Yes, this was great fun! This is another one with Mads Mikkelses, which was very thrilling, although not so much fun: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ieLIOBkMgAQ

This is a good summary of the evidence of creatine on cognitive-performance:
-
Whereas previously creatine was mostly well known for increasing athletic-performance and used by fitness-people and bodybuilders recently way more people started talking about the cognitive-benefits of creatine and these seem to be more accentuated on higher dosages:
-
Yes, I love taking creatine but I cant since it increases hair-loss and hair-thinning for me.

With Qualia Mind the quality of my meditation is noticably increased. Oxiracetam sounds pretty interesting for meditation since it enhances the senses, I need to try it, but so far I only got my hands on Piracetam, Aniracetam and Noopept.

I honestly think they go very well together. Being in a state of presence and clarity is the best state to be in in order to be effective in any domain of life. Also being more aware of unconscious-patterns, ego/shadow-projections, being aware of how your mind works and being able to get out of dysfunctional thought-loops will make you more effective in general. Basically you will "get out of your own way". You should check out Peter Ralstons work. It is deep existential investigation and at the same time very practical and "down to earth". Peter Ralstons Book on Mastery is specifially applying consciousness work towards mastery and principles of effectiveness in general. The only "problem" might be that in the process of pursuing spirituality earnestly you might discover the superficiality of your motivations and goals and will find new ones.

Yes it is definitely a form of lying and manipulation. And I also think it is most damaging to our children and our youth. A few weeks ago I heard a girl sincerely saying that she likes talking about her issues with ChatGPT because ChatGPT does have high emotional-intelligence.

"And if you think about it, we unconsciously judge large chunks of our lives by how much time we get to spend in that Selfless, Timeless, Effortless and Rich zone of Kairos." I really enjoyed reading this blogpost by Jamie Wheal, you should read it too!: https://jamiewheal.substack.com/p/hows-now-brown-cow?publication_id=998820&post_id=171566375&isFreemail=true&r=hus3e&triedRedirect=true

Breaking Open the Head by Daniel Pinchbeck was the most interesting book on psychedelics I read. Chris Bache is on my reading list.

I recommend all you guys to study IanMcGilchrist. Im currently working through his magnum-opus: "The Matter with Things" and it is probably my #1 favourite philosophy book I ever read. It is comparable with Ken Wilbers: "Sex, Spirituality and Sexuality" in its scope and inclusiveness but it somehow stays more open and has a less rigid system. A lot of phenomenon you see in our current environment make a lot of sense through its frame of the two brain-hemispheres. Here is a good short introduction:

Yes, for me Cro was also my generation and youth. I remember we skipped school to buy the Raop box when it came out and wearing the way too large shirt to school next day Then Cro became lame till Baum dropped and I was full on again.

Would you say the gains made with kriya are more stable over time and more influential in terms of inreasing baseline? -
Obviously it always depends on the situation and the people youre talking with and you probably dont want to make your first impression talking about psychedelics, but besides that Im at a point where Im increasingly less interested in hiding and Im more into affirming my reality. You need to develop a certain sensitivity in how you talk about psychedelics, but I think were at a time where we should start to affirm our reality and bring the change into society thats needed - not just regarding to psychedelics but as a part of it.

This course was very fun: https://www.udemy.com/course/limitless-how-nootropics-can-enhance-your-brain-function/ It covers most of the interesting nootropics you an play around with and is recorded by Dr. Dan Stickler the medicine-director of qualia and one of the few natural health practicioners whos gone deep on nootropics.

This could actually be one of the worst unintended-consequences of AI: We dont trust anyone anymore who really puts effort into his writing. As LLMs become more intelligent they may more closely resemble a really deep human-thinker, so we will start to associate any deep thinking with AI. The lines to detect what is AI and what is not definitely become blurrier and brurrier.
