I'm going to go out on a limb here and since there are way more males here than females, this might get tricky. I notice a lot of guys talking about no fap, which is the abstaining from masturbation. You know - no fap, fap, fap, fap sound. They say it promotes mental clarity to muscle growth, to increased testosterone levels, to higher energy levels and more. I don't think there are any scientific evidence to back these claims, but, either way: My question is, does no fap for women affects women in anyway. Are there any benefits or side effects. Does it also help in clarity, mood swings or health. I don't know since I've never done it. I'm always masturbating as I have no sex life and I'm always horny. My work doesn't require me to have an orgasm and I can always fake it if I have to. I cannot come on the spot as it takes special positioning of my legs, and I don't need to do that anyway. I'm just curious as I have never gone more than a week, or at the most, two weeks without masturbating. I know, that's a long time for men but for women that's not too long. No hate speeches please, as this is a legitimate question, and if you can't handle it or are going to be rude, please don't respond as you know my tongue slips from time to time. Women and men can answer, but women encouraged. Women be brave, there's no shame here.

I have a question. If this is the result of SR and only males have semen (I'm assuming, too many shockers in life for me to come to any conclusions of what I formerly believed to be true), how do women attain this. This way just seems biased towards men as I believe women cannot do SR because we have no semen. Please explain

I never said it was definitely placebo effect, was just merely stating it as a possibility not definite. Wasn't even implying that it was. My mind is open to all sorts of different probabilities and possibilities before it comes to any kind of conclusions. It's not as skeptical as much as it is curious. There are teachers that teaches subjects that they have never experienced as in a Business Professor that never owned a business.

Now you're toying with me? -

Fulfillment, that never happens because we are already fulfilled. Just doesn't appear that way, -

This is for it's own sake Reality just is. It is for no specific reason. What is the use of an apple, to be eaten. What is the use of an apple to it self, nothing. It just is. You are the one that gives it meaning. Whatever meaning you chose through your perspectives and beliefs. God doesn't do anything for a reason; God IS the reason. God creates by BEING. -

This is for me to tell you what this is for. -
You look so much like a little kid in your pic, not saying you are, but seeing all that spewing out from a presumable little kid was astonishingly mind-blowing, even though you were quoting from a lot of studies, doesn't matter.

The video was the shortest I could come up with that's why I shared that one and mainly just for the title. I will end my part of the discussion here by saying it was an interesting discussion and I may have learnt a thing or two about SR so it was well worth having. Not that I have any semen to retent (if that's a word) but always interesting to learn new things. Thank you.

@toasty7718Wouldn't like to take you to court. You'd bring so much evidence to back up your case, I would have lost before the trial began. Impressive. So many conflicting things out there on nutrition, we have to be careful of the claims we make while also having an open mind.

Pick-a-pepper sauce.

Reality is mind. Keep in mind (no pun intended),I'm not refuting your claims, just trying to expand your mind a but to other possibilities that you might not be aware of not necessarily relating to the discussion on hand. This is one out of many examples I could have shown.

I wasn't really saying that the placebo effect WAS the reason for those changes but the possibility was there. You have first-hand experience with this, so I'm in no position to dispute your claims and I'm still not doing that. Just saying that the mind is very powerful and it can direct the body to perform certain actions and also change circumstances and outcomes. We can have certain thought patterns that can influence our genes to act in a particular way which can outwardly manifest into physical conditions. Stress in one of those causes which is of a mental nature. A lot of the symptoms you are noting can be of a genetic nature, Nonetheless, it is quite possible for those to be as a direct result of the SR and only that, but keep in mind that the mind can reflect outwardly what was put inside our bodies through certain thought patterns. SR can cause certain feelings to come about and those feelings can bring about external effects noticeable on the body. Maybe it is a powerful tool, but not the cause; just like a hammer is a tool but does nothing just sitting there, SR can be the tool which implemented a certain reaction in the body but it wasn't really what caused those changes in the first place. Just food for thought. Another perspective. Not saying these are facts.

