  1. If you are into Actualized.org then you are into these things .
  2. Complete ego dissolution happens when the body dies . But you can see through your own ego while alive as human . At first it will cause you suffering but then you realize that the ego was the very thing that caused your suffering and that getting rid of your ego makes life easier and less serious because you are no longer constantly trying to maintain an illusion or a house of cards .
  3. One of the deepest things Nisargadatta Maharaj keeps pointing to is that consciousness is not the Absolute. It’s difficult to understand for me because consciousness seems to be the most fundamental thing i know. Everything i experience appears in consciousness. The body is experienced in consciousness. Thoughts, feelings, sensations, memories, people, and the whole world are experienced in consciousness. Without consciousness, there cannot be any experience at all. And his point seems to be that “no experience at all “ is precisely the ultimate condition or the Absolute. the fact that there is consciousness right now is absolute. But Nisargadatta says no. Consciousness itself has appeared. There was a time when this consciousness was not present. Before the body was born, there was no experience of being this particular person. There was no sense of “I am.” There was no world being experienced through this body. There was no experience of space and time. Then the body was born, and with the living body consciousness appeared. Suddenly there was the simple feeling:“I am.” Later came:“I am this body…”“I am this person.”..“This is my family.”..“This is my life.”..“This is my world.” And the whole experience of existence unfolded from there. Before the body was born there was nothing at all . Similar to deep sleep . Then The body appeared, and consciousness appeared with it. Therefore consciousness cannot be the Absolute, because the Absolute cannot be something that appears and disappears, I guess is his point. The Absolute was there before the body, before the sense of “I am,” before the experience of the world. And when the body disappears, the consciousness associated with that body also disappears. He completely associate the body with consciousness. He is saying that what we take to be our entire existence like the body, the mind, the sense of being, the world we experience is something that has appeared. And what has appeared cannot be the final reality. This is why he says the Absolute is prior to consciousness. “Prior” here does not mean a long time ago. It does not mean that there was a period in history when the Absolute existed and then consciousness came later. The Absolute is prior even to time itself. Before consciousness appears, there is no experience of time. Before consciousness appears, there is no experience of space. Before consciousness appears, there is no experience of a world. So when he says the Absolute is prior to consciousness, he means that consciousness itself depends upon something that does not depend upon consciousness. The Absolute does not depend upon the body. The body depends upon consciousness for its experience.Consciousness does not depend upon the personal mind. The mind appears within consciousness. The world we experience does not exist for us independently of consciousness. But the Absolute does not depend upon any of this. I only listened to half of the ultimatum. Will add more .
  4. A journal for posting anything that comes to my mind regarding literary anything in my life or in life in general . I want to look back at it after few years and find that I went through a lot of things yet I’m still thriving and maturing.
  5. If you read any spiritual tradition..you will find that the founders of those religions have awakened when they abandoned society and isolated themselves. Take Buddha. he left a luxurious life of being a Prince and went to the woods meditating until he either wakes up or dies there . Take Muhammad.he awakend in his 40s after he became fed up with his society's worship of idols . He used to meditate alone in a cave before he awakened one night. When the enlightened person dies , people turn their teachings into rules : “You gotta walk like this , talk like this , eat like this , shit like this , have sex with your spouse like this “. Stage blue religion is all about morality and god-given guidelines. the religious institutions’ functions nowadays is organizing society.
  6. Yes they can be helpful . Stretching your jaw daily helps with getting wider jawline. I’ve done it before.
  7. Yea , totally. I was curious about these kinds of topics since I was a little boy . Always wondered about big and difficult topics.
  8. There are a lot of warning videos and presentation guides. I think it’s actually good that it’s public available for free .
  9. Try doing a dopamine fast for a few weeks. Stay away from unnecessary technology and take a break from social media and constant entertainment. Cut out sugar and refined carbs, start working out, and focus on eating healthy, nutritious foods. Give yourself some time away from all the things that constantly keep you stimulated. You’ll start to appreciate the simple things again like listening to music, going for a walk, reading, or just enjoying a quiet moment. Sometimes, you just need to slow down and give your mind a break so you can enjoy the little things in life again.
