Sadly most of the time when participating in conversations or discussions, the last thing that arrives is truth. It might not be so obvious through a forum but being present in the same room is obviously what happens most of the time, anything but truth. For the simple reason we are so so different, we have different preferences, motives and needs. Even if we both want to know the same thing one might be in a different state. Plus, maybe an answer is just intuitive and cannot be spoken... How do you know?? How do you know if I am speaking the truth or I am lying? Not like I want to lie, but being truthful in a conversation is as hard as it gets. Sorry, that's how it is. You can only know what language is through your own experience. That much should be obvious. And I don't know what kind of communication you resonate with the most, so I could be talking very accurately but for you it is just nonsense. Or I can say nonsense too, that is not wrong, just not helpful.

I really enjoy watching this channel. Here he talks about motors made out of proteins. Yup, that's what bacterias have on their skin, micro-motors. What's fascinating is the method to discover those artifacts inside the cell. It is quite messy, brute-forced and slow process. Just imagine all the other structures that can be formed inside a cell that we don't know of. Stuff that a engineer would imagine already created by cells. Just complex machinery analogous to some technology we manufacture. https://youtu.be/VPSm9gJkPxU?si=AjODRdx9qISFnHUL If you don't know biology, everything inside a cell is made out of proteins. Because it can take any form, any function. It is lego but on steroids. And they are made out of aminoacids, no more and no less. And if I am not mistaken, if specific aminoacides goes togheter they will form a specific shape. Well that is the way all this engineering happens, so intriguing. And so the scientist go trying to figure out what aminoacids form the proteins of the cell-motor, so technically you could create nano motors made out of proteins. P.S: the man of that channel is a christian. I always assumed he was an atheist. It doesn't say anything about religion but cool fact.

Why do you think is wasted time if that's what you want to be doing? If you invested a lot into something and does not pays the bills either you're lying yourself by saying this is your thing or you're just not good enough. Also if you really prepare yourself, like really really, risk drops significantly. I think you are showing your own insecurities here. I am not saying ignore all the risks.

I don't presume that. That's precisely why I said this conversation could be a distraction... for you. Maybe you cannot arrive at an answer because language is an illusion. So maybe language is fundamentally an illusion.
-
Think this way: you're insulting the human race by not taking hard work seriously.
-
Because fundamentally language is meaning making. "Language" itself, what does it represent? Is it a fixated thing? What individual meanings do you hold to make sense of the word language? What form can it take? It can take million of different forms. You use it in a variety of ways: computer language, human language, dog language, RNA language, the love language, the language between a mother and a baby. Your view of language is too limited to human language. But what I argue is that it is the intelligence of the Universe expressing itself. And language is a way of deep intelligence. Anyway this talk could be a distraction, be careful. Aim for absolute understanding because it is absolutely possible.

The experience of human identity is conformity upon conformity upon more conformity.

Good luck.

Is not risky, it just takes a lot of work. You can make a living, and thriving starts from there. Is not risky because he's not the only crazy one trying rap for the first time. It is a sub culture well established and there is a lot of economy around it. But it takes hours upon hours of music production and it is harsh.
-
There has to be intelligence for language to exist. Or language is an expression of infinite intelligence. Is very common to not grasp the awesomness of it, that's what makes us human taking for granted infinite Intelligence. One thing is to think, then other thing is to grasp or feel the intelligence of the Universe. I don't think you can scientifically prove meaning. You can study a language and its history but your success depends on your ability to access this Intelligence.

Speaking relatively, ratios are already there and we create the symbols to represent them. Think of Pi, or relationships like how many times can an ant carry its own weight. But if you're creating reality, including physical reality, that means mathematics is just another invention. It is like music. Sound waves are infinite, or should I say pitch is infinite. Moving by half tone is a convinient frame of using pitch. The harmonic series is a specific feature of sound, but is it the only one? I don't know. What does Love has anything to do with this? Well, the only reason we select pitchs and combine them is because we have an atraction for sound. Maybe the harmonic series exist because that's what low consciousness produces. Same with numbers, they're infinite but we use conviniently just a narrow set of them. Reality is a big song and mathematics is not different than music or a rock crashing to the ground.

Incels fits better I think

Like the OP says, it is true in the relative sense. Mathematics is a slice of the same unity. Like english or chemistry.

I liked the explanation. Is no-language a language? I think it is.

And also any atom could be converted to another atom if they lose or gain some electrons and protons. So each one is unique but they can transform completely and have completely different properties. One of my favourites purposes in life is how much can I understand cells. One day I might buy equipment to observe cells and do my own research, and at best make some good discoveries. This was what I studied before switching to music. Although I didn't studied nearly as much as I would be satisfied. Observing but also using your intelligence to infer an answer based on what you see. Not every answer is explicit, in fact most is implicit. The fisrt photo of the DNA was long ago and there has been a lot of progress ever since. And the video I linked is in a nutshell where we're at today. I think this is the essence of groundbreaking science + tons of hard work. Yet, at the end is all meaningless. You may discover the cure to cancer and obtain success but in the grand scale it is meaningless. That being said, this is what the world needs most, more curiosity and observation, and passion. I said it just produces stuff because it can. At first glance this is true, but it is obviously hyper simplified. Self-regulation was also intended part of that sentence. Again, most of the work done by proteins. There is a signal? A protein involved. Need to send something? A protein involved. Even the signal to die is produced by... a protein. This is because what the DNA is capable of. It could had been any other molecule and there could be life. But DNA + proteins is what has been settled here on earth. Yes, it produces a lot of different molecules aswell, but indirectly. And it relies in other molecules too, they obtain energy from glucose. And the wall is made of fat, or soap.

Ok, but you need to put a name on those things otherwise how you comminicate it? When I say aminoacids I am talking about a general consensus word and you know what I talk about. How have they discovered those molecules? No idea the exact procedure. Electronic microscopes, and they print a shadow of the molecules on some sort of surface. How do you make the difference between a protein and a nucleotid? It's completely arbitrary, based on patterns we observe. Like the aminoacids have a radical, but radicals probably are not only present in aminoacids. But how do you keep categorizing the aminoacids? They are also drawn to nucleotids, they connect to them in a specific 1-1 combination, and always the same. And yeah DNA produces proteins, so the whole thing is about proteins in respect to cell world. You were super picky with your answer.

Also, the fact that I have difficulties explaining doesn't mean I did not had an authentic insight into the nature of something. You need higher consciousness (duh). And yeah, I know because I too read shallow shit all the time. -
I had an insight on prayers, I finally got what they are. The problem is that religion completely misunderstands its purpose, and makes it banal. But on the other hand there's no casuality religion exists. It is not just "inventing fantasies because we don't know how to reason". No, no, they appear to explain God.

That's like the time they paused the battle and played a futball match during christmas in WWII

Human Mint replied to Terell Kirby's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Meta-rationality should be about exploring the phenomena of Consciousness without the baggage of any religion or science. For example the bible might have very accurate points about the nature of reality, God, or human psychology. But so does the Tao, yet a Christian rejects other religion because they're conformists. Truth is not capitalizable. Same with science. You can study a star without conforming to science. -

Maybe because I don't fucking know -
Of course the categorization that science makes is an illusion. But they are good to get you started to a new field, and then to go beyond them. The best exercise is to find the holographic nature of reality when you do science. So when you see a complex protein you see it as holographic expression, and when you see an insect you see a holographic expression too. So it is about seeing the holons in the parts.

There are a lot of visionaries in the anime culture. When an anime consumer tries to explain me what her favourite anime is about it blows my mind the kind of stories they come up with.
