Does that mean your answer is there is no permanent end to all suffering? It's gonna continue forever (with pauses in between)? -

Yes it is not satisfying answer. As long as there is experience or bodily sensations whether one is identified as the body or not.. There is still painful sensations. So let's say I'm identified as the observer of the body not the body itself(really this distinction is not even there.. It's just one thing) ..there will still be painful sensations in the body if it's going through it .. It's not a matter of identification. -

True. I need 3 grams of enlightenment every morning with my vitamins and 2 grams before bed to be immune to human emotions. I must not be a human who feels natural human emotions to be an enlightened cold senseless zen rock. Oh so you have some preferences and judgments?? Not so enlightened. You must be OK with being tortured to death to be considered enlightened. -

Rupert Spira is really great. What do you think about him? He explains stuff very eloquently and rarely talks about superficial stuff. -

Well maybe at first it's gonna be a great spiritual atmosphere. There is a certain joy to being alone tbh. But after a while you will start getting bored and wishing to Interact with humans.. "ahh man I wish I have a girlfriend or some cool buddies to hang out with". Social animals we are and all that. Unless you are going for a total liberation.. In which case you wouldn't be worried too much about the rent and survival.. Because you will realize it's all a dream lol -

Except that's exactly what I think during my dreams as well. In my dreams I'm also 100 % sure that It's the waking reality.!, It's not so obvious. Don't you see there is literally no difference between the two states? Even If we just say we are in the waking state right now.. Now what the heck is the waking state? What is this waking state? Where did it come from? What is it's context? You could say the context of the dreaming state is the waking state like it is happening inside of it being rendered by the brain or whatever that is... Nice.. But what is the context of the waking state? What is rendering it? How do you know that your whole life is NOT one giant ass dream and that you actually are an alien in some alternative 5 dimensional universe and that we all are just figments of your Dream???? And just to save time and get to the point.. The answer is YOU DO NOT KNOW THAT. So what does this have to do with your question? Well you insist that everyone are aware and then you are wondering why can't you access their awareness. I'm telling you go make sure first that we are aware.. That's the assumption that you need to question first.. Because the reality is as you yourself stated that you don't actually have access to other people's awareness.. That means you don't actually know if they are aware or not. That is what's actually the case not the beliefs and fantasies about "I should have access to other's Awareness because we are all one". You are taking it all backwards. It turns out you dont have access to that nor do you "should". -

Are you in the "waking state" or the "dream state" right now? And how do you know? -
Someone here replied to Halm's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Halm @Halm you are conscious now.. Right? Right. You perceive other people and they appear to be having subjective experience of reality but you don't have direct access to their POV from inside..right? Right. You are asking if me and them are identical why can't I access their POV from inside?. I would suggest a new possibility to consider.. What if they don't have an internal subjective experience of their own just like people in your dreams.. They appear to be self- aware but actually they are just extensions of your own mind. I'm not saying that is actually what's going on right now.. But just a possibility to consider.. My question to you.. How do you know that that's NOT going on now? . Another way to put it.. How do you know you are NOT dreaming right now? -

It doesn't matter. You exist. Other exists.. Others don't exist.. No difference. The only thing that exists is that which exists..isn't that obvious?. You "me and us" still playing games. Clinging to one perspective or another. All equally false and equally true. You will only be absolutely true when you are that of a non-perspective. -

Idk I don't get it.. How are you terrified of "love"? Is love a terrifying thing? For example Is it natural for a child to be scared when his mom is trying to hug him and give him love? -
Someone here replied to Mirko's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Because honestly a huge percentage of the new age concepts are straightforward bullshit. Miraculous healing and manifesting your dreams.. Attracting good things.."you create your own reality.." "Suffering is optional but pain is inevitable." . And the list goes on.. All that Is just fantasizing. Also in my opinion.. The ideas about infinite love and infinite goodness.. unconditional happiness are also in the same category.. Just some drugs or ways to jerk off your way out of the suffering of this existence. It doesn't help with the life situation all these spiritual ideas.. You could say unless it is actualized.. To actualize it means to give up being a human.. Literally not metaphorically.. As long as you are in this human body you are going to suffer. There is no soultion from within the human condition.. Because the human condition itself is the proplem. -
Here I'm gonna post some quick and short criticism to Leo's videos.. Not necessarily disagreeing with them but just pointing out my thoughts on some of the stuff he says. So I'm gonna post the video.. Then I Will quote various statements from it and my comments on them underneath each statement or paragraph.

Let's just create this fine distinction for the sake of the discussion.. "love" as a pointer.. As a word.. As a four letters appearing on a screen.. And "love" as the actual thing that is being pointed to with the word itself. The word itself is completely irrelevant.. For a non-English speaker the word is completely meaningless.. And when he hear it.. It is no different than the sounds of the birds . You have to Tell it to him using his language. And if he awoken to "love" he is gonna call it using his language's equivalent word.. And a Japanese person will use his own Japanese language.. An African person.. And Indian person... And so on.... That shows that truly the word itself is meaningless and irrelevant.. And this should be obvious because what is language itself after all? It is just a set of symbols to represent the world. The thing that is being represented is what is actual not the word itself. So whether you look at reality and call it love or not.. It is gonna look exactly the same before and after.. I'm sufism (Islamic mysticism) they have the 99 names of Allah (God). It contains all sorts of divine qualities such as "the wise".. "the magnificent".. "the all knowing".. The one " etc... But why 99 names?? It should be 100 to be a complete list.!! And the mystical secret to this is they call the hidden name the" greatest name of Allah ".. That is indeed the actual name the represents the essence of Allah.. And it is kept hidden to say that it is not even a" name " so didn't get stuck on names .. It is beyond names.. The greatest name is not a name.. It is the thing itself which is nameless.

