I cut out all carbs from my diet . I never loved carbs anyways .even in school days I used to extract the beef out of my sandwich and eat it raw and throw away the toast . I'm transitioning into carnivorous diet .I think it makes me feel literally amazing and on top of life . At first I started this diet to gain muscles because I lift weights at home and do push ups +taking protein shakes etc . At first I used to eat meats ..milk..cheese ..eggs ..and that's it . But now I only eat grilled meat 🥩 once a day and I'm already losing belly fat and getting more stiff in my bones and more healthy muscular weight has been put into my abs.. my arms ..my shoulders etc This Is iterally what I eat all day everyday plus drinking water :sheep steak . You guys should definitely give it a try . At first you will miss a pieces of bread or pasta or rice etc but with time you will learn how to eat a juicy steak and call it a day.

So is there a self or not? The answer imo is paradoxical . There is no "separate " self . Meaning there is not an entity into itself which exists independently from "everything else " or " all that there is ". However the "soul " which is said to be birthless and deathless is deriving its eternal nature from Allah /God. Which is said to be eternal himself/itself . So it depends on the definition of self and what do we mean by the word "self " or "soul ". No self vs The Self .

This is a journal for quoting passages from Robert Adams (an American spiritual teacher who died in the 90s) and from the Quran (Islam's holy book ). I will post a quote here daily (hopefully) and analyze it and try to apply the wisdom in my life .

So ironically these are two different versions of spirituality or spiritual understanding of existence. Robert Adams on one hand teaches things as : No self . No inherent meaning or purpose to life . Nothing actually exist . Life is a dream. There is no such thing as God unless you believe you are the human. But in absolute consciousness you are God. Islam teaches that: There is a self or more accurately a soul . The soul is said to be eternal because it is extracted from the eternal soul of Allah. Life has a purpose which is worshipping God until you reach the state of heaven-consciousness which is a metaphorical way of saying merging with God. There is an objective world but only because God is holding it together. So I'm actually resonating with both of these conflicting views on spirituality. I'm trying to make a bridge between the two .

So none of you guys ever wondered why do you look so similar to your favourite idol ? Or why there are crazy synchronisation happening across your life ? Or why you veery much seem like you're the main character of this movie called life? Or why the universe seems to revolve around you ? You really think all of this is just coincidence or random ?

Here's something more "minfucky " than solipsism. There is no perceiver. light falls on a object then gets reflected into your eyes then goes to the perception centers in your so called brain . But where exactly is the image arrive in your brain ? Can you pinpoint a perceiver inside your head or brain ? You can't just say well in the sight perception center in the brain .you'd have to tell me in which millimeter exactly .and of course you can't. There is no perceiver. So there is no you or others. There is just impersonal consciousness or being .stuff going in and out of you .(don't twist the meaning though lol).

No thats a misunderstanding of what I said . Nobody is going to enjoy being tortured to death .my point is being tortured to death and wars and diseases and deaths and all forms of evil is only evil relative to the human perspective. Sooner or later you gonna just realize that life never gets enough of fucking with you and throwing tomatoes at you ..so why not wise up and detach from your humanhood and by that suffering can't affect you ? Is this spiritual bypassing and escapism? NO. IT IS THE TRUTH THAT YOU ARE NOT A HUMAN AND THAT ALL THE SUFFERING OF HUMANITY DOESNT MEAN CRAP TO THE UNIVERSE OR GOD.

That could be very likely what's happening. In the end everyone and everything are one in the substance .all of reality is made of one substance. You could call it God or nothingness or love or being etc..I don't care . There is an underpinning unity of all of creation. Isn't that obvious? People who raise their consciousness as Leo said by taking psychedelics start to experience the boundaries between objects dissolving ..and the boundaries between themselves and the world dissolving..and more importantly the boundaries between themselves and "others " dissolving. I'm not awake nor even close but I relate strongly. Your primary proplem is lack of acceptance. You said" just because life is what it is and it sucks and I don't want this bullshit..I want full total liberation and to exit the dream completely." What that essentially means is death .not some bing bong ego death. But death in real. As long as you are in a human body that needs to eat..shit ..sleep..etc then this limited tiresome life is not gonna change .even billionaires go hungry ,you know ? Hi man. Sorry you are feeling this way .I'm gonna give you a blunt answer. Because you need to hear it . Kinda tough love . Forget about suicide completely. You have no idea what you are getting yourself into. Death is not something you flirt with . I would say so what if you are even below average class and not living a wealthy luxurious lifestyle? The majority of people on this planet are not rich nor successful. They just work in a job that earns them enough to eat and pay the bills and that's it . Another point is you still can turn your life 180 degrees. But this requires work.if you start from a low level in a video game like GTA then you gotta build your life by working in a shitty tiresome job .then save money .then once you you've saved enough money you can start a business or invest in the stock market . Not that I've actually done it myself..but as Leo have said it requires insanely high levels of consciousness to grasp that the entire universe exists within your consciousness. I will give a simple exercise..Notice that (supposedly ) you see through your eyes .what do you see ? You see other humans with eyes. You then assume naively and innocently " well..these humans also see me with their eyes just as I see them ". But actually the only way to prove this is to look through their eyes and see the world through their eyes .which is impossible. Then imagine you become so close to them as if you are making out with them..try to look deep in their eyes.. you will see your own reflection inside their eyeballs .then let's imagine you actually succeeded in merging with them..then you will see through their eyes via YOUR OWN perception. So even that won't cut it. Meaning even if you actually were able to merge your consciousness with another human you will still only see through your own consciousness not an "other" consciousness. Another thing is by definition you are "imagining " others (there is honestly no better word than imagining). What you say is : that human over there is also conscious just like me. -But that's something you are imagining. Then you say : yes I'm imagining him/her but they still have perception just like me outside my imagination . -Yeah that's what you are imagining. "Yes I'm imagining them but of course outside my imagination they exist " -again Yeah that's what you imagine. You imagine them and then you imagine that you are not imagining them but that they are real. This is the story that you tell yourself ..isn't it ?

My updated view on solipsism is agnosticism. Where does the world go when you are in deep sleep ? A solipsist will say it disappeared. A realist/physicalist will say it remains as it is . My question to both is : how do you know ? Its hard to make a claim about anything existing or not existing in the absence of a conscious mind since the claim to be made requires a conscious mind to make . It seems to me like an absolutely unsolvable mystery. Anyways..life is very beautiful. Go outside guys .I just appreciate a beautiful sunny summer day in nature with sunlight..birds..trees ..the sea ..its literally a miracle. All this beauty..FOR FREE? Appreciate your life and don't worry about solipsism. Whatever is true is Whatever is true .

We are lucky to be alive in this era aren't we ? The age of technology and science. Only problem is there is still people who are ignorant af .this device you are holding right now can give you access to any book that has ever been written by any philosopher..scientist..enlightened teacher etc. You can learn about chemistry..physics..philosophy..comparati-ve religion..medicine..engineering..etc I can't stand nor understand ignorance. Why are some people ignorant by choice these days ? Some people might be excused like grandpa and grandma who are illiterate to begin with and well.. they kind of "missed the train " and its over . But some people who have a moderate level of education and they know how to use a smartphone to call their relatives via WhatsApp or watch some porn or cat videos on YouTube etc...why are these people have an epistemology of a BC citizen?
