  1. If you are already immortal, why do we NEED to identify with anything. We can identify as a cockroach wouldn't make a difference if shit is just happening. We can identify or not identify, wouldn't make a difference because what we identify as, wouldn't change what happens. It's all fresh and new. No past no future. Isn't that what we say. How will an identity change anything.
  2. Bingo! This is where all the delusions lie. Without them, this is all there is. The interpretations is also it but that's the illusion. Language was invented. What is, isnt.
  3. Be prepared for the enlightened individuals and wanna bees and believers who are separate from life and everybody else and everything.
  4. Do you know how many times I thought the same thing, Seems the ones in the boondocks are doomed. Lots of things doesn't make sense, even though it's not supposed to as this is just chaos appearing orderly.
  5. Didn't think you would do it. Didn't really mean to really change it as it wasn't my place, but heck, why not.
  6. You should rename the heading " Proof that there's no such thing as enlightenment". Your point made it clear. What a selfish God if it was only made available for a selected few.
  7. Unconditional love is not conditioned. Saying if somebody commits suicide, where is unconditional love is a conditioned response. You're implying unconditional love only relates to certain conditions. Nothing is exempt.
  8. It is. What else could what's written there/here be.
  9. Contradicts totality. You are + Consciousness =2
  10. I only feel it when I eat those foods. Not carbohydrates, but simple carbs as in white flour, white sugar etc.
  11. If you consider yourself a person with a life that has things and working towards something and having consciousness and an individual that is separate from life, then all you said is valid. If you don't then it can't be. The only reason why you say what you say is because you believe you are. If you didn't you wouldn't care. I never said nothing exists, exist means to stand out, what stands out? If I say I'm not an individual nor a person with consciousness, that doesn't mean that an individual with consciousness is writing this, you assume that so saying who is writing and reading is futile. You're assuming there's someone writing and reading. I never said if someone dropped a brick on my foot i wouldn't cry, but that still isn't saying there's a person with consciousness crying. It doesn't really matter what you say or think and it doesn't matter what i say or think, these are just words on a screen that no one is typing and things are still what they are. I could have kept this whole comment non personal by leaving out the I and replacing it with this character or by speaking in a non-dual fashion as in crying is happening etc, but that would just be me trying prove a point and trying to convince you of something and it wouldn't matter because these are just words. I still have a sense of individuality and am still deluded and experiencing the dream but that doesn't matter, as I'm aware the I AM is the dream made up of a bunch of stories and even that is illusory. I don't want to turn this into a belief system, its quite obvious to me that this is the case and you denying this is also the case so either way, it doesn't matter.
  12. @Michael569If you noticed I stressed, " I BELIEVE". You said weight gain is solely the cause, but those foods contribute to weight gain. I didn't blame anything nor got it from social media or anything. All I know is when I eat those foods I can feel a drop in my blood sugar levels and I feel a certain way. I don't often and that's why I probably don't have it. Don't know. I never gave a definitive cause or said they did.
  13. Sorry to hear about your struggles of physical pain and I hope it gets better for you that you don't have to feel it much longer. However, Spirituality doesn't say you should accept pain and abide in pain. Spirituality doesn't say anything because it doesn't speak. If you heard that from someone, that someone or those people said it, not Spirituality. Living in pure bliss without pain is not unconditional love. You blame God but God is unconditional love. You don't blame God when things are going right, why blame God when things are going wrong. We praise God when things are going right and curse God when things are apparently going wrong. Didn't someone in Spirituality not also tell you that God is also unconditional love? That means everything, even pain. The only reason I'm saying this is not to undermine your pain but to show you how your questions about God here are futile. Doesn't mean anything. You need to figure out how to stop the pain and do all you can about that and cursing God surely won't help. There is a God but it's not what you think it is. God is your pain and God is everything. God is not an entity outside somewhere doing anything, God(and that's just a name for it) is everything including your pain.
  14. That's because there is no self. It's an illusion. There's nothing to accept or not accept. Try all you want, it won't happen. The thoughts you're having is also the same thing the apparent self is - no-thing appearing as something. The mind is trying to stop the mind from being the mind. All illusory. A dog chasing it's tail - apparently.
  15. Bear in mind "hot" to a man comes in all shapes and sizes. Not all men view the same woman as hot. The woman is usually attractive and feminine but there are some intricate detailed differences, as in hair, body-type and color, nose structure, cheekbones...etc. Overall most men love attractive women. When a woman shows off her beauty by wearing certain clothes, how she does her hair and how she walks, etc, a man gets attracted to that and wants to be with her. Whether he pursues or not, is a different story and will depend on many factors. Men cannot help who they are attracted to (no one for that matter), that's just a part of how attraction works. Some try to fight it and some surrender to it. That's another story. The reason why men even call women "hot" is from a burning desire to put out her flame. He longs to enter her and use his penis to draw out and extract the love she is oozing out of her vagina and her whole body. (In his mind anyway). What he sees is his own beauty. The love that he is. The love that he longs for. Searching for. God is beauty, and, no matter what you see as beautiful you will want to have. It's an extension of the love that you are. We have not identified with that love, so we see it in others and we long for it. Giving is the same as receiving; so when he gives her his penis and she receives it, he is actually receiving himself and the hotter the woman, the more intense that receiving energy feels. He is in ecstasy, divine ecstasy. He cannot control it and he wants more. This is why the next hot chick is hotter than the previous one because now the anticipation energy has been activated in his mind. He will keep chasing hot girls because, in his mind, the flame hasn't been put out yet from his ongoing desires and he keeps chasing and chasing in hopes of cooling down this flame. Then he might develop some love in himself from whatever reason and then the urge might dissipate a bit; and now a less hot chick will do the same trick with the same intensity. The problem with all this, is that it produces a sense of an "unfulfilled longing". Only to have sex, not make love. A release of built-up tension. Contracted energy. It isn't fulfilling in the long-term; and never will, because it's an illusion. It creates tension in the body and which allows for more anxiety and depression in other areas of life. We are all longing for something because we view each other as separate and now we long for that which we think is not already there. We don't get unfulfillment when we really make love and not just sex, because the body is doing all that naturally. It's when the craving comes and the longing for that sexual excitement (which is mind) appears, the mind tends to want to fulfill a need. So, it uses the body and the body follows, but is never satisfied because it isn't a natural desire coming from a love of expression of itself - it's a longing for something, a something that it will never find because it IS what it longs for. It can become an addiction. There's nothing wrong with all this, I'm just stating my reasons for this with no judgements or insinuating that it should be different.
  16. For us, (well for me), it's not so much about getting horny by this stuff, it ignites a certain spark within us. Makes us feel a certain way. Doesn't matter how strong the imagination is.
  17. I didn't post anything it just happened. Lol. No need to be so serious about shit. Nothing will change. Nihilism is just a word. Sorry, i won't spoil your dream. Even that is just happening, if you were so grounded in your beliefs and practices my comment wouldn't phase you, you interpreted it as me saying nothing matters, where did I say that. See makes no sense. Show me where I said nothing matters.
  18. The Absolute cannot be experienced because it is also the dream of experience. The Absolute isn't a dream, the experience is. Saying we experience it is duality. "We and it". Who is the we and what is the it. If it's the Absolute then it is both.
  19. I'm not seeing the Absolute being the ultimate nature of Reality. The Absolute is also the seeing of the Absolute as the ultimate nature of Reality meaning the Absolute is also that. Nature implies a thing that has a nature. The Absolute is not a thing.
