  1. Anything not in your direct experience is an assumption.
  2. Realize the one who suffers is being experienced, like any other thought or sensation, it's not the experiencer. What is suffering, other than thoughts and sensations in the body that are given truth value by the illusory contraction you think you are, in a case of mistaken identification. That, or spend a few decades going into all the nooks and crannies of the story of me, and re-arrange the deckchairs on the Titanic, aka shadow work. Not that there is a choice, God will do what it will ❤
  3. Who is there to have these thoughts? If it's noticed that such thoughts arise, is there anything to do? 'Purpose' is something the self attaches to happenings. Most emotional hurt is probably perceived as not "on purpose" What does it mean, to hurt other people emotionally, and is that something in 'your' control? How other people apparently react, 'you' don't control Ehm... so if I feel like meditating for 8hrs/day, I shouldn't proceed? for fear it may fuck up 'my' life? These "shoulds/shouldn't s " could add to the thought energy and reinforce the illusory 'me'...
  4. So what happens now when a bad thought or feeling appears?
  5. There's no you to do or not do anything; it's just what appears to happen. In 'my' story, there was a combination of words (some worked better at different stages of the non-path): examination of direct experience: what is perceiving (hearing, sensing, seeing etc) and thinking? the perceiver and perceived are one, the thinker and the thought are one. Or there's no thinker, thinking is happening, but there's nobody thinking. Hearing is happening, but for nobody variation: universe/reality/god is thinking/perceiving what does it 'mean' to be aware? to be aware of <something>? What is the nature of the knowing with which this experience is known? (this is one of the more powerful inquiries, results in insights of Oneness and the miraculous nature of experience, that something is experienced is amazing!) there's nothing else to hearing, than the Knowing (/Awareness/etc) (don't just say 'I know that', you don't know that! really, examine your direct experience! Sounds are the same as hearing, hearing is the same as the Knowing of hearing, which is the same as Pure Knowing (aka Awareness/God/THIS/<insert other spiritual sounding words>)) there's nothing else to sensing, than the Knowing (/Awareness/This/God) there's nothing else to thinking, than the Knowing(-||-) ^^ here, Knowing means 'Experiencing', and not the traditional use of a 'me' accumulating knowledge No matter the mental state, or emotional state, there's always the Awareness of that state. The Awareness is not separate from the state. Even when it seems there's confusion in direct experience, there's clear awareness of the confusion. every chance I get, I'm lying down (preferred position to sitting) and meditate/stomach breathing with counting breaths to calm down the mind/ some days for 8+ hours deepening of the not-a-me experience, with moments of clarity that it's the Whole of Reality that appears to perform the activities of this body, and of the world, with the illusory 'me' sometimes appearing after to take the credit, like a clown after the curtains drop. non-duality teachers: started with Rupert Spira, now listening to Kenneth Madden and Lisa Cairns, with brief attempts of Ariana and GP Walsh 5 Meo every 2-3 months
  6. @Girzo, will the Aegis Mini work with the Mesh Pro RDA straight out of the box? or does it need an adapter
  7. You like Rupert Spira? Very good pointer 'what is the nature of the knowing with which you know your experience?' Or, From the Kena Upanishad: "Not that which the eye can see, but that whereby the eye can see: know that to be Brahman the eternal, and not what people here adore; Not that which the ear can hear, but that whereby the ear can hear: know that to be Brahman the eternal, and not what people here adore; Not that which speech can illuminate, but that by which speech can be illuminated: know that to be Brahman the eternal, and not what people here adore; Not that which the mind can think, but that whereby the mind can think: know that to be Brahman the eternal, and not what people here adore." ??
  8. There is still a belief there that Santa is real - maybe not the full Santa, but at least a reindeer/parents that bring you presents. The reindeer is part of the Santa illusion!
  9. How do you feel about all the suffering in the world?
  10. Would it sound better if Love is explicitly defined as 'unconditional, total acceptance'? Otherwise 'Love' is given characteristics from the feeling of love humans apparently feel. Love is not (only) love, it has some of the attributes, but without the clinging, the ownership, the selfishess of human love.
  11. 'After realizing Santa Claus doesn't exist, why doesn't Santa bring me presents?'
  12. Do you know if their ayahuasca formulation has 5meo, or just plain dmt? Not the same thing 3k? Wow. You can get 5 meo for around $5 a go (30mg).
  13. That's just a thought appearing in THIS. This is freedom, unconditional love so... unconditional, that it can appear as a 'someone' that thinks they're not there yet, as a someone that believes thoughts that appear are theirs, and that believes thoughts that appear are unquestionably true. Inspect these assumptions... where are thoughts coming from? What are they made of? Is there a thinker, thinking thoughts? What is the thinker, if not more thought? Is there anything else to thinking, than the knowing/awareness? What is the nature of the knowing with which this experience is known?
  14. That's what 'they' want you to think ?
  15. Any rationalization on how to not be sad when people die will just be spiritual bypassing, which will reinforce the sense of 'me'. It is this illusory person that assigns to itself all feelings, all thoughts and tries to accept what it perceives as negative happenings in 'my' life. When the 'me' falls away, sadness may appear, but for nobody. And there is no constant felt pressure of "How can 'I' improve 'my' life, how can 'I' change <insert perceived negative situation here>" When the 'me' falls away, it is seen there is no 'me' in other bodies, either. Nobody dies. Because there is nobody. It's just THIS ( wholeness, awareness, knowing, pizza, raccoon, mu). Appearing as bodies, appearing as 'me's, appearing as thinking, as seeing, as perceiving.
  16. You keep repeating this "I'm not enlightened yet"... You will NEVER be enlightened. If you think you're enlightened, you're not... since you do not exist already. THIS is indeed what enlightenment looks like ... for no one. No one knows THIS, it's just THIS... appearing as a 'me' that thinks they're enlightened... It's not you that thinks 'your' thoughts... There's just thinking appearing to happen, for nobody. Really, LOOK !
  17. This is true, as much as possible for any words to be true. More accurate formulation (still not truth, only pointer) would be "when the 'me' falls away, it's seen it has never existed. And it is seen everyone else does not have a 'me' as well" So what's the 'logical' conclusion then? Since you're not seeing people any differently?
  18. 'You' didn't wake up. You may have an intellectual notion of what it means to wake up, but that's not it. Nobody wakes up, it's when the illusion of separation is realized and maintained. Even then, these words are not it.
  19. Yes... Unfortunately you fucked up this go round, better luck next life ... ? Kidding!!! All these meanings you see are created by you, they're 'real' if you believe them. Hopefully you'll get past this new age spirituality. No worries if not, there's no right or wrong. There's just THIS.
  20. When you say you're God, you're lying. You only have a memory (if even) of that. It's not actual.
  21. Is your dream story of asking the relevant non deluded questions, no matter the cost, better than their dream stories? Who wants to know? Who cares?
  22. Those questions are coming from the ilusory sense of me. They are not right or wrong, it's what appears to happen. It's THIS appearing as questions asked by a questioner. If you don't know who you are, first and last question is 'who am I?' All the other questions disappear, not because you have answers, but because the questioner disappears
  23. Emotion is nothing, appearing as something, like anything else