Ever thought that it could be the mind that brought about the change because you believed the semen retention theory. You might deny this; but think about the possibilities that the mind was used to put you in those conditions in the first place and it also has the capabilities to get you out of them. The Mind is also Universal and also a powerful tool.

I don't know how to relate this as I'm trying not to be overly sensitive or judgemental, but I don't understand how someone can threaten murder, rape and the kidnapping of women and it be taken lightly. This is disturbing. Moderators and Admin please do something about this because even though there are intolerable things that happen from time to time on the forum, threatening violence against women is something worse something that should require extra attention. I don't see a report button on his latest post, nor do I like to report anyone for anything but time and time again I see posts from him suggesting these kinds of crimes and it's just taken lightly. I'm speaking about The Redeemer. Free speech is one thing, but constantly threatening violence is another and he seems to be proud of this. I'm not perfect myself as I do rant from time to time, but I think this is at a whole other level. Thank you. I'm referring to his "They Only Respond To Violence" post at the moment, even though his other ones are similar.

Yeah, what's up with the new profile pic, Is that AI generated. It's kinda cool tho. In one of Leo's videos (I forget which one), he said that lying can cause impotency. Is that the same as ED. Stop lying maybe that'll work.

Cows milk can contribute to this amongst other things.

Well darn, that looks like a flag. Would love to test it out to see what country it belongs to. Thanks for pointing it out.

This is not about justice and online forums are not less significant than real life scenarios. Authorities have solved crimes using social media many times. If this guy was to go out and commit real crimes as he so many times suggested here, and it was of some real significance where people were hurt or killed (as he stated women should be murdered for whatever his post was about at the time) his remarks on this forum could be used as evidence in a court of law. We take these things lightly and wait until something happens then we say if we had only seen the signs. These threats are extremities and should not be taken lightly especially when coming from someone who is obviously mentally unstable which is noticeable by his posts here on a consistent basis. It's one thing to be mentally ill but it's another to be threatening violence against random people on a public forum and for it to be just wiped under the table. I also search for a report option and couldn't find it and I also left a comment under his post about it first before starting a thread which I stated that I was reluctant to do knowing quite well I would have gotten some backlash for doing so as I'm currently getting from you. I don't see the relation to people dealing with enough shit from moderators to someone threatening violence against women all the time. I mean, it's all the time and you're coming at me like I am the perpetrator. Until something happens to us personally, we don't give a damn, then we cry for justice when it hits home because now it's personal. Me starting a separate thread to you is more important than someone threatening violence. That, to you, should be pointed out, not his disturbing behavior. Maybe, just maybe, my starting a separate thread might bring enough attention to this disturbance as I have, in the past did what you suggested by reporting it privately via P.M. a while back. This was not just a spur-of-the-moment decision I made. I did put some thought to it. I was even thinking of exiting the forum because of it, so I don't have to deal with seeing those kinds of posts consistently and I'm aware that I can ignore a user, but I chose not to. If something was directly aimed at me that I found annoying or if someone kept personally attacking me and I got tired of it, maybe that would be grounds for me to ignore the user but not in this case. These are serious threats that are aimed at the public and not a squabble amongst users that can be fixed by an ignore button. I kept downplaying my own concerns by saying I was overreacting, but it wasn't genuine. I really didn't think I was overreacting and I wasn't being true to my feelings, but because I'm aware I could have received comments like yours, I kept telling myself I was overreacting; but it wasn't authentic to who I know myself to be. I don't always speak up about things and I myself have said things on here I wasn't proud of, but overreacting isn't one of them, nor do I back down from situations where I feel like I could be of some assistance by bringing it forth, nor do I hide behind a computer screen in an anonymous state and bash people who are trying to do the right thing with good intentions, even if it turned out not to be the right thing to do. The intention was all that mattered and it was not to shame anyone nor shed light on some silly or miniscule threat that should just be ignored.
