  1. Nice! Didnt knew that one.
  2. It makes sense if you look at it through the lense of glucose-spikes. That is her paradigm. Of course that paradigm is limited.
  3. Yeah I agree with most of your critique, maybe the episode was particularly interesting for me because I never dived into the topic of glucose-spikes and since that is her throughline on nutrition I think she is pretty solid on that. I think the hacks she presented are quite solid and easy to implement addition to my nutrition-habits. The perspective she presents in this video is not the most comprehensive but there is stuff I learned and she shared the information in an interesting way.
  4. Nice selection! I watched Love after you posted about it here on the forum and the movie left a deep emotional imprint for several days. Have you seen The Master and Deep End? Im sure u would enjoy them!
  5. Im halfway through it and im impressed by the video! This really feels like a progression of the work of Actualized. The AI-training style of teaching on topics like Maturity was great and valuable but to have this on such a complex topic like Postmodernism is pure genius. Im studying social-science in university and postmodernism comes up as a topic all the time but I feel like almost nobody can really pin it down or describe it in a clear and precise way like this. I can see and appreciate the gifts and value of postmodernism way more now.
  6. Cool! Yes Niacin is in my stack since a long time too. I heard that Lions Mane is way more potent/effective when you take it in a liquid extracted form and that the powder in capsules feels weak for most people (I couldnt notice anything too when I took the capsules and will test out the extract in the future).
  7. nice! how is your experience with the niacin, lions mane and microdose combo? for how long have u been doing it? do u notice that it makes a difference?
  8. When I first did 400mg of Phenibut the peak of it almost felt like MDMA, which is crazy since the substance last a very long time. It is very good for socializing and u still feel good the next day. But I could only do it 3 or 4 times then it lost its magic.
  9. If youre not afraid to throw in some microdosing too the Staments Stack (Lions Mane, Niacin, psylocibin) seems very interesting. The qualia products (Qualia Focus and the even better, but also quite expensive option Qualia Mind) are the most effective supplements ive tried that give me an noticably mental edge. Im pretty sure Qualia + the Staments stack is a really powerfully mix giving you peak clarity in terms of attention, memory and plasticity and I will experiment with that in the future. They should go pretty well together.
  10. one of my absolute favorites
  11. What is the biggest bang for the buck here on earth?
  12. Sex, Ecology and Spirituality is peak Ken Wilber and his magnum opus. It definitely needs some time to work through, but its very rewarding. I found No Boundary his most enjoyable and more easy to read, which focusses on psychology and self-actualization, but is much more narrower in scope.
  13. Befriend interesting thoughtful people and have deep meaningful conversations with them. This one is huge! Getting involved in some group/community and organize meetings or events can also open up a lot of opportunity and learning-experiences. Find some good conscious martial art form like Jiu-Jitsu and really practice and fight with people: I think this one is also very transformative, but im kinda procrastinating on that one.
  14. It is just one metaphor. Another way of saying it is Source/God is having an "Cireeric" experience. From your Point of View, Source/God is having an "Princess Arabia" experience. In the case of the blind man, Source is having an "blind man" experience. And my claim is that as long as Source is having any particular experience, for example an "Princess Arabia" experience, from within that you cant validate other experiences directly, in the sense of accessing it, but you still trust that your friends having an experience too.
  15. The One Source/God (You) looks through many eyes and constructs many POVs simultaneously. Im enjoying and create my own POV right now, as Source is looking through my eyes, while you enjoy and create yours. Source/God is looking through all of those eyes, creating all those POVS simultaneously. But you still cant access other ones, while looking through your eyes. I think the erroneous conclusion comes from the assumption that you can know absolutely everything from within your POV, by ramping up your consciousness with 5Meo. As long as you take an perspective/have an relative POV that locates in space and time your perspective will be partial. In my experience right now, of course youre just an avatar in an online forum. But im pretty sure somewhere out there is a guy with an experience of writing on this forum. Im even pretty sure we could meet up and our POVs could interrelate with each other, while still coming from the same source
  16. @bambi Yes I can understand that critique, he doesnt have the lightness and joy that you would expect from an spritually evolved person, he has some bitterness that doesnt speak good for himself. But you dont know what he wrestles with and what he went through. He still is a deep and serious thinker and if you saw some of his newer podcasts, which I posted here he shows himself open, honest and vulnerable. I also wouldnt say he is on a low level of spiritual development, he mentioned that he is doing kriya yoga everyday and he has done some deep psychedelic trips. When he speaks about god or his religious ideas he doenst do this just from an intellectual/dogmatic/belief-based standpoint but it comes from deep grappling and authentic insight. I probably sound like a total JP fanboy here, which im not. I just think like with most thinkers there is some signal and some noise and you have to discern for yourself. My point is just that the signal in his teaching goes way deeper than people seem to give him credit for.
  17. Just watch the first 5 minutes of this. This is about Truth, Life Purpose and Meaning in life, very similiar to the teachings of Actualized. This is about living your unique story and finding your passion. This is what drives real activism. Yes, he uses christian religious analogies, but this does not make it stage blue. I think he gets mostly strawmanned for his sometimes bad takes on politics and dismissed entirely.
  18. Would love to see that!
  19. I think he gets dismissed way too easily here on this forum. He has some really deep and profound takes and great articulation of his ideas. If you watch this one earnestly I think it is hard to make the argument that he is on surface level personal development, neither it is just christian fundamentalism:
