How long do you think coronavirus will last? this is ridiculous... how long before we start taking this virus just like every other virus, like stop closing borders because of it?

The best way to find a style is to literally just go on Pinterest and start searching for clothing, the algorithm is going to recommend you similar clothing, if you find something that you like but don't know the brand/name, use Google Lens (An app) to scan the image and its going to show you similar clothing with links, brand names and prices. On the personal note, I'm a fan of wearing the same thing everyday the way Steve Jobs or Mark Zuckerberg do, you find something you like and buy 10-20ish pieces of it, I originally got this ideal from cartoon characters, they're always wearing the same thing. Maybe you resonate with more formal clothing like I do. Some general tips: 1. Never wear chains that hang off your clothing, no piercings either, no implants whatsoever. 2. White shoes always look better, but they're harder to maintain. 3. Buy a Swiss watch (Don't buy those electric watches like the Apple watch or its knockoffs) 4. Don't wear heavily branded clothing or "Luxury" "Designer" "Hypebeast" brands, those are for immature teenagers who haven't developed any sense of their own style yet. 5. Don't buy anything over $200, there can be exemptions of course (just general money advice) 6. don't wear any silly colorful wristbands. 7. Don't wear any bright/light colors like a clown. 8. Wear belts 9. Never wear hoodies 10. Don't get large tattoo's 11. Don't wear coats (Unless you're a girl or a guy over 40) 12. Don't wear excessively loose or overly tight jeans 13. Celebrities don't know how to dress so don't take inspiration from them. 14. Don't wear extremely short socks 15. Don't wear a backpack if you're past high school 16. Never, and I feel like this is a deal breaker, never dye your hair to unnatural colors, so no red, blue, yellow etc only brown, blond & black clothing you should wear: dress shirts, sweaters, leather jackets, leather boots, ties, vests, jeans, vintage clothing if you look young, rings are ok, etc etc... bottom line is don't dress like a kid, dress maturely. I have a strong preference for mature clothing, I think most mature people have as well. In my experience girls like short hair, but you can do whatever you want. in terms of what contributes most to physical attractiveness (in order) 1. Height - height is the most important factor in physical attractiveness (in a guy) if you're a girl then height is 2., Number 1. for woman is of course her ass, boobs and facial bone structure. 2. Weight / Muscle mass (Not a bodybuilder, but a fit & lean athlete like body) 3. Clothing (Yup, the way you dress is 3rd place)

I know for a fact that you're having trouble reading these posts of people trying to help you, its because your problem is completely made-up and you don't care enough to consider actually implementing anyone's advice, because deep down you know its made up and imaginary. so just relax and let it go. saying this with love and compassion.

let go of all this, Let go of personalities and realize that nothing has actually changed. go spend time doing something you like for example listening to songs you loved as a kid, songs you loved before Mr. steroid "Mr. Testosterone" doesn't exist, it was just your scared self all along. Just Let Go or even better go put yourself in a though Survival situation and see how much you'll care about personalities when you do that, think of that situation yourself. I'm sure the homeless think that their biggest problem in life is their personality . You remind of someone crying over the death of a fictional character. oh yeah and stop listening to any type of "Subliminal audio/music" and realize how silly & ridiculous it is that you've even thought of killing yourself because of your personality. my observation is that you've created a imaginary problem for yourself because you have nothing else to do. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KQetemT1sWc

Leo shouldn't have a problem with this, I mean people constantly upload and share Jordan Peterson's work and he doesn't mind.

MarkKol replied to kieranperez's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
This is my favorite picture of all, I live right on the border with Serbia and Croatia (former Yugoslavia) which means my town was first to get hit by tanks and troops, the irony of the first picture portraying STRONG MEN as Soldiers who fought in war, if strong men create good times, then who raped all the women and children in my town? people often say "the soldiers had to protect their country, they had no choice but to fight" its clearly not true, raping 15 year old children has nothing to do with protecting your country, I don't demonize anyone though! and I have to be compassionate and understand their level of consciousness. -
Recently I've watched one of Leo's conscious politics videos (Part 4) and have been thinking to myself: Is a company valued at 1 billion dollars even possible without engaging in all sorts of devilry like moving money across seas to avoid taxes like Apple, the irony of slapping "Made by Apple in California" on your products and then literally going out of your own way to avoid contributing to that same state/country, or Steve jobs literally saying "The purpose of Apple is to sell products that we would recommend to our family and friends" and then overpricing your products and exploiting those same "FAMILY AND FRIENDS", but then if you compare someone who isn't really exploiting anyone like a Music artist for example Billie Eilish, her net worth is $53M, compared to Apple's $2 Trillion. without doing much contemplation, my observation is: The more a company is worth the less likely they earned that much money with Integrity, which also means that if your in the TOP 10 most valuable companies like Apple... you definitely exploited and scammed your way to that position.