  10. The hardest drug in the world.

  12. Yesterday, I stayed up until around 3 AM. I’ve realized that staying up past midnight is not good for me. That time of night can feel a little depressing. There’s usually not much going on, and because the day is basically over, it becomes easier for me to lose my discipline, waste time, and fall into bad habits. I ended up masturbating as well. I don’t want to judge myself too much for that anymore. I’m single, and I accept that I have sexual needs. Sometimes I feel sexually frustrated or pent up, and I think it’s okay to have some kind of release. The part I don’t like is how unconscious I can become when I do it. It’s not really the fact that I masturbated that bothers me. It’s the way I got there. I was up at 3 AM, tired, with no real reason to still be awake, and I slowly slipped into something without really thinking about it. That’s the real issue . I feel like I should have just listened to myself and gone to sleep. I could have taken a warm shower, made some cocoa, relaxed for a while, and gone to bed. That probably would have been better for me. At the same time, I was actually feeling sexually pent up. So I don’t want to pretend that the urge wasn’t real. It was. I just want to learn how to deal with those feelings in a more conscious way instead of letting them control me when I’m tired and it’s late at night. let’s give it another shot . Not allowed to Stay up past midnight fooling around .
  13. No . Solipsism is false in my mind right now . yes , I am “ God “. “God ” means the source of reality, reality itself , and everything that comes from that. Don't get cute and use the criticism “ if you are God bro , then wish a million buck into existence” . All such objections and points of confusion were explained in Leo’s countless videos on the topic of God . the problem is people don’t listen to the lectures . They just hang out on the forum I have a pretty good sense of the bigger picture, but right now I’m more interested in the details. I’m not trying to figure out everything from scratch .I’m looking closely at the smaller things and seeing how they fit into what I already understand. I’m working on personal habits and personal growth instead of big ontological questions.
  14. Does Leo actually teach people to pull nonsense out of their ass, believe it without evidence, and then call it “truth”? Or does he teach people to directly investigate reality and become conscious of the insight for themselves? There’s an important distinction here. Leo cannot control how other people interpret, distort, or misuse his teachings. His approach allows people to question, explore, and openly express their own perspectives. If someone takes an idea from his teachings and turns it into something like “reality is mental illness,” that statement belongs to the person making it , not automatically to Leo. People on this forum are responsible for their own interpretations and opinions. You can disagree with what someone says, criticize their reasoning, or point out where they may have misunderstood the teachings. But it’s intellectually dishonest to attribute every random claim made by a forum member to Leo simply because that person was influenced by him. The real question is whether the insight was directly realized through genuine investigation, or whether someone simply invented a belief and declared it to be truth. Those are two completely different things.
  15. Take care , you too . just don’t let people down and tell them this path is a waste of time . Speak for yourself . If you have mental health problems, then hardcore spirituality is not what you need in life right now . You need your basic mental and physical well being checked out before. all the best .
  16. I need more explaining and clarity in what you are saying . Your texts are always short, contradictory. I’m not continuing this conversation with you . You are being purposely cryptic.
  17. Make use of this place . If you have questions, ask away. speak with Leo or other experienced members . Don’t be a troll . btw years ago you spoke that you had awakening experiences to “infinite love “ distinctively. Whatever that was ?
  18. There is a day-and-night difference between the kind of life you experience when you adopt a healthy lifestyle and the kind of life you experience when you repeatedly choose an unhealthy one. The difference is not always visible in a single day. That is what makes it so easy to underestimate. One unhealthy meal does not destroy your health. One night of poor sleep does not ruin your life. One cigarette does not immediately fuck up your body .One day spent sitting on the couch does not make you a useless idiot. One decision to procrastinate does not destroy your future. But life is not made of isolated moments.Life is made of moments that become days, days that become weeks, weeks that become months, months that become years and years eventually become a life. That is where the real power of small choices reveals itself.I have learned this by doing the wrong things and experiencing their consequences repeatedly. Sometimes the lesson does not arrive through theory. It arrives through experience. You make a choice, you experience the consequence, you make the same choice again, and eventually you begin to recognize the pattern. You start to understand that what feels like a small decision in the present can become a major force in the future. A cigarette first thing in the morning can seem like such a small thing. It is only a few minutes. It is only one cigarette. It is only today. But then tomorrow comes, and you do it again. And the next morning. And the morning after that. And now you are addicted and your whole life is being wasted on fighting this addiction.
