Have you read "mastery" by Robert Greene? In my case it clarified a lot, plus the LP course. Basically you are struggling because you don't have a tangible purpose, one that is very apealing to your heart. The amount of work you put into something depends in the value it has for you. If you hate school it doesn't matter how much you try to develop a strong workethic, you'll just keep failing again and again. Consider all of this. The techniques you use to call willpower into action just to sit and do particular task are good as well, in my opinion.

Honestly, your list is pretty much what i came down with too. I would add cold showers in 4. and honesty as a value in 2. Then there is the "how" process: how are you going to develop intelligence and curiosity?

40- Concepts: Patience "If a warrior is to succeed at anything, the success must come gently, with a great deal of effort but with no stress or obsession." — Carlos Castaneda Yes, the mind is capable of rearranging itself in inconceivable ways. What it only need: must believe to be the case for it to change. And to give it proper food.

https://neo4ic.com/pages/about This is a mundane clothing store except for the vision they have. This is not intended to be spam btw. This is a green store. Read their about section linked above. Also it is an example of mastery and purpose. Beautiful. "Because with belief in our hearts, even a humble display of graphics on clothing can create a strong and positive impact on our reality." 9:00 I need to get a mentor. I already have one in mind. I need to tear down the notion of "I already know" and to act by the notion of apprentice. 22:46 This whole shit is laborious

Don't you feel its side effects? It does harm your body. Don't fool yourself with tentations! I mean if you are gonna drink it, do it knowing that you are harming your body. It's like sugar: it feels good, gives you an extra boost, but it doesn't give you any energy actually. The contrary, it affects your body systems by worsening their states. Instead, try nootropics for the mood.

10:37 I want a strong mind able to be in a creative mood for long periods of time. Strong to resist hard work. Discipline and effortless concentration. Free from vicious needs. With a proper balance of gentleness and effort I'll be able to transform my character. A healthy one. The key component is time and consistance. Proper practices. Even going for an adventure can bring me closer to that. Like the one Darwin did. I would like to go to psychology sessions as well, to address insecurities and fear. I am a bit insecure about it (of course), but that may indicate that is the correct move. I do not like to be vulnerable to others. Not face to face. It sucks (not the being vulnerable part, but the feeling of insecurity and fear). That's why I want to develop trust with a professional. If things progress there, it will do nothing but positively impact my life. And showing up is as necessary as watering your plants everyday. 23:12 Steping into the learning state. Building my way up to that actitud towards life: of learning. I just want it. I know it is a pearl. I have experienced it before. Yet, I don't have the habit anymore. I seem to be very lazy. JABITS

Luffy, the character in my profile photo, is yellow stage. With a necessary red application due to the context he is in (pirates), but never going to it's extremes. At least not in the first season. I like how most of the characters are very congruent with what they say andt act inside the One Piece world. Mostly from a very selfish position though.

The LP course has valuable information aiming to help people in situations like you. You do whatever you want with it. In fact it makes you very practical with life. Not only practical but the spiritual component aswell. It makes clear from the begining that fear is a component of the equation and so it gives you tools to conquer it. A lot of material that you don't need to swallow everything at once (you can't). Just with proper integration and patience. There is growth if you give a piece of your time to it.

Have you read the various books?

A nice example of an anime character living his LP. Love it.

P.S: Feel free to interact in the thread if you want to. 4 pm: Lp Construction. So far it's going pretty well. I have fixed my sleep and my diet. Got the suplements and nootropics I wanted, to enhance the LP construction. They are working well, and i am not even taking them daily. Just in the trying fase. Ah, and also i am doing intermitent fasting, starting at 10 am with a breakfast, and finishing at 6pm. I am bulding my kitchen so I can be more organized and independent with the food I eat. I also established a solid exercise routine and, in paralel, I have crafted calistenics rings out of wood. Now I have to build the metal bar to put it in the wall. Waiting the belt strap to arrive also. Doing cold showers as well. Currently in the day 3. Building my way to the extreme cold. My skinny body can't handle full cold yet. Working in these habits is crucial to keep moving foward in this process of setting my LP. The primal foundation. I am working in a musical project with a friend, where we have established the intention to get better. The intention to work as much as a professional. There is no other secret than to add hours and hours in a practice that is refined day by day. Yes, I am reading "The art of war". It resonates with me. But this project is a side project that we do 2 times per week. What I need to focus on now is to start making small bets. Tiny musical project that I work on everyday. Probably gonna start with just 30-60 minutes a day just to build the inertia. It seems that I am going perfect, but I have my personal attachments as well. So I am trying accomplish all of this by supplanting old bad habits with new good ones. 7:41 pm: Yesterday I met with 2 fellow musicians to play some shit. It was inspiring. Not only musicaly, but socially too.

Could you share what, why, and how you are supplementing? I want to gain more knowledge about it. Those are my current supplements that i have stored, yet to use: -vitamin d3 + k2 (natural factors) -omega 3 from fish oil (california gold) -alpha gpc (jarrow formulas) -active B complex (natural factors) -nootropics (nootropics depot): caffeine + l-theanine, bacopa monnieri extract lion's mane extract oxiracetam sabroxy. I want to have a daily organized routine of intake before i start taking them. I want to know better the frecuency of intake, the order and if i should consider adding new ones.

So the most reasonable action to take is to buy from brands that actually prove their products safe. The thing is that the FDA does not regulates if a product is safe or not, so some brands may not give a fuck wether their products are dangerous or not (or maybe they only do very superficial analyzes). @EugeneTheSage What brand are you taking it from? I don't think it hurts you if the brand tested the product properly

It is difficult and to painful. I know that following my passion will help because I am looking for pleasure in sugar and having a purpose resolves a lot of this pain. But I mean more body-related things that you know help with this problem. Like incorporing more fiber. I'm doing that, but generally, after a delicious fibrous meal, I still crave sugar or refined carbs. Cold turkey doesn't serves either.

@lmfao What are you currently doing? For example reducing caffeine can reduce the negative experience. That is the expression Nahm talks about and it grounds you. I understand you because I had a similar hellish experience. Send you peace -
Nice, gonna check that book