There is no division. It is only one thing. Try to catch where exactly does your kitchen ends and your living room starts!!.. It is just one seamless fluid totality.. You impose those lines.. Divisions are only a projection of the mind.. They are not really there.. Or they are there as a mental projection.. So They are and aren't.. Play with it as you wish.. You will always be false and true! There is only the field. There is no actual divisions that need some mysterious "force" from some "outside" to unite them. If you don't like it.. "yes the force is infinite unconditional indiscriminate love"..however you wanna imagine it.. All catches nothing of what is actually going on. Which is is just this. -
Someone here replied to JayG84's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
There is only one thing. If you explore any duality you will see the line is infinite in it's breadth. That means there's infinite distinct "things" which are actually one unified "thing"( field)!!! -

The atman of Hinduism is identical to the Anatman of buddhism. Both Hinduism and Buddhism are pointing to the same thing but from different angles.. Just like the cup is half full and half empty at the same time. Instead of "moksha".. Buddhism calls it "nirvana" which literally means "extinction" or "vanishing ". And it actually makes a deeper point that what nirvana is.. Is not merely the realization or knowing of your atman but it is the atman itself. Atman =Brahman =nirvana. Buddhism says that this world of samsara which you live to suffer in it and constantly getting rebirthed to suffer endlessly according to the law of karma because of your "lust" and "desires"..that is identical to nirvana which is what you realize after enlightenment. This means that there is only one truth and two states of consciousness.. If you are ignorant and lustful.. This world will be your samsara in which you suffer endlessly.. If you are free of attachments and false identification. This same world will appear to you as nirvana itself. -
The metaphysical hindu worldview stands on the concept of "Brahman" which is the essence of existence. this concept points to the "transcendental absolute reality " which is "impersonal" and "neutral" .. "the first essence" from which everything conceived, conceivable and inconceivable emerged from. Brahman can't be defined in terms of "what it is".. Only in terms of "what it is NOT". So we can't give it any positive qualities.. Only negative ones.. Such as "infinite" =NOT finite.. Unchanged.. Uneffected.. Unmoved..etc. This infinite absolute has another facet to it "Maya" .. Which is the illusory unsubstantial.. Ever- changing phenomenal appearance which are like waves on the still water. Or like images on the screen of eternity (Brahman). As a self you are "Atman " which means "soul" or "spirit". Your soul or spirit which is who you really are is beyond this world of "Maya" . To be liberated or to attain liberation "moksha" you have to know your true self.. So liberation is simply the knowledge of your self.. "Atma jnana" which is to know that your essence or subjective self "Atman" is identical to the essence of all of existence and the objective self "Brahman".

@Evil Raccoon they are not lying.. Perhaps exaggerating a bit and keep in mind that everyone are different. It's easy plain and simple.. When you stop busting your nuts you have more sexual drive and more energy and motivation to go out there and approach girls.. That's all that there is to it. It doesn't mean you will definitely attract women.. Because that obviously takes more than just not busting your nuts DUH

you really expected that just because you stopped jacking your Johnson to porn that somehow you will turn into a superhuman chick magnet..? Yeah you should've expected getting a million dollars out of nowhere as well lol..

Basically pornography is addictive. It is designed to be addictive and to get males hooked on it. Any addiction is not good for your life.. You need to be as free and detached from depending on external material pleasures as possible if you wanna taste real happiness and serenity in life .. And "maturity".. What are you a fucking kid that needs to suck on a candy lollipop constantly or otherwise it will start crying?? That's like addiction bro. I have smoking addiction and it sucks when I can't just enjoy Music or watching a movie or watching Leo's videos without smoking that shit.. You said it was the hardest thing you ever did.. That says you were addicted.. And now you finally recovered and you are asking should i go back to square one and repeat the whole thing again???. Seriously?

I am nothing. This is not a philosophy or a theory or speculation.. This is a direct consciousness of what is actually the case.. The truth about what I am in direct experience. When I ask myself who am I? Or what am I? The first answer that comes to mind is obviously "I am the body.. This body right here.. What else would I be?". But who is aware of the body.? . If I am aware of the body.. Then the body is an object of perception just like the rest of the external world.. It is not the subject or the experiencer but rather another experience."maybe I am this or that".. I can't be anything I think of.. Because all thoughts.. Ideas and concepts are again more objects.. What is the subject.. The subject can't be located or named or identified because it is not an object.. If it can be named or located or identified it becomes an object and not the subject.. To be the subject it can't perceive itself.. It can't be an object of perception. I am pure awareness of the present moment.. I am not a person.. My name is not me.. I am not a male or female.. Not even joking lol.. I have no personality (so give me a break you idiots who say you know me very well.. There ain't no me lol).. I am not good or bad.. I am not sane or insane.. I have no characteristics.. I am not the doer of deeds or sayer of sayings.. I am the pure awareness of all these things. Inside of me.. There is an infinite regress of infinite regresses.. All my actions are 100 % unpredictable.. Everything about me is false.. I am nothing objective.. I am a mystery.

I'm not sure why no one talks about him in this forum.. I think he is a unique teacher. He was the student of ramana maharshi He was a classic nondual teacher.. Extreme advaita style and cutting through as much bullshit possible.. There is no path.. No self.. No true self.. No false self.. No enlightenment.. No God.. No free will.. No goal.. No purpose..