  19. This is somewhat a silly question. Men and women ,straight ones have different hormones and different biological makeup that makes them deem the opposite gender sexually attractive. A straight woman understands female beauty but she is attracted to men nonetheless.
  20. I haven’t really been doing well recently. Things have felt pretty off, both physically and mentally, and I’ve been struggling to get myself back into some kind of normal rhythm. Yesterday was particularly bad. I couldn’t eat anything for basically the entire day. Once again, I smoked cigarettes before breakfast, even though I already know how badly that can affect my appetite and stomach. I had actually managed to eat breakfast pretty early in the morning, so I thought maybe I would be okay for the rest of the day. But after that, everything just went downhill. When lunchtime came around, I had absolutely no appetite. Not even the usual “I’m not that hungry” kind of feeling. It was more like my body completely rejected the idea of food. I felt like if I tried to eat, I would probably throw up. The thought of putting anything in my stomach made me feel nauseous, so I just didn’t eat. I thought maybe it would pass by dinner, but it didn’t. Dinner came and I still had zero appetite. Again, I felt like eating would make me sick, so I ended up going through the entire day without properly eating anything after breakfast. And obviously, I’ve noticed that I’ve slimmed down a bit because of it. I can actually see and feel the difference. That part worries me because I don’t want to keep losing weight simply because I can’t make myself eat. I know I need food, I know my body needs energy, but my appetite is not strong and there is a bitterness in my mouth due to smoking . Then this morning I woke up from one of the craziest dreams I’ve had in a while. In the dream, I was locked inside a prison cell. The whole place was filthy and depressing And dimly lit,it. Then I saw a lizard. At first it was just a normal lizard, but somehow, in the logic of the dream, it started changing. The lizard turned into a spider. And then the spider kept getting bigger and bigger. It became unnaturally large, almost ridiculously huge, until it eventually transformed into some kind of massive dog, wolf, or wild animal. I couldn’t even tell exactly what it was anymore. It was just this enormous animal standing there in front of me. The weirdest part was that it didn’t attack me. Instead, it attacked the guards who were standing outside my cell. And then, somehow, the animal turned into a human being. One of the guards opened the door, and then the guard took a knife and slit the man’s throat. And that was when I woke up. Just like that. I woke up feeling completely disturbed and disoriented. It was one of those dreams where, for a few moments after opening your eyes, you’re not entirely sure where you are or whether what you just experienced actually happened. Obviously, I knew eventually that it was just a dream, but the imagery was so vivid and violent that it stayed with me after I woke up. I don’t necessarily think the dream has some deep symbolic meaning. I’m not sitting here trying to decode every single thing I saw or convince myself that the lizard, spider, animal, prison cell, guards, or anything else represents some hidden message. Dreams can be completely bizarre for no reason. The brain just seems to throw random images, fears, memories, emotions, and nonsense together and somehow creates a whole story out of it. Still, I absolutely hate having dreams like that. I hate waking up with that feeling in my chest, especially when the dream itself was disturbing enough that it takes a while to fully shake it off. Even if I know it wasn’t real, the emotional reaction is real. You can wake up knowing intellectually that none of it happened and still feel unsettled, anxious, or strangely sad because of what your brain just put you through. honestly, I think I’ve already had enough going on lately without my brain deciding to produce some horror movie in my sleep. Right now I’m just sitting here trying to ground myself and get back into the present moment. I’m reminding myself that I’m awake, I’m here, I’m safe, and none of the things I saw in that dream actually happened. I’m trying not to overthink it and just let the images fade on their own instead of giving them more importance than they deserve. Thankfully, my sister is cooking a meal for me right now. So I’m just sitting here waiting for it, hoping that when the food is ready I’ll actually be able to eat something. I really need to get some food into me, even if it’s just a small amount to start with. I don’t want another day of barely eating anything, especially when I can already tell that I’ve lost some weight. For now, I’m just trying to take things one step at a time. Eat something. Breathe. Ground myself. Let the dream go. And hopefully get through today feeling a little more normal than I did yesterday.
  21. It has pros and cons . The expertise of a real person is more valuable than AI in my opinion. If I wanted to speak to a psychiatrist I would go to a real person.
  22. I vote for somehow getting Nahm back . I know it’s impossible but he has lots of experience and useful knowledge especially regarding spirituality and enlightenment.
