Even in the recognition there isn’t that something...just the thought...? i FEAR (don't laugh) that this INTERNAL THOUGHT may come into EXTERNAL (current: in that moment) reality, just like in the Emily Rose exorcism movie she was just there sleeping and she was possessed how do I know the same thing won't happened to me when i read some people's meditation write ups/journals they say this shit happens. Some people even see large insects - I've heard this on many platforms. I am shit scared of them you know ? I am asking how to avoid it or how to face it because I want someone experienced who may have been in that situation or may have enough experience of meditation to know how to deal with the situation if it arises, I know it most likely will not arise but you can never be too safe or at least that's what my ego thinks i knew you were gonna say that haha j meant physically posture wise hahahahahaha anyway it's fine

I've been having a conversation with one of the moderators and they've said thay psychedelics mess with cognition, memory, organisation skills and overall thinking abilities after using them How true is this for you personally ? And do the benefits outweigh the risks for you ?

@Raptorsin7 i understand whay you're saying, as in... am I aware that I am aware or look for it in meditation, yes I understand that but i am doing meditation to increase my consciousness not to just understand what awareness is (I think)

@Raptorsin7 i have not, send us a link bro I am meditating to meditate. It's the most important self-help habit according to some high consciousness people and increasing my consciousness is the #1 thing I could do right now.

#3 was quite difficult to stay "aware" in the beginning, i don't even fully understand what awareness is yet to be honest but i tried to focus on my breathing as much as possible. opened my eyes twice/three times. no weir experiences, some slightly fearful thoughts arose, tried to stay aware/still through them. was sweating like a fat slag ∵ i showered just before meditating so far, 20 minutes x 3 days in a row.

so, my ego / me / my identity - if i decide to walk to the gym, am "I" the one who walks to the gym or am "I" the one who observes / stays aware of the "I" who walks to the gym ? or am i the one who observes the "I" who decides to walk to the gym ?

But Boris changing his mind after two days Of saying that we will have Christmas is kind of f***** up. How could I make my life purpose that has something to do with playing fortnite. Could you conjure up some possible ways ? This is just something that I really enjoy doing and I understand that it's hedonistic but fortunately that's where I am right now. There must be some way that I can help society by playing this game perhaps making on account on social media and if I get really really good at the game which I kind of am already I could potentially share how I got here, aka increasing awareness etc might sound silly to some of you but it's a genuine question
