Over the years I always collected my notes, knowledge and a lot of useful resources in my commonplace book on OneNote. It was really helpful to keep track and re-visit all the stuff I learn and now with the update to the windows11 version I cant use the old version anymore and the new made my commonplace book totally messy and doesnt work as well and easy in my opinion. What is the best alternative? I mostly valued that it was so easy and quick to use and worked and synched effortlessly between my phone and pc.

When I come out of a deep psychedelic experience from 5 Meo Malt, the message is always: "This life is precious and a gift, one should value and honor this life, this body and this earth.", not "Fuck it, consciousness is eternal, can do whatever I want, many more lifes to come".

It makes a lot more sense if you see his larger message is bigger than just archieving immortality. Yes Dont Die is his headline message, and immortality makes his whole project spicy, but his project is very much geared towards humanity not destroying itself and the earth - i.e. the metacrisis. It is about preserving life and honoring existence, because existence is beautiful, which is very much what you get in the afterglow of a deep trip.

Nice! Fun fact: my father made music with Klaus Schulze, they had a project together under the pseudonym "Wahnfried":

Wow, thanks for your comprehensive answer! Im still kinda procrastinating with making the transition, since Im a bit frustrated that my notetaking system is a mess right now, but I for sure will since I got a lot of value out of my commonplace book over the years. When I make the time I will watch the videos, Tiago is great!

Yeah, I also liked the simplicity of OneNote. But I find the new win11 version less elegant and also my notes didnt travel well to the new version, many notes lost and my commonplace book is a whole mess.

@bazera No, never tried Notion. Thx guys, I will check them both out!

She may value money and strategically search out men with money, but such calculations can never create the real thing. Like Zizek said, that if you can name the exact attributes why you love someone its not true love.

Nice! Cannot wait to get it. -
I definitely wouldnt bet on 5-MeO for longevity, but psylocibin seems very plausible to me.
-
But I honestly believe or intuit that there might be something to the relation of psychedelics and longevity or health. The psychedelic-experience definitely feels very much like a whole system reset and I would argue this is not limited to phenomenology, but also has some physiologic correlation, some of which already backed up by data. I think its an cool experiment to investigate this more thoroughly. The field of longevity expands through people like Bryan.

Dude you can read both in 2 weeks, work to incorporate what seems valuable for you in your life and go on.

Im not sure if it fits his need, but you should check out NeuralStem: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuralstem,_Inc., they specialized in producing molecules that act endogenously neurogenic. Their compound NSI-189 is probably their most interesting product considering your case and seems to be generally well tolerated: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amdiglurax. Also there are some people who reported healing damage from brain injury with noopept.

Many answers already and I dont mean to attack you, but this is such a juicy and also funny case of self-deception (if it is not just ragebait) with even many connections to the topics at the heart of actualized.org that I had fun dissecting it a bit. It is an assumption from the materialist paradigm that physical sex is better than pornography? I would argue that this case can be made much stronger from an idealist paradigm, where subjective-experience is primary and valuable for itself. Physical sex beats pornography primarily in terms of subjective-experience, which cant be reduced to measurable physical quantities. Do you really think that a technical scientific perspective is the right one to consider the subject of sex? This is an assumption, which I would argue only can be made with lack of direct-experience. This is an prime example of self-deception. Sorry for my autistic analysis of this

This one is pretty interesting. I find it so fascinating that besides his sex-trafficking he was also deeply involved in cutting-edge physics, complexity-sciences (gave funding to the Santa Fe Institute and consciousness having regular conversations with Joscha Bach or Deepak Chopra. I also found that he got recommanded Bernardo Kastrups work (Materialism is Balooney) by Deepak Chopra.

I do the foam topical every evening. You want the effects only on the targeted area. Doing it since over a year already and so far I havent seen any side-effects. Combined with Dermapen, and Rosmarine-Oil once a week I stopped hairfall completely and I see slowly new baby-hairs showing up lower down my hairline.
