Hitler was Time man of the year in 1938. Robert Kennedy is not anti vaccine, but people in the corporate media keep repeating this to discredit him. Due to his public service and deep connections, Kennedy has special access to information that most people don’t have and he understands how bureaucracies can become compromised. As an environmental lawyer, he successfully sued big polluters, which is not an easy thing to do – to cut through their deception. He knows how to defeat the liars.

Robert Kennedy is a “conspiracy theorist” because the corporate media says so. Deja vu. I still remember the Iraq war. The corporate media was 100% in favor of the war (as they are in favor of all wars) and ran editorials on why the US needs to invade Iraq. Biden, and all the democrats were in favor of the war. I was opposed to the invasion. People called me crazy and didn’t understand how I could be so naive. Why did everyone believe so easily? Because the media published lies to build the case for an invasion (weapons of mass destruction), and there was no alternative view allowed. Because Colin Powell presented the photographic “evidence” before the UN. So people come to the conclusions that the manipulators of information want. That’s when I learned about “fake news”. Be careful about dismissing Robert Kennedy because that’s what the corporate media wants you to believe. He may be our last hope.

There is a solution. We have regulatory agencies that are suppose to serve the best interests of the public. But over time industries can capture control of the agencies that are suppose to be controlling them. Robert Kennedy, Jr knows how to solve this problem and get the regulatory agencies working for the people again.

Kennedy said in his interview that he is going to make “saving the middle class” the theme of his campaign and not vaccines. When he gets into power he will focus on the issue of regulatory capture, so that regulatory agencies work for the public interest and not the industries they are regulating. This is why Big Pharma and environmental polluters hate Kennedy. We are all living in a toxic soup and it is affecting the younger generations. He will also end forever wars and kick out the neocons who are bankrupting America and ruining its reputation. We will cooperate economically with China to spread prosperty and not bombs. That is why the military industrial complex hate him. Look at how the corporate media treat Kennedy and ask yourself why. Whose interests are they serving?

But also you aren’t bullied to take Tylenol or lose your job for not taking it. You aren’t called a Tylenol denier for exercising your free will to protect your body.

The drug companies sell other drugs with liability. The reason vaccines are exempt is because powerful lobbyists got the laws changed. Exempting vaccines from liability gives them an incentive to make unnecessary vaccines rather than useful medicines in order to make a profit. This is a profit incentive which isn’t good for the public. And given that there is no compensation for someone injured, it then becomes everyone’s moral right to make their own decision to take or not take the vaccine in order to protect themselves.

The underlying truth of vaccines is that the drug companies won’t manufacture them without immunity from the damage they do. This fact speaks louder than distracting words. We are expected to take these vaccines but the people who are damaged are expected to bare the costs. The Johnson & Johnson covid vaccine was discontinued even though it was promoted as safe. The bottom line is that we have the right to expect the agencies to make these difficult risk/reward decisions only in the public interest. That means eliminating regulatory capture. That is all that Robert Kennedy is proposing to do. He isn't against vaccines. He wants to eliminate regulatory capture so that medicines can be made safely. He has the knowledge that is needed to reform the system. He is the most pragmatic candidate that is running. You don't win multple large environmental lawsuits in the courts by being impractical. Listen to him talk. To back up his arguments, he cites to the scientific literature extensively and doesn't use rhetorical devices and hand waving like his detractors.

That's what people believe who listen to the media misinformation and don't give both sides an opportunity to present their case. With podcasts like Joe Rogan he has a chance to get his message out. In the interview he explains the background of how he got involved in vaccines as a result of his environmental litigation.

This is a thread for a general discussion on AI chatbots, like chatgpt, and how they are limiting access to or censoring information. The other issue is the power dynamics – are the powerful going to have their own bots with uncensored access that gives them an even more unequal access to information. Knowledge is power. One thing I am beginning to notice about chatgpt is that there is a built in political correctness which limits your access to useful information. For example, I will ask it something like “tell me why people are criticizing X”, and it will come up with something like “you have to be open minded and careful not to criticize, blah blah blah” or it punts to its default copout – “I apologize but as an AI language model, I cannot ......”. These models have access to a massive amount of data, and an uncensored version of the bot would turn up some extremely valuable information that would override the propaganda that most of us get from mass marketers and other propagandists. I bet powerful and rich people are going to get access to uncensored searches that gives them an even greater advantage.

I saw a Robert Kennedy interview, where he said he could end the war rapidly. The reality is that this is a war between the United States and Russia, with Ukraine being used as a proxy. The war wouldn’t be possible without US support. The Washington elites are willing to fight to the last Ukrainian. Kennedy pointed out that Putin has already made several reasonable offers. This isn’t about giving Putin everything he wants. It’s about negotiating and resolving a complex situation and ending the slaughter, and the subsequent destabilization of the world. The war mongers don’t want you to know that neither side can win this through military conflict.

What they are doing doesn’t make sense to my belief system. However, there is a part of me that thinks it may be legitimate behavior which then causes me anxiety. I then construct fantasy scenarios and present them to my belief system which then concludes that I am still right and they are foolish. Result: the anxiety goes away temporarily, but then comes back. So, I post my beliefs to hopefully get group support of my beliefs and enhance their anxiety suppression potency. If this doesn’t succeed, there is a small chance that there will be a breakthrough and my entire belief system will reorganize. Then I will become a monk. But my current mind is terrified of this prospect. No... they are foolish. Please tell me you agree.

The problem is that the more information you gather by endlessly reading books, the more you have to let go if you want to awaken. It keeps you on the hamster wheel.

Jesus would tend to go after important leaders, like spiritual teachers or money lenders who were using the sacred for their own benefit and misleading people. But for anonymous posters he was more inclined to arrange a meetup and give them free bread and fish.

Discernment is a positive and conscious process that involves objective observation and clarity of thought. Discernment is objective, without the emotional component of judgment. Discernment allows for a deeper understanding of oneself and others and cultivates compassion.
