  1. @Preety_India i don't really need any drilling right? I could have this under my sink? Another question maybe a stupid one because i don't know anything about this stuff. Will the water be nutritious? I mean the bottled water has magnesium and other minerals in it. Does the r/o removes everything and is that good?
  2. @Preety_India @Average Investor @Michael569 The water in my region should be good enough. The problem are the 60 years old or older pipes we have. If i install a r/o system will i be able to drink the water completely worry free? Is this good enough? It costs 440 euro. It's worth the investment even more if that means that i don't have to buy bottled water anymore.
  3. @SS10 same! From one hand i'm very grateful that covid happened because my life got a completely new direction. Not saying that it doesn't suck that this whole thing happened but for me personally it was godsent
  4. 1) that media can still control everybody 2) that i should have invested in toilet paper 3) that everybody lost their shit 4) that i don't want to be a wage slave because i'm disposable and no boss will ever appreciate my work or me as a human because profit is the no1 priority 5) that we are doomed to follow everything that the government decides for us because we are numbed by electronics 6) that it was a very good opportunity for many people to rethink the direction of their lives 7) that maybe all that happens now is an experiment or has a specific goal. I'm not even going to start searching for conspiracy theories but that the whole thing was random nah i don't buy it
  5. @Michael569 thank you but that doesn't seem enough. I consider investing in ro if it's worth it. I have old pipes and i want to know if it's possible to just drink clean water from the tap without worries. Is ro good enough for that? I'm also curious about the cost of maintenance if somebody knows.
  6. @Preety_India thank you yes everything is fine. But the last 2 years were a bit stressful. Yes i need to invest in ro it seems.
  7. @Preety_India thank you. I guess i need to make an investment then. Too late for not using tap water though.. I already got sick and my sister and i'm very sure that this was one of the main causes
  8. @Preety_India can you please explain what a water purifier is? I can't give to much money and i rent so i need something cheap and effective. @datamonster thank you! I will look it up
  9. Just don't do it for a week. Dopamine detox. Check it only one time per day or not at all
  10. The lockdowns are hard for everybody i understand. Another thread that needs to get locked. Appreciate this place people
  11. @snowyowl yeah i'm talking about 15 years ago that i got a book from the library talking only about the benefits of it presenting it as better than any other form of meditation. I searched on the internet but couldn't find something (i didn't search so hard). Thank you by the way i will give it a try.
  12. I read a book about it many years ago.. 200 pages or more.. The whole thing was studies and stuff without saying anything about the actual technique a huge waste of time. Tm is a company. I find this extremely annoying and stupid. To struggle so hard to make money out of something that should be free. At least reveal the technique or something. Tm you suck. Really you shouldn't exist. I wonder if it is still possible to invent a meditation technique and make money out of it.
  13. @Value i don't know the answer. I'm sure @Michael569 knows something more about this. The convertion ratio depends on different factors and there are ways to raise it i think. There are vegan powerlifters that just take omega3 from food and they seem to do just fine but don't take my word for it.
  14. The Algae supplements do have them. By eating flax seeds etc your body converts them. But i don't really know much about this look it up.
  15. Chia seeds, flax seeds, walnuts or vegan omega 3 supplements.
  16. Books. I can absorb the information much better by reading than by listening, but this is different for each person.
  17. Well i read only one so far.. Nicola Tesla's autobiography. It was very interesting
  18. That's ok i think. Wasn't it intense? Everytime i did it a huge weight was lifted. I had something like visions coupled with very intense emotions. This exercise is so powerful.. Everyone in the world should know about this. Don't worry about doing it without any interruptions. If you do it right you will know. Also do it with shamanic music or how it's called, it makes it more intense.
  19. I found out that the opposite is true for me. That means if i see clearly a trap i was in before or still am i start seeing it in other people too. But your insight is very interesting i will try to see if i can notice it.
  20. @fridjonk i can at least do the easy flag the one you hug the pole. I can also do handstand pushups but only with a wall. I wouldn't say i'm in good shape the last workout totally destroyed me and i can barely walk for the second day now. I used to be in great shape 10 years ago but after that i practically dropped it until now. I have the same height but i'm currently struggling to gain some weight. I also like those pushups without legs not sure how they are called but for now it seems impossible. All the handstand variations are also very impressive. I need to get at least a pullup bar but i don't want to damage the door frames.
  21. Hey. I want to get into it in the future. But first i'm going to at least finish the Xero program from athlean x. I was training to hold a handstand in the past. I could sometimes do it for 30 sec without a wall but i do feel that the shorter one is the more advantage he has in this. I am able to do 1 very slow and crappy muscle up. I guess i would like in some years to be able to do muscle ups with ease, handstands that i can hold for a long time and a flag. But these are somewhat long term goals.
  22. It's something that i read in a book that had 365 different thought to live your day by for a year. I found this to be very good for all kind of relationships it changes the outcome of your interactions with other people. Like the others. Don't worry to much if they like you.
  23. @North Sea yeah i will just stop thinking about it for now
