It varies. I'll buy a bottle of black seed oil and take till its done. Then I may switch to Oil of Oregano for a few short weeks. Then I may buy a tincture bottle of say Rhodiola/Olive Leaf Extract/Astragalus.....whatever comes to mind. I'll buy a good quality green powder and put in water or smoothies. Stuff like that. I never buy supplements from pharmacies or mainstream. Only from health food stores or online from a reputable company that I trust or familiar brands like Nature's Answer. I never buy in pill form unless it's made from whole foods or from a trusted company. Tinctures are my go too. The pills have fillers, cellulose and other stuff i don't trust.

How old is he. That's important to note. 30's/40's/50's/60's.... Being overweight is a health problem in of itself.

Tinctures are very good but they are not multivitamin, they are usually a combination of one or two different herbs or whatever form. I've never seen a liquid multivitamin. I do suggest if taking multivitamin pills, to make sure it is derived from whole foods.

Didn't even know there was a word for that. I've always said I enjoy an intelligent mind and a stimulating conversation can get me going. I was even asked what in a man attracts you and i remember saying his mind. This probably explains my crush on everybody knows whom. I won't name names for fear of jealousy and attacks via p.m, lol which has happened before, twice. Oh God, the insanity of the human race is hilarious. I can't get pass this, even my own insanity.

Maybe "sapiosexual". A person who is sexually attracted to highly intelligent people. (just looked it up). Maybe the thought in saying, "i'm not a sap" was trying to say your intelligence doesn't excite. At least i learnt a new word today from all this mess. I also think I'm a sap. I get excited by intelligent minds. Hehe.

I'm not going to keep this up and will make this my last comment on the matter. If you read the thread and saw how there were no instigation for his frustration. What you're saying is a generalized thing and does not relate to this particular circumstance. There's no trickery in moderating in this instance and you call expletives and blatant disrespect at a new member who was obviously courteous, frustration. What was he frustrated about with her. He could have kindly said, no thank you I'm not interested in your way of expression or whatever else in a kind manner and leave it at that. I don't have to repeat what he said because it is there for you to re-read......how is that everyone has an ego and we all lose our cool and what is acceptable levels of frustration? You said nothing about how she must have felt, and what she might have been feeling having to deal with that kind of welcome and nothing about how she responded in a kind manner. All about feeling bad for him and how frustrated he is and how we all have egos and where do you draw the line. It's like you're making excuses for him without batting an eye to how the recipient must have felt to have to see those curse words coming at her unexpectedly.

There's no trickery and complexity in moderating constant rudeness and disrespect on those levels. A toddler would be able to moderate that.

I understand what you're saying because ever since his beginning i realized he was hurting inside; but he never showed any signs of trying to heal or asked for any advice on how to not feel what he was feeling inside. Instead pretty much all his posts were just venting frustration. That's OK, but not at the expense of others' and the total disrespect he portrayed when he got a response to his posts that was not to his liking. It's obvious to me, he didn't need any help and was very comfortable being the way he was.

I would like to say thank you to all who recognized this as unacceptable behavior; never to anyone, but especially to a new member who did nothing but show kindness, respect and humility. This wasn't the first, second or third time, but I'm happy to see it's the last. I would also expect the same for myself if I were to conduct myself that way, so this is not a one-way street.

Please, this is a new member he's speaking to like that and a very respectable one at that too, and this shouldn't be a laughing matter that just gets swept under the rug any longer. This is absurd. The only warning I ever got on this forum was for this............i don't even want to say because I'll get another if I do.

Yes, its a choice to be rude and belittling but shouldn't be allowed; especially in this crude manner.

To All Moderators: I have to speak up. This is unacceptable. Yes, we all have our moments. Yes, once I told this user to go "f" himself. Once I got a no point warning for making a sarcastic comment about his behavior and the kind of posts he makes. If I get another warning because of this comment, I don't care. I didn't agree with the warning I got saying i was trolling and gaslighting, but I took it in grace. This is the type of personal attacks that is leashed upon a new member. These are the types of languages allowed here and these are the types of members one will get a warning point for. For trolling a troll. I will not sit around and be a part of a forum any longer that will allow these kinds of members to be a part of it, and on top of that give respectable members warning points against these trollers that CONSTANTLY makes hatred posts and disrespect it's members. Do you see the VERY respectable comment that was made to him by @Evelyna and the nasty and disrespectful response that he gave. Then she respectfully responded and another nasty and disrespectful comment again. This user is a constant menace and I cannot sit around and not say anything anymore. If you want to give me another warning for speaking up, go ahead. I already spoke up about another one awhile back who spoke about murdering women and he has not been back since. So I know sometimes speaking up is the right thing to do. This user has gotten away with plenty and it will only get worse because he sees how he can. He gets defended and is allowed to constantly curse and insult. I don't know if what I'm doing is the right thing or not, but I just cannot let this one go by without addressing it. For some reason I cannot tag the mods names, so I hope atleast one of you sees this.
