I'm single for almost a year now . My Ex dumbed me because she caught me jerking off in my apartment to something... So now I'm feeling extremely frustrated. I just came home from one of the most busy crowded malls in my city trying to chat up some attractive girls ..and also since I have zero social life at the moment I tried to chat up guys as well . For friendship purposes and also for dating ..I have no problem having sex with a handsome dude ..in fact that's something I've been trying to do for few years now but I don't have the balls to approach a cute guy and befriending him only to tell him I wanna gabe your asshole ... So anyways...I tried to chat up few guys ..this guy was really a dickhead to me ...we ended up fighting and he wounded me in my neck..nothing serious. .just a surface little line that will recover automatically within few days. I've drived home crying . I'm losing all my social etiquette because I literally didn't leave my house and exposed myself to the sun since the beginning of 2024 . Only to go to the grocery store ..or to college..or to job meeting ..etc but no social life . Right now .. I don't have a girlfriend..I don't a boyfriend (for gay purposes)..and I don't friends period. I'm just losing the basics of social life .what I want is to get out of this funk. What should I do? I'm really serious.

@Buck Edwards thanks for the suggestion. I actually perform the islamic prayer 5 times a day . The part when your head touches the floor and you connect with God is very very very peaceful and powerful spiritual practice. I highly recommend that to you as well . On my original point ..what the worst case scenario? What the hell is gonna happen to you in the end? You will die in ill repute ? You will get cancer ? You will be impotent? You will face terrific fear of death on your death bed ? Just tell me ..why are you afraid of these things ? I'm not saying I'm not afraid of these things ..but we are contemplating together. Why you don't see God????? First of all.. Recognize that you take this present moment for granted. Recognize the miracle right before your eyes that you take completely for granted. Because you think it came from a past via a mechanism somehow from somewhere at some when. All these are groundless. =the present moment is completely mysterious and unexplainable. It just is what it is. You think it's not fresh it's not the "first" present moment. But it is. Also you take it for granted because you have some nice bullshit stories that explain it away. You think you are living on a earth.. In some solar system.. In some universe.in some multiverse.. . In God knows where. but you don't recognize that this infinite regress is indeed infinite. Which means you are again "nowhere". Just now here. Going in nature can be quite insightful. If you pet some trees. You can notice the connection between everything. You can see how these trees are literally yourself. Try to say hi to the trees as you walk past them. People will call you nutcase but say hi to them too . Try to notice everything as yourself. It's easier to try this exercise in nature. Plants. Trees. Animals. Sea etc because these things are beautiful and attractive. Try to feel into the beauty of them and notice that this is YOUR beauty. This is your creation. This is YOU Period. Now imagine If you can train this capacity to include the whole universe. Such that you cough love into everything. literally every piece of existence is yourself. It's one thing to hear this or to understand this and it's different to actually grasp this in your own experience via your own method. Do whatever it takes to get there but you gotta get there.

In general..share the top limiting beliefs that prevent you from "getting what you want from Life ". By "limiting beliefs" I mean excuses of course...because I gotta tell ya the truth ..I've been maturing exponentially in the last year ..understanding how life really works in "the real world " and how shit gets done . Life is difficult no matter how ya slice it . Nobody is ever satisfied by his job ..from the workers in factories to the CEOs in their air conditioned office . Everyday we have to struggle to even make ends meet . But some of us here (and probably that's the reason why we are here) want to rise above mediocrity and Self-Actualize ...we want the best job..the best life purpose..the right values in life ..the best way to spend our free time ..girlfriends or boyfriends ..health and well being and ultimately awakening..etc .. So as I said ..these thing are NEVER easy once you start getting serious about them .at first you will be shocked because you will think :"fuck! This is so impossible to achieve..it's never gonna work ..I'm never gonna improve.. etc ". So..I want you guys (if possible) to share with me a brief quick summary of your journey in this work up to now and what exactly are the limiting beliefs/excuses/Obstacles that hold you back the most and how do you plan to deal with them .
