Cause I've experienced it. I am talking about seeing someone getting tortured and understanding it is Love. If you're not connected to this then of course you're gonna want to kill yourself!! I am serious, I am not wasting your time here. Yes, exactly. Loneliness, how can it be Love? It is, but you're not connected to that fact, but you already intuit it. Well that's no coincidence. But also you experience deep loneliness and get deceived thinking that is the ultimate truth, which it might be true (you're all alone) but thinking it carries the human feeling of loneliness with it is childish nonsense. And also it is not because our society is toxic. Although it is also because of that, because you're part of the holon, but in that sense you have more free will than you may think if you're serious because at the end of the day "toxic society" is something being actively created. You should go all in with awakening if you really want to put the last nail to the coffin of depression. But also keep making progress in all the practical stuff you mention, it is still important of course. Think about health, you cannot treat it like you want and expect no consequences, don't be a fool.

Ultimately you can only help yourself. You can access and generate more Love in this life, for yourself, and that would be a very wise approach to solve depression. "Reality is Love" is a very radical thing and you should not take it lightly.

@Yeah Yeah would you be willing to use psychedelics as a tool to crack your own psyche? If done correctly it can help you see through your depression, if not it could amplify your suffering. But if you have nothing else to lose then it is reasonable to give them a try. Just think it for yourself, this might be a very bad idea for you if you're not in the right mind. But again, if you have nothing to lose... My opinion is that you'll outgrow this stage, definitely.

Maybe at some point in history adults passing gas killed babies or got them very sick so we would just humiliate the bastards!
