Meat is not that awful btw. If its low quality meats or eggs then it can cause allergic response in the body . Look..I will say it flat out ..meat is the tastiest food available to me and the most important food that will help me get Jacked without hitting the gym .also I can eat it with any quantities I want without gaining fat weight .I only gain muscles weight . Yup pretty much .scientifically speaking it seems like vegan diet is a healthiest .but I don't eat for preventing disease. I eat the diet that makes me feel better and become stronger .

I literally regret and curse the very first day I have put a cigarette in my mouth .it's turned into impossible addiction and my health is deteriorating on daily basis. But I'm 2 months sober now .pray for me guys I feel slightly better right now.

Two reasons : 1-sex and intimacy are an essential need like food and water . 2-to reproduce and have kids. These are literally all there is to life in the biological level: to survive and reproduce. If you think there is other reasons to be alive let me know please .
