I was being smart but I get your point. Still depends on the woman and the lie. I wouldn't leave a relationship just because he told me I was gaining weight, or even those other things you mentioned. Yes, at first I kept saying to myself how none of that is consciously done and was in slight opposition mode; but then he said it later that it's not conscious on the woman's, part and that's when I totally agreed - for the most part anyway. It's mostly by intuition. One part I don't really agree with, though, and would put mostly on males is when he said we're strategic. I think men are more strategic in this context. I think it's a learnt trait in women and more instinctual in men - emotional VS logical.

How does one directly experience EVERYTHING. Direct experience is king? What is experience? Also, beliefs doesn't work that way. No one deliberately say they'll believe such and such; it just happens. If people chose their beliefs, we'd all choose beliefs that were in our best interest. Notice how most of our beliefs work against us; in dating, for instance, and about money. A belief is just a thought repeated over and over again until it cements into a belief. Should I believe I have an arm?

Great to see where you've come with this. Just be careful you're not using your new responses as another means of coping and that you're truly healing. If you find yourself mentioning the past episodes a lot and creating stories around your healing process, it might be a way of rehashing instead of true healing. Having these kinds of memories of your first times on the forum and having a need to express them, shows you're still attached to those memories. Smiling through suffering is also a coping mechanism. Maybe you're not really feeling like you're suffering in those moments; but you call it suffering because you think you should be suffering because that's what the response has always been in the past. It's fine as long as when true suffering comes along, you're able to see it for what it is and not wondering why you're not smiling this time and it returns you back to the feelings of sadness where you thought you've defeated something but didn't. Where you're at, though, is a start and is admirable.

My bad, I thought that's what this statement meant; anyone and everyone. Seems like assumptions to me. Anyway, this is just word games. There is a major issue at hand here more relevant to whether you've made assumptions or not so I won't dwell on this.

The title is a bit misleading and a bit controversial because it implies the person himself and not his teachings. It's OK, though, because the post clarifies this misunderstanding. Very interesting analysis, nonetheless.

It's not about ignoring; that's the whole point, as it's hard to ignore when the whole section is dominated by the same person. I ignored the first, then noticed the second and third posts were also from you; and that's just today alone and ran into the same issue last week and the week before. Every other post so it's not an easy task. I suggested starting a journal for spontaneous insights specifically because i see you have a lot of them occurring in short spaces of time. I won't say anything more about this matter and will just leave it to your discretion and the other forum members. If no one cares, then why should I be concerned. You're right I can always use the ignore feature, but I don't see it as something to ignore.

Ever consider starting a journal and noting some of your thoughts there and subject matters. You actually replied to a thread and acknowledged a thread by Integration Journey by starting your own thread about the same subject. I actually counted 29 threads that you started just in March alone. I went down the list and your name dominated the list. I saw a new thread with your name as the poster and went down the list and saw two more new ones started by you within minutes of each other and that's just today. Somehow, I'm moving more towards this being an obsession and would probably be more suitable for Journaling some of these topics. That's what I did. This is not a complaint, just simply a recommendation. Seems like you have a lot to express but it can get lost in translation and seems obsessive if done erratically.

Yes, because you're not going to be satisfied with being unless you're expressing yourself in some form or fashion. That's why you don't see most wealthy people and billionaires just out there basking in the sun and drinking Pina Coladas for the rest of their lives; not much expression in that. Energy seeks to express itself. Love expresses itself. That's why you're frustrated. Your thoughts and desires aren't in alignment and they're in conflict. Also, the body's movements. All in conflict. Flow is when all 3 are aligned. You're not in flow you're in resistance mode and it's the thoughts that is out of alignment. Adjust them (see comments) and it'll make for a better feeling and loving expression.
