There’s just a bias against it here because a lot of people here are from Anglo-Christian countries so we have seen a lot of the issues that arise from all the group think and lack of self inquiry about what one believes and knows to be true. Most theist / worship based practices get this wrap here because they have been taught in such a way that you sort of deceptively give your power away if you partake in worshiping. This is a holistic community that looks at everything so anything that’s fundamentalist gets a bad wrap here but there’s also times people reference Christ as a great teacher to understand and apply love. So yeah, generally speaking fundamentalist organized religion isn’t held in high esteem here. -
What is the thought process behind these tariffs and whatnot? Like how do you rationalize and come to the conclusion this is a good idea? I genuinely think Trump is of average intelligence and reasoning abilities and this is purely a sort of petty eye for an eye move because he is such an egomaniac that in his world it just makes sense to run and function everything like this even if you’re president. I don’t think he’s really capable of any sort of coherent thinking and honest thinking and almost everything he does lacks impartial observation and reasoning. Crazy how someone like this can get power democratically. Goes to show people don’t vote based on reason or impartial logic. Just pure feeling and it leads right back to the person running in the campaign. I just hope the wake up calls aren’t so incredibly harsh that we have to scrape by for years and years after if he needs up really fucking things up due to his stupidity. I guess Musk has brainwashed himself as well, how are all the “smart” people surrounding Trump not talking sense into him?

Hope it doesn’t go down too much. I need my portfolio to stay strong cause I was planning on using it to start a business.

Thanks for the reminder. I neglect this often. We live very sedentary lives especially if your work is online. Gotta schedule this.

These guys are alright to learn from but to be honest how often can you really attribute any sort of meaningful progress you made to the knowledge you gained from their shared perspective? If anything I’ve found them to be more hype men than anything. Most knowledge based products especially on broad topics like business, marketing and social skills really culminates just in your own self belief and alignment with your inner brilliance, and that’s it. So really the simplicity of it all where all you had to be is 1) engaged and responsible for your life, taking committed action 2) parenting yourself through whatever hard emotions you create or resistance you create through the process 3) aligning with truth and your true worth and inner brilliance and value. Just these three is really all you need to then let things unfold in time and evolve socially or in any endeavor. The rest of his course or program or whatever else he piles on is just hot air to me. Socializing is far too contextual to map it out from my experience. I think many of you need to meet these type of guys in person, not them speaking at a seminar but just hanging out with them.

On effort, look into the Taoist perspective on this, they have this concept called “effortless effort.” I’ve found this to be a true experience of one wishes to allow it. Basically all effort is just an emotion of striving against something. It’s possible to let that go, still go through all the changes of whatever is unfolding and not have to beat yourself up in the process by grinding at it. This sort of middle balanced flow where things just unfold, fully engaged and intuitively involved, but all the painful striving has evaporated. Try it! -
How did you identify your endeavor would attract money and monetize it without selling out? I'm building a channel as well on IG and I am ready to monetize but I am not sure it is the right decision now. I suppose I can just learn through action, trial / error, research, mistakes, etc.

Ever since I have started practicing and studying Taoism, I don’t see anything in my life as separate from spirituality. There are no mistakes in creation from my point of view. There are things I deeply dislike and think are wrong but I see how they all play a role. I see this is a continuous path and life keeps coming at us. Each chapter in life is equally important and ultimately every moment has a lesson in it. So I don’t think it’s possible to quit spirituality but it is possible to quit practices or ways of living life that don’t serve us. Read the Tao Te Ching, it’s very helpful if you want to just remove yourself from lofty notions and life your life fully and at the same time grow spiritually. Each path is unique and different, remember the pursuit of truth is unique to you. -
I think changing your environment if you have the means to is a very powerful way to shift perspectives and learn new things. Definitely going to different cities and countries to gain social experience and date can be very helpful. It’s not always needed but if you haven’t been exposed to the social experiences you need to sort of build a balanced foundation, changing to a place where there’s more happening can be incredibly important. I think most guys who want to make growth in this domain switch it up. Seems like there’s a lot of guys who are just fine with whatever comes along in their town and made their peace with it.

It’s hard to say, very hot button topic yet the people who seem to be doing well in this domain always have very simple answers to questions on it. You can be fucked, you can rebound, you can experience miracles and the mundane. It’s hard to say. I would be careful with marriage advice these days online since it’s been polluted by radical voices from every side. I think really silencing yourself and really focusing inward could lead to a flow where you can make clear decisions. The thing about marriage is it changes moment to moment so you may go through a phase where it’s challenging and another where you align. I think marriage these days is actually used as a scape goat and excuse by “main characters” who feel their contributions aren’t enough so they look for something to compare them to (marriage) and then spin some story about how their marriage either ruined their life or why you should jump through ridiculous hurdles before getting marriage, a form of avoiding responsibility by setting up an unrealistic amount of goal posts or standards. You all remember your grandparents would sometimes barely know each other then live out their lives together without all the added commotion and social dialogue. There was value in that and many of them benefited for the marriage, maybe others didn’t. It’s just too personal to create some model over and the core advice for how to live life right exists whether you’re in a marriage or not, follow the way and live with truth.

