  1. Usually it's 1000 mg of fish oil not ever omegas 3. Idn where they got that number but it's too little. The numbers I gave are backed by studies for those purposes. Oh I remember their number is for heart health.
  2. Kinda. You need to have a balance of omega-3 and 6 fats ideally 1 to 1. The problem with the standard diet is that people consume too much omega-6 so they can have a ratio of 15/1 in that case you would have increased inflammation and who knows what else. So you could say that they are deficient in omega-3. Yea it can thin out your blood if you take more than 5000 mg of omega-3. For brain health you need 2000. For lower inflammation 3000-4000. And that not 5000 mg of fish oil but of omega-3 (epa and dha combined).

  8. I had sleep paralysis only once and it was awesome. It felt very peaceful like a nice meditation session. Then after that I had a lucid dream like you. (didn't know what was it called until now) I basically just walked around a little bit and came back. After that I searched online about it and it happened because I took a nap at an irregular time and on my back. Maybe try sleeping on the side if you don't want it.

  11. Of course. I would never use something like this now. I had a bodybuilding phase few years ago, now I exercise more to feel good than to look good.
  12. @Michael569 I'm looking at the Brita products and the jug is more appropriate because I live with people but I'm worried that the estrogen from plastic will be a problem. (it's possible that it's a glass jug but I can't find what it's made of so I'm going by the looks of it.) Should I be worried about the plastic if I use only cold water and would transferring it from the filter jug to the glass jug be pointless or a waste of time?

  14. Who said it was? It was just an example and I even wrote "Just a thought" so people like you would understand im not attacking USSR. But I guess I have to spell it out. Im just making an extreme example so it is easier to understand that just because something gives a positive change in one part of the system doesn't mean it's overall positive.
  15. Esthetically I hate it. It causes that bubble gut that body builders have now. Because the organs grow faster and it pushes the stomach out. Don't understand how it effects youth or longevity tho.

  18. Lying is not black or white. Like saying you didn't do something when you did. There is a lot of grey and small lies that we don't consider being deceitful or manipulative. For an example putting on a fake smile after a guy that you like makes a bad joke is a form of lying. Makeup is basically a deception and there must be a million more examples. Maybe we subconsciously think our relationships can't work on the foundation of truth so we all make up a million different little lies.
