Ok, yeah that definitely makes sense, there would be no object without a subject, and what subject would there be if no objects were there to be perceived. Although perception is an illusion, there is only "being" right?

@Meta-Man Its like I can shift my perspective on it, sometimes if I look at it a certain way its a normal cup, but If I look a with a certain perspective its flips, and the cups goes in reverse.

Yes its risky, in the sense that this is all actually real and there is death to be had. But when your realize there is no death and its all just appearances, it's no different than eating a cheeseburger. in fact that would probably be more dangerous.

Honestly, I'm unsure whether there is an external universe, maybe there is but maybe not. All I can know is the raw data in my direct experience. None of which I can verify to be coming from a reality behind the scenes.
