Why those feelings don't resonate? Because they make me feel anxious and sick. They don't feel good. No worries. I agree . If you felt me argumentative you can ignore me. But I'm just trying to be clear and honest. For example.. I just woke up this morning and feeling worried and stressed for no apparent reason at all. I guess that's what I mean by I'm not consciously creating those feelings. If that makes sense. What's the difference between what you call suppressing as opposed to expression (I guess)? Can you give me a plan it list of tips (practical) as to how to deal with this? BTW meditation used to make me calm. But I don't find enough motivation to meditate recently due to the same issues.

Well I don't observe myself 'creating' them. As in I don't consciously create those negative thoughts and followed by body sensations (body shaking). It kinda occurs uncontrollably. I find feeling terrible that's right. Which is why if it was under my control to erase them.. I would have done so. I took SSRI last year and it worked somewhat but I stopped after few months because It causes terrible side effects. And now these worry issues kinda pop up again.

There exists in Our universe 4.5 trillion galaxy... Think about how crazy big this is. I find it weird and more than just a coincidence that only this little planet evolved life forms and intelligence and conscious beings.. How lol? In fact I'd think that there is definitely other living beings in the universe.. And even more intelligent and advanced than us.. Maybe even they brought us here in the first place..lol... Your pov is absolute truth. Please notice this. You don't know anything else. and whatever you come to know must be inside your pov. So is my pov. My pov is also absolute truth . How can we have two absolute truths? It's not two ... notice my pov is within your pov and your pov is within my pov. So they are actually one. I exist inside you(your pov) and you exist inside me (my pov) and me exists inside you and repeat and repeat.... So we both are groundless.. For you to exist for me, I must experience you.. And for me to exist for you, you must experience me .. So ultimately none of us are real only to the extent of experiencing each others. =me and you the same thing. Get this? Lol. Another way to put it.... I am nothing but your pov. And you are nothing but my pov. So ultimately none of us are "there" by themselves. We are dreaming each others up. Make sure you get this. This is good for a mindfuck. Everything that can exist for you must be perceived and considered by you. Look and see. Anything literally anything is but an appearance in your pov. So even when you are talking to me you are talking to an image in your mind. If you say "no lol I'm talking to a real person with awareness" .. Then you are talking to this idea that you've constructed. You've constructed what I am and then you are talking to your construction. The actuality is I'm just an an image in your world right now. You are becoming the image right now as you are looking at the text. So yes you are always ever talking with yourself. And ofcourse I'm saying this to myself. It's not a zen deception per say. I have nothing else to do but interact with myself.

Truth can't help but being solipsistic. You are stuck in your POV forever. It kinda hit me that me looking through my eyes is an eternal situation. Even if I'm going to reincarnate as every living organism that ever existed or will ever exist.. It's stil basically gonna be viewed from the same first person pov. Which is absolute and can only be one. Even tho it's many. Which is when one investigation.. There is really no one in the universe other than me.. And this means of course you.. That subject looking through everyone's eyes out into the world forever.

Advaita means nonduality. As a teaching it points to the original teachers and resources (ramana maharshi.. Rama Krishna.. The vedas etc) all the teachers you mentioned above are neo advaita.

Neo advaita is the most direct path. Because it teaches that fundamentally there is no path towards who you are. You are already enlightened and perfect blahblablah. Pretty effective

The proplem with your theories is you seem quite certain. Weird enough there Zero actual evidence of any life in the universe. Despite the zillions of planets. Scientists debate just how many of those planets could host life.. but a common estimate suggests 20 percent of the 250 billion or so stars in the Milky Way may shine on rocky worlds temperate enough to allow liquid water. Do the math.. and you’re looking at tens of billions of Goldilocks planets in our neighborhood alone where the gears of life could start grinding. Could does not mean did.. of course. Yet many astronomers say the complex biochemistry that created intelligent beings on Earth surely occurred more than once in 13.7 billion years...given the tens of billions of opportunities to do so in just one galaxy out of trillions. To suggest otherwise defies physics and the mediocrity principle..which states tha..from a probability standpoint..our solar system is more likely a common event than a rare beast.

@Vibroverse channeling is another topic for another day. We're not necessarily searching for deities. A biological life forms might exist somewhere in this universe. I find it weird that only one planet /Infinity contains the necessary conditions (water.. Oxygen.. Soil etc) to grow and sustain life.

I just had that thought lol. How weird it must be.. Only one planet in the middle of infinity contains life.. There must be (even statistically) other planets that have perfect conditions to sustain life.. Measured edge to edge.. the universe as we know it stretches some 93 billion light-years across. That unfathomable expanse contains 4.5 fucking trillion galaxies.. each shining with millions of stars and dotted with more planets than you can imagine. Given all that real estate.. it seems unlikely we're alone. Yet in all of human history.. we've found nothing to suggest otherwise. Scientists who have spent their careers searching for any sign of an otherworldly civilization concede it’s possible we’ve got the cosmos to ourselves. Still.. they highly doubt that’s the case.