Who the hell finds Joe Rogan funny?

If you find him helpful then drop your cash on him. I would not buy his course. There’s lots of other people I find much more valuable learning from for my life.

I can’t really listen to Owen. He just talks way too much, yap yap yap. And if you’re conscious enough you know he sees you as a “mark” and it’s like you’re being sold to by some scammy door to door salesman, but he shimmers enough to fool the average bloke blinded by his sense of lack and money / women trauma. How else would the intentions be for someone who taught lots of manipulation tactics at one point? They are being used on you! Do not send these jokers your money, ever All the advice / knowledge he puts up on his YouTube can also be found through reading books while following your own inner guidance and doing broad research. Take whatever business mindset and success beliefs serve you but throw out the rest. He has some good lessons but he needs to shut the fuck and just teach, holy shit.

The seeds were always there. Remember when he called a cave diver a pedo cause he basically shat on the ridiculous attention whoring Elon was doing when those boys were stuck in that cave? Basically presenting some stupid and useless submarine that first and foremost was him hyping up rather than being carefully engineered and consideration given to the teamwork needed to actually implement such a plan. It was only a matter of time. He would switch back over to any other flavor of the day if he believed it would be fashionable and he would be safe.

Apparently there was a clash with Elon Musk and Trump officials, the in fighting has begun. Trump cabinet doesn’t like Musk overstepping, but not because of democracy but because they want to reign in their own power.
-
I therefore then don’t see why you are against left wing populism taking over the dems. A worker’s revolution would help the average American and it won’t be some communist take over like the right has been screaming about for the last 30 years.

Political order and Political Decay to understand up until 2016, then from there the author’s model breaks down and it’s up to us to apply what we are doing here to understand.
-
This is the problem with Republicans. They are completely incapable of long term systems thinking, they are stupid undeveloped people. “You have to start somewhere” so short term political wins is better than a near certain clash between Europe and Russia in 5 years from now? It’s not in good faith. What evidence is there anything about this conflict coming from Trump or Putin that they are compromising in good faith?
-
Putin wants to bring the borders back of the Soviet Union and he will use violence against small NATO countries if he thinks there won’t be consequences.
-
Why would Trump serve Putin? What is the benefit or cause for Trump to take orders from Putin as if he is beholden to him for something?
-
what alternative?
-
The result of this? We don't know because we don't have a crystal ball, the fine balance of everything is being shaken up. There will probably be more conflict but also some problems might be resolved from it. We will have to see. I think USA will become weaker overall and there will be zones of influence instead of the globe working towards rules based order. We already have different internet from China, we will see the China sphere expand when they move into Taiwan, USA will throw fits with it's democratic partner states like Canada and Mexico who it no wants more control over, and Russia will regain some territory from the Soviet times and have more say over Europe, which will develop it's own army and potentially meet Russia in war in the baltics or Ukraine for a second time, I don't see this peace deal lasting if there is one.
-
I personally think the best way of understanding this is not by throwing around labels like devil or saying Trump is a Putin puppet. Trump aligns with Putin because he has a dictator perspective, he sees himself above the law and respects Putin for that. Trump has a isolationist world view because he thinks the ally countries are ripping the USA off and keeping tensions between Russia going. He has a very simplistic world view of things about how he wants to throw blame at anyone bringing complexity and nuance to an issue and hearing all sides and would rather just side with who he vibes with. It's the same as voters, how they vote off vibes, Trump lives his life the same way when it comes to policy and governing. He thinks slimming the country down from these engagements will make America more effective and he doesn't have the development to actually realize governing these issues requires deep complex thinking and coalition building. He's on the side of Israel and sends weapons there because their lobby buys his campaign, Ukraine doesn't do that and isn't able to lobby the same. He also sees the modern Europe world view as a threat to his authoritarian style, which they back Ukraine, and Trump is a petty contrarian as well so of course he's going to just play big table bully. Trump would rather just cut some dirty big power deal with Russia or China without any dialogue rather than work with smaller ally countries under the democratic process which is what's necessary in order to have so many allies and alliances like the USA does/did.

Europe equally fucked up as well. Trump has been salivating over leaving NATO for ages. It should have been a wake up call the moment you saw he was running again to get your shit in order, way before that, back in 2022. It’s time for Europe to build an army. Not these stupid summits which they never do anything after.

I mean, I don’t entirely disagree with you up until your last sentence which is pointless and a bit ridiculous to say. I don’t see how giving up on Ukraine keeps China from starting a war with Taiwan. This literally shows that with the switch in administration, support can be dropped. Ukraine being sold out basically means all China has to do is start shit and wait for the American public to get tired. Trump won’t do shit about anything. NATO is dead at this point. USA has tarnished its image beyond repair after Trump diplomacy. I don’t even see how anyone can see this leading to diminished perks for us as citizens. I await the eventually war in Asia and USA citizens just sitting by surprised.
