  1. Hi! What are some practical ways for reaching and maintaining fearlessness/peace of mind in day to day life? I've reached a point where I don't see life worth living except from that particular state. It really feels stupid to settle for anything less than that. Why live in fear when you don't have to? Right? The thing is that the ego is standing in the way, and it's creating fear and therefore not allowing fearlessness. A lot of people have multiple facets and components to their egos, like greed, pride, fear, anger, etc... I think I do too. Although, I think my ego is mostly made out fear and attachment. I've noticed that when I dissolve the ego, I reach the state of not-knowing/fearlessness/peace of mind. But that's only easy when I isolate myself from people. However, as soon as I return to the ordinary life, I start losing awareness and my ego gets reborn. I've noticed that it starts with conscious fear, which im time turns into unconscious attachment, and then it turns into unconscious fear, which then will needs deconstructing to be let go of. So how can I reach that state and maintain it for good? Is that realistic?
  2. I know psychics and witches that died from mortar bombs. How could they not see it coming?
  3. I don't need stupid advice from stupid hippies. They're already number one on my murder list.
  4. Touché! It's just ideology at the end of the day, not different from any other ideology. My ancestors have been living with that kind of thinking regarding marriage for hundreds of years. It's only now that women are getting upset about it because they're being exposed to western ideologies. Not that any ideology is better than the other in my opinion, that's another issue. The issue here is that most feminists invent their own suffering just because they don't realize their ideology and self-bias. A lot of people confuse equality for truth, when in fact they're two different things. And before someone comes here and attacks me; I am a feminist and I support equality. But that doesn't prevent me from seeing my own biases and acknowledging them, and it most definitely does not make me confuse my agendas for reality.
  5. Look, lady. Just because it's your thread, doesn't mean we can't have tangent discussions. I asked a question for something entirely unrelated to you or your thread, but somewhat a tangent of it. I meant to ask it for my own self. What if my self-expression is toxic to the collective? I am asking this because I experience criminal thoughts sometimes. Just relax a little bit, okay? No one is targeting you.
  6. As I said above, the roles are interchangeable for the sake of thrill. A dominant man can enjoy cunniligus when it makes the woman under his control. He dominates her with pleasure.
  7. What if self-expression is toxic to the collective?
  8. Well, that's what I'm doing. I'm compromising my true authentic self for preserving some attachments.
  9. No, it's not that simple. That's like saying most women love cupcakes so they love shoving them inside their vaginas! It's that simple. Why would a woman want to put a penis in her mouth when it obviously belongs in her vagina? See, that is simple. It only becomes complicated when you start desiring reality in some way it doesn't have to be. Not saying that oral sex is wrong or bad or anything. Just saying that it's not 100% authentic.
  10. @Someone here God is that which obeys no rules.
  11. Lol exactly! Oral sex/blowjob is a woman's way of showing her man affection by taking the submissive obedient role. Because she wants to please her man. The same thing goes for cunniligus. Sub-dom sex is most of the times interchangeable. It's about the fun and thrill. No specific role is obligatory. Anal sex is different because it can be painful and not many women prefer it.
  12. That is exactly what I'm asking about. Why would fear be a prerequisite when you are God?
  13. @Moksha @73809 @Nahm Thanks for your contributions. I'll contemplate what you said.
  14. I am afraid of my authentic self. I think I have a repressed criminal on the inside. If I let myself go, I will not rest until I change the world to the way I want, or die trying.
  15. @Preety_India I understand your point, but he's obviously trying to look out for your best interest. He obviously doesn't have malicious intents. You don't have to defend yourself from a friend.
  16. @Rilles Maybe you should educate yourself about what the word feminine means in this context. In fact, the exact wording that Leo used is the same as saying 1+1=2 it just makes perfect logical sense.
  17. Come on! Not you too. He said "feminine", and "her man".
  18. Do you feel the need to teach me? I did not say repress or ignore or anything like that, I am all for consciousness and feeling into your emotions and integrating the shadow. I was just reminding everyone that ideally there shouldn't be sexual fantasies, just so that we don't lose our compass here. It's very easy to get into a debate and forget about the basics. Attraction then becomes the way things should be, and then we start arguing which is the correct way of attraction. We forget that that's not nearly as important as the role attraction serves. We forget that it's an individual process that helps the individual navigate their own individual way. We start making generalizations about men and women and how each of them should be behaving and treated. We then find ourselves with many problems that we are needless for, and we fail to understand what happened and how we will work our way out of that mess that we've created.
  19. I didn't mean sex. Just attraction. The unconscious emotion.
  20. You guys are forgetting that attraction is delusion. We shouldn't ideally feel attracted towards anyone or anything. Attraction is in fact a sign of lack of self-love. If you were complete, would you desire anything?
  21. I just don't get it how people find profundity in basic insights. I read through what's written here, and I'm always like, hmm okay, hmm that's interesting, oh that's cool. But rarely do I ever stop with true appreciation of the things said, they all just sound basic to me. I'm on a different frequency even from weirdos. How weird am I?!
