It's not good for men. I'm not saying it's impossible to build muscle without eating animals because anyone can debunk this claim by linking some YT channel hosted by a vegan bodybuilder and how he is buffed as fuck . But without meat you really miss out on so much nutrients which just cannot be replaced with plants regardless of quantity or quality . Essential amino acids exists in meat and eggs and cannot be replaced by vegan protein. I've experimented with different diets. I tried vegan..tried carnivore ..tried "eating whatever the heck I find in the fridge "..etc ...and I shit you not ..vegan is the worst .you will feel like a flimsy piece of shit .

I promise this is going to be my last post rambling about my smoking addiction. I didn't just hit rock bottom ..I fucking exploded the living hell out of rock bottom . Can't run 5 meters without coughing and grasping for breath .can't workout or lift dumbbells without quick exhaustion despite taking protein powder and energy drinks and French coffee and all kinds of stimulants . But the real wake up call is that my sister's husband was diagnosed with lungs cancer few months ago because he is also like me ..binge smoking like a mofo all day everyday. The chemotherapy thanks to god has reduced the tumor in his lungs but his health is totally shattered and my sister cries and prays for him and the entire situation just breaks my heart even though I don't have a good relationship with my family members because I live alone because of a limiting belief that living with my family will hinder my spiritual stoic life . For me now it's as simple as this : smoking causes cancer ..and cancer causes death ..and I'm not enlightened or smth to look death in the eyes . Pray for me please.
