The AI is there only to remove the short term bias. Imagine if there is an AI created with global representatives that could post questions that would point out possible problems in the long term and the leaders are forced to answer all the questions posted by it and reveal it to the public, before making important decisions. I know it all sounds advanced and far fetched, but that's where democracy of the future should move towards, to eliminate human bias and weaknesses and aid in making better decisions and to provide new perspectives. It's very easy to create multiple accounts or even hire people or bots to make it look like there are multiple followers or users. Unless you know anyone personally from that group, it's a scam. If somebody promises you a huge amount of money for no or less work, you should run away from them asap.

If there is a person standing in front of your door with a knife and you see him, would you open the door to check if he is a killer or not? Or would you keep the door shut? You don't have to know if it's a scam to stay out of scams. You just have to be aware of what a scam looks like.

Even if they know there is a good probability that it would unfold in a bad manner in the future, politicians worry more about their own period of rule rather than the far away future or humanity, due to political ambitions. An AI ruler could make or aid in making far better decisions for our welfare and survival. I don't think anything like that has chances of happening in Sweden anytime soon.

Intelligence is not the only character which define humans, so that definitely cannot be balanced in everyone. But something similar to what you are saying, I believe every human is balanced inside their mind, since nothing is permanent and the feeling of happiness and suffering gets balanced in the long run. Only what you experience as an individual varies drastically.

It may not be impossible, but I don't think we as an ego can be in control of seeing the past and future. We may recieve some visions or shown some past experiences, but I don't think anybody can control that to do whatever they want, as long as they have an ego.

But how do you know all good people or who aren't liars can definitely have that experience even after meditating for years?
