Not sure if this helps but I have a problem with artificially grounding VS the real thing as in going outside bare footed. Like getting vitamin D from the sun VS pills. Anyway, check this out and related videos as there are more on YT. I've heard grounding apparatus can be useful too as a supplement for the real thing so maybe just do some independent research. This guy shows you how to ground your own bed.

And what is plain ice-cream, may I ask. Vanilla is still a flavor so is every other flavor by themselves. Do you mean you like your meaningful ice-cream with no extra meaning.😜

What do you think is the purpose of this thread. What do you think is the purpose for my even mentioning techniques. I was discussing Semen Retention to Starstruck because he said something about the ancients being SD purple and I said his semen retention practice stems from ancient times. Nothing about enlightenment. In fact, one of the reasons I started this thread with a topic as this was to move away from the always and forever discussions about awakening and enlightenment and to start a fresh topic I haven't seen discussed on here before which was inspired by a video someone posted about an ancient practice. I'm aware that Silence is the highest teaching. Just doesn't work in a forum setting.

It's an ancient practice. Don't kid yourself. Forget about SD tier 2 here in this discussion, it's still an ancient practice and so are a lot of other modern practices; they were just re-invented.

@EmotionalmosquitoAlso, be aware that one's intention is more powerful than the action that follows. If you feel hatred towards someone whose intention was not to hurt you, but you felt hurt anyway, you intentionally hating them back and being intentionally resentful will have a more negative karmatic effect than the person who wasn't aware of how their actions were hurting you. IOW, if you felt rejected from a female who was only acting in her best interest and well-being as a result of some thought she was having about the situation on-hand and didn't feel comfortable about it and not because she was trying to intentionally hurt you, you intentionally setting an intention to harbor hateful feelings towards her will bring back to you more harm than her. Like the story goes, God took in the guy at the brothel who kept thinking about God, and rejected the guy at the alter who kept thing about the brothel. It's not the actions but more about intention that can make a difference. Your intention is to hate while theirs was to protect themselves which felt like hate to you. Your intention will harm you more than them being affected by your hate. There's something about the power of intention that sets one apart in how we act.

Love this post and these questions. Questions I ask myself all the time. Love the one about meditation and being fully still going beyond the conditioning of Reality, even though I would put it as the going against the essence of Reality. I think it's all energy at play. Entangling with itself. It's transformative by nature so it's impossible to really be totally still. Even a dead body or frozen ice is still transforming. I will be watching for the responses from those names you mentioned as they have a heightened sense of awareness even if what they say is bullshit. Just kidding guys.

This is one of the biggest self-deceptive statements one can make and believe. It is also one of the most destructive to oneself. It is so huge that you're not even recognizing how this statement has the power to negatively impact your whole life and destroy you in more ways than one. People don't hate you, you FEEL hated by people. There's a huge difference.

Don't need to repeat but just take a look at what @Emeraldsaid and it will answer these comments FOR SURE. It isn't consciously recognized on your part, but it's OK because you haven't let go of certain fears that blinds you of this recognition.

I guess what I forgot to remember (no pun intended) was that humans haven't been around forever so it's not as if ancient civilizations are plenty, and even though our era will become ancient someday, the times then will be so much different that some of our practices now will be considered valuable and be also referred to as ancient wisdom. That was really the point of my post. Our Era will become ancient at some time and i was wondering if it will also be revered for certain things that our now ancients knew nothing about.
