am correct? 3. When eating you do not Let your mind wander into your thoughts and if it does you just bring it back and you become aware of what you're eating. But this does not mean that you have to ask yourself a question about the food what colour is it how much does it way et cetera but you just become aware that you are eating in this present moment and you are putting the food in your mouth in your realising that the food is this colour and it weighs this much et cetera right?
  11. @electroBeam this is kinda hard to grasp but I can see if being right, let me render it for a bit
  12. @flowboy Bro honestly like five years ago my goal was to own a pair of those 80 or £90 memory foam cool shoes I member ship a gym box which is like the school nightclubby kind of fancy gym And some other very low financial thing that I forgot, and when I got those things I completely even forgot I said that girl five or six years ago and I got this many years ago and I didn't even think twice about it I was so greedy to want more and to fuck more girls, and get more money a more success and more wealth and more fame and everything else that it is just ridiculous. I now understand why people say it is important to surround yourself with those five people but I didn't even understand what type of people I needed to be around, no one ever gave me the knowledge that I have now about all the important things to do in life I didn't even know what consciousness is I thought it was just being alive and doing things - That's how daft I was. Let me check the book out and I'll get back to you. Thank you again brother
  13. I have seen the importance of videos of being a teenager and the advice for young people video, However the question still remains what are important things to do in mid 20s I am 26 and relatively financially stable and I do not need to worry about work right now. Forgetting about COVID - what would you recommend for me to do other than to find my life purpose obviously and to explore the world. my daily routine looks like this: (with some procrastination here and there) meditation yoga + grounding life purpose course breath work violin/guitar reading / researching / reading forums swimming/hiit/mma visualisation
  14. @flowboy i have lived through it but it's never enough, Also I am completely aware that I can't skip stages attract I am not planning on doing that I am not going to pretend to be better than i am, I know I am not a perfect picture of orange and green and a bit of yellow, I know there is some red and blue and whatever else in there but I do know that I am definitely and have been orange for the past few years and I think it's going away slowly especially lately because I have adapted to minimalism and quite successfully if you ask me I do not own a lot of things at the moment. I am fully aware that stage orange is not just a physical materialistic Stage It's also the mindset but I am working through that as well For someone with my background and what I've lived through in the last few years, it is so absolutely superficial and so full of greed and money and even fame to an extent in a narrow niche that I am so completely toxified with all of these things that I'm going to need to meditate and fast for at least a year or two before I get all of that shit out And start appreciating the little things. I think I am appreciating the little things at the moment that aren't hedonistic and dad are quite eudimonic actually. but super slowly also I don't know what "step out of your shadow" means Also I can't see the book that You've made the hyperlink to if you can forward it to me on direct message that'll be great. "However, pursuing a goal is actually what makes you happy and creates a sense of meaning" - i like that, gonna jot it down. i feel you bro, thanks for your time you put in bro i appreciate that
  15. @Byun Sean bro, this was mad mad mad mad useful and very much needed. i appreciate you taking the time to write that, really ! "god" bless you bro ??
  16. is it healthy to hold on to pictures from before ? is it healthy to want to go back to the schools where you used to go and universities and where you grew up ? is it heathy to hold on to past relationships / friendship moments ? is it healthy to keep rethinking about scenarios/moments from before from when i was alone/with someone ? is it healthy to hold on to "significant" to me moments ?
  17. @seeking_brilliance how would you deal with them ?
  18. is mike tyson's or tiger wood's career a good example of a life purpose ? or any sports athlete for that matter - they sure mastered something but they didn't really provide any value to society did they ? what about a gamer like ninja or tyler1 ? mad successul but are they good examples of life purposes ?
  19. @Byun Sean top reply bro, thank you thank you thank you. @aurum okay, i see what you said in the previous post now, I have to understand why I don't want to let it go and then I have to understand why I want to learn go, took me a few minutes hahahahha, i'm gonna contemplate this for a few days, I think it's because I've received so much love so so so much love when I was a kid and that I kind of crave it now and my daughter because I don't get enough of it because of my ego because I am a superficial fuck and because I know I am good looking and all that neurotic shit So was just something I have to work through before to work through it I'm going to contemplate why I don't want to let it go and why I want to learn to go @Byun Sean so what are the tools I'm using to operate in reality then ? my sensations ? emotions ? thoughts ? fears ? love ? is there a list or a guide/book ? You see it's one thing to say those things but I have been so fucking conditioned by society friends family and all of these other fucking idiots With their TV adverts and etc that I don't even know how to begin unconditioning all of this, the only thing I can think of is to increase my consciousness aka awareness aka the now
  20. @aurum bro what are you talking about ?
  21. I don't really see that as useful as I think you have usefulness confused with that incorrect definition of usefulness You can enjoy something hedonistic or you can enjoy something eudaimonic or even in the middle. Enjoying some vision of the stick one please to a fulfilled life where you will be completely happy. fact ? fact ! You can enjoy 1 million different things and inspire my million different people but you said inspire them to do the "wrong" things Which will intern not make them happy or make the environment sustainable or et cetera et cetera There are multiple ways of being healthy and none of them have to tie into your life purpose Life purpose in my belief and his belief is coming from an aware man, is That you should love what you do whilst helping society whilst getting paid for whilst a society needs it at the same time Having said all this I completely respect your opinion but I just simply think it's not as advanced as my point of view.
  22. @aurum no forcing here bro i am completely aware of force and resistance. I have and had all of those things already, but i know they are all shallow and not minimalistic and just a waste of money, etc etc
  23. @loub picked it up from Leo actually, he said material things may make me suicidal etc ofcourse i don't think it will be in the very extreme end it might i'm in nightlife in London bro @nistake that sounds good for now, might re buy my pc and start on fortnite again as well haha
  24. @Opo very interesting, i've heard one meal a day (OMAD) but never one meal every other day this might actually work bro, like 1 dinner every other day, but how often and for how long do you recommend proper hard dry fasting ?
