@Dodo well really look at how hilarious this is.. If he asks you where is this "Eternal now".. Tell him "you idiot.. Where is this fucking past and future you believe in.? The now is right in front of you.. Now You tell me where is your past and future"?? Lol And ofcourse he will confuse the content of the now (which is endlessly changing) with the now itself which never changes. The only unchanging thing is changing.. It goes full circle. Change is changless as change.

Well it's really not. Just go directly. There is no such thing. It's always NOW and there is nothing else. Where is the future or the past? Can you point to it? Can you grasp it with your hands? All the future (or past) really is.. Is just an idea that is happening in the NOW about something that is not happening in the NOW!!

Time is not three dimensional (past - present - future)..so there is no year that comes and year that goes. It's just one present moment with ever-changing content. Just like a static TV screen with constantly changing images (pixels).. The screen (present moment) never changes yet the content is constantly changing.

What is a question? What is anything? Any answer is gonna be thoughts about thoughts. Thoughts inside thoughts about the nature of thoughts. A thought is a thought and that's rock bottom. A rock is a rock and that's rock bottom. Meaning it is exactly what it appears to be to direct consciousness without any conceptual stories or "explanations". Now ofcourse you can get underneath that endlessly because that's the nature of things.. It expands forever in all directions.. But that doesn't make any place different from where you are at. It's all the same and it's all different at the same time!

When you know you are not your name yet everyone calls you by your name and you are supposed to respond or you are being rude!! Wtf,!! Seriously what the fuck is this body doing here.. Moving around.. Breathing automatically.. Blood flows automatically.. Electrical signals.. Move the hands.. Grab the phone.. All automatically.. Holy shit I am not in the driver seat.. Holy shit! Look.. The body is moving on it's own.. Who is me then??.? Holy shit the body is a prison.. Constantly keeps asking me for stuff.. A chore after a chore.. Feed me.. Hydrate me.. Please me.. Rest me.. Happiness and Truth. We all are basically searching for these two things.. What a joke?. Don't you realize that Truth is all that there is and you can't search for it because it can never be lost? Don't you realize that nothing external will give you actual happiness because it's fleeting and trivial?. A cosmic joke of endless searching for that which can only be found when we stop searching.. Is what life is.

That's the only thing you can't lose. Btw there is no "you" who loses or gains "it".. Remove the "you" and all that is left is "it".. Or don't. Well from my experience it's one self.. But If you zoom into it you will find infinity. What you are is not everything. It's also nothing and anything.. It fits in with everything so you can't get it wrong. P.S if you feel lonely just go connect with some people!

How much selves and "I" s do we have?

What's all of existence is about ? So this is a new (or new old) way to try to conceptualize reality and make sense of it. The distinctions here are arbitrary and completely relative but nevertheless here we go. There is basically only two things in all of existence.. Forms and formlessness. That's it. There isn't and never was and never will be anything else. The forms ALWAYS are limited and impermanent. The formless ONLY is unlimited and permanent. The two Are actually identical but it's hard for the mind to make sense of that (how could these forms be formless?). Instead try to think of it this way.. The formless is the container of forms. You might ask "where are all these forms taking place"? "where does existence happening"? And the answer is really nowhere.. Reality is happening inside of nothingness. If we erase all forms from existence.. What's left? Only pure formlessness. Pure nothingness. So that's like what's underneath all forms. Or the container of all forms.. The original state that then comes different forms and appear inside of it. So this present moment that's happening right now is 50 % forms and 50 % formlessness. We usually don't think of it this way.. We think "it's just forms it's just reality where is this formlessness?". Lol ofcourse you can't see it because it's not a form. It has no qualities whatsoever and that's precisely why and how it is present everywhere and every when yet you can't see it.. Because you can only see forms. But how come forms are present without a container? There must be a container that contains all these forms and it can't be anything else but formlessness. Think about an empty glass that is necessary to have some water or any substance inside of it. But instead what we have here is not an empty "glass".. But rather pure emptiness. Now you might ask.."where did all these forms come from then"? Here there is really no answer. It's pure magic. But the trick is that ultimately all forms appear and disappear.. They are just like dreams or hallucinations.. Forever appearing and disappearing. There is no rational explanation whatsoever why forms are here (the answer is actually that form is formlessness but it's near impossible to make sense of it rationally without a mystical experience). But the only way to relate to it is by understanding that all forms are ultimately a temporary passing show that means absolutely nothing and was never ought to be anything substantial or to form a "reality". The only full realness is to the all mighty nothingness.

At least it is revealed to be absolutely nothing that you thought it was.

Dreams always fascinate me. It's mind blowing how could a totally fake reality be designed And actualized and appear 100% real.. All out of the blue through sheer imagination. This isn't conclusive to anything but it surely has to give you some lines to think about the" waking reality " and the possibility of it being brought up in the same way. I actually had a very vivid dream last night. Was with my brothers and we were talking and having dinner etc.. I was so involved and living it up as if it's 100 real everything was so vivid to a ridiculous degree that I'm still in shock how could that be a dream .. If that dream lasted for years (let's just assume that's possible) there was basically no way to tell it's a dream. Yet upon waking up..all is revealed to be absolutely nothing.
