Getting the tool kit out to try and manage emotional pain is defeat. Emotional pain cannot be managed because no one caused it to begin with, it appeared out of nowhere all on it's own and will subside from whence it came all on it's own too. If it was caused by someone, that someone wouldn't need to manage it they would be able to let it go away without it being managed. Stop trying to resist what is and what is will just be what is.

Because the tiresome 'me' isn't there. It doesn't appear in deep sleep, neither does it appear in waking state only appears to. It gets a break and relief from itself in deep sleep and why it feels so energizing when it seems to appear out of deep sleep. What appears in waking state is nothing appearing. That's not the illusion, the 'me' is and everything else that comes with that and cannot operate without it like time, space, continuity, linearity, a world, others, awareness, consciousness, autonomy, free will and choice, etc, it's institutionalized and has no reality on it's own and all i've mentioned depends on a me to appear but it really doesn't and neither does any of the above mentioned but only in the dream which really isn't happening and that's why it looks to Tom, Dick and Harry to try and solve it's own existence but it doesn't realize it's imagining Tom Dick and Harry too.

This is the misunderstanding. There is no me to be aware. Knowing is an illusion and the dream of separation which is also the awareness concept. Without it there is no dream. You are speaking from the dream as the dream. Nothingness is not awareness. Nothingness is deep sleep which knows nothing. What do you know when you're asleep, nothing. Awareness is the dream that knows, both are simultaneous not really happening only appears to be and can only exist with an observer present. That observer isn't really there as immediacy cannot be observed, it's an illusion.

There is no screen. It's all immediate. A screen implies something being shown to something else. I used to believe all this stuff too but it all went away when I dropped all spiritual teaching nonsense and realized that I only appear when everything else appeared. Both are simultaneous so neither can exist without the other so without me, nothing exists so nothing must be all there is.

I like this. Actually, I love this. This is raw and uncut. Direct words speaking themselves from the unknown. It is confused and wishes to know itself; but it can't and never will because it is everything. Take the me out the equation, and things will start to become clear. Not to you, but to themselves. You are the one confusing this. You only appear to yourself as yourself but it's not really there, it's a mirage. I can only say this to you as energy to energy speaking itself.

It is trying to find itself through any means possible. It tries the neti neti approach and self-inquiry. Little does it realize it is also those same approaches. I'm not what I can see so I must be the unseen, then it latches unto that idea, not realizing it's just an idea it itself is being.

How the heck is a formless being able to realize anything. It can't. There is no point of reference for it to be able to recognize anything.

Why do you look to another to tell you who you are. They don't know either. They also bought into an idea of who they think they are and now are trying to sell that idea to you. Do you need someone to tell you that you have a hand or a foot or an eye. No, because those aren't constructs, you are.
