Most people, especially seekers, don't like to hear these kinds of messages. Why? It's not about doing more. It's not about achieving more. It's more of a loss than a gain for most. The title is a bit harsh too. Who wants to hear they must give up on themselves unless you're depressed and trying to kick the bucket. That's a terrible message for the individual who is trying to get somewhere. It's a beautiful message. One that resonates with that energy that is already there. To the one that realizes this. To the one that has gone full circle and has had that aha moment of realization. It's probably one of the most powerful, profound messages there is. The only thing is that there already is no self to give up on. What you're suggesting is to stop dreaming. A self cannot give up on itself. What has to happen is a recognition that there wasn't a self to begin with.

Jamaican top model. She did cover of vogue. She went to the same school I did. Pulse. It's about the NECK. The neck, guys. The longer the neck the bigger the model. Especially black models. These company's look for something special. These girls might not be traditionally beautiful on the outskirts, but when you see their work, it's stunning. When they walk and take pictures. When you look closely at their features. Models aren't considered beautiful, they're considered stunning. Thats what company's like Vogue and Milan look for not beauty queens.

I just made a post a few days ago about the modelling school I attended in Ja, PULSE MODELLING AGENCY now known as Pulse Investments Limited. The founder was still alive then, but I woke up this morning to hear of his passing. R.I.P Mr Kingsley Cooper. You have helped a lot of young women make careers for themselves Internationally. Vogue, Milan and many other top agencies have had the honor of working with tons of Jamaican top models. I remember when I was a Pulse trainee and entered the Miss Jamaica Fashion Model contest and made it in the top 50 and the magazine showcasing the contest, those times I will never forget; and it was more than just modelling. Your school and agency taught us etiquette, ways of speaking, sitting and a lifestyle of grace and eloquence. We went to banquets and ceremonies where we were trained from teenagers to conduct ourselves at these prestigious events in a way where it still carries over to this day. You will be missed by your peers and family and friends as I know you made them proud. My girlfriend from high school days, who now lives in Canada, sent me the news via Whats App this morning because she knows I used to model for them and would be saddened to hear of his passing. I was just watching a few videos on YT about Pulse a few days ago which led me to post a few, and now this. R.I.P. In your honor, Mr Cooper.

Just your post alone has potential for harm. The mind feeling unsettled because of it's thinking is the harm. It has got you on hold and is living in it's "Palace of Continuity". Now it has a place holder and will continue to torment you with it's "moral responsibilities" and navigate it's way to more unsettling thoughts. Free yourself from it's hold and focus on life itself and how you can navigate your way to freedom from the mind and it's recklessness and destructive patterns. You are sitting on your couch (if that's where you were writing this) and have put the body through tremendous misery and pain by living in a world of thoughts. Now it got so entertained and had to share. Thoughts are just looking for a host to live and you have hosted these thoughts and now gave them life where they want to make their mark and continue their destructive pattern. Let them go. They will only leave you in despair and spread like a disease. This might fly right over your head but it's just the nature of existence, one that gets ignored because of how physical things seem to appear. It's all mind; and you are creating a world within you that can only lead to more thoughts that will enslave you and leave you pondering about things that is beneath your control. Life is happening, it's the thoughts about life that is being suffered and the more you entertain these kinds of thoughts, the more unsettled you become.