Video game addiction was holding me tight in its hands from around 11 to 15 years old, i stopped as soon as high school started, i also burned though my desire for fancy designer clothe and now I don't even mind looking like a homeless person. next is Youtube addiction which is the hardest and the longest addiction i've had (basically my entire life) its a shame how fucking sad and wasteful that is, watching shitty Youtube memes for 7+ hours a day. hopefully i burn through this decade long addiction this month.

I remember jobs saying "i think you should get a job as a bus boy or something until you find something you're really passionate about" I wouldn't recommend you quit anything you are doing right now in order to jump to something that isn't even there yet, you have to show your family results before they gain any type of trust in you, if you quit UNI right now, it sounds to me like that 'unstability' you feel will still be there for a different reason: your family Now if you are able to get a job & a place to live that's not your parents' home, everything changes. I personally have never been a fan of Family that I'm just born with like my mom or dad, i don't like the man in the clouds choosing who i'm going to spend my first 18+ years of life with (he's quite unreliable). You should figure it out yourself, if you can't get what you want independently, then I don't know what to tell you. truth be told nobody here is going to give you as good as advice you can give yourself, because people here speak generally and what you need my friend is a individual and specific to you type of advice that only you are cable of (you can tell because the replies to these type of threads always start with questions, like the guy above this reply, he doesn't know your situation as good as you do. You seem like a passionate young man so i'm sure you'll be alright. I've never been to therapy because its so outlandish here in Europe but i would imagine paid professionals are better with dealing with these type of problems than unpaid forum pokemons like me.

I wonder if Capitalism will be as influential as it is now, or will Art be more influential than today's faceless corporations. I hope that people will be more interest in creativity and higher forms of love, like love for the entire planet and people living on it instead of nationalistic love or religious love.

Recently I've been going back and forth trying to decide what the fuck I want to do in life, I've always had a interest in Technology and Arts (Music,3D and 2D Animation) I'm too attached to both to choose one and let go of the other, though I've already laid down a path for 3d Animation, But I'm struggling to find a meaningful purpose and potential for massive social impact, I keep asking myself: How the hell can I impact the world as much as Tesla or Apple with Art? Most artists I see today literally say "I want to entertain people" or "I want to make people laugh" which is the lamest shit I've ever heard, Entertainment is such a low consciousness business that I can't settle for. And even the greatest painters and musicians like Picasso haven't had enough social impact in my opinion.

Ever noticed how, everything that's natural... is the healthiest for humans? Natural as we have been doing it for millions of years? Notice how intermittent fasting is healthy? but why would abstaining from food be healthy? well because its natural to us. Notice how Coke is unhealthy, but why would coke be unhealthy? because its not natural, mother nature would never give us food that has no nutritional value and 10 grams of sugar per ml, you couldn't get a coke 1000 years prior of now, but yet even 1000 years ago you could get pasture raised eggs, Organic meat, NON-GMO. There is a reason why Organic food is healthy and its because we have been eating it for millions of years. So the more natural your life is... the healthier you are. Now you should be able to answer your own question, is sleeping in naps more natural than doing it all in one go?

i'd like to start this post by briefly explaining my situation and desires: One of my strongest values of all is: Multiculturalism, essentially what being multicultural means to me is: i like exploring foreign and diverse cultures, i like learning new languages and i also like living life on the edge, which living in a foreign country brings me exactly that. my favorite types of people seem to be the fun, restless and the irony of liking countercultural types of people (something like steve jobs, rebellious, one might call it) i'm currently living in my native country: Croatia (a country in Europe right next to Italy) as for the reasons i don't want to live here anymore: Too cramped, too "static" and as diverse as the solid color gray. Always been 100% confident since day 1 that i would live in US but recently that changed because 2 new candidates have joined the party: Japan and China Since i've spent a shit ton of time on this forum i also have a life purpose(s) and passions which i'm still dwelling over which one i should choose or possibly choose both: 1. Music (Mumble, geeky, extremely happy sounding music) 2. Fashion (Dapper, colorful, maybe even something as unusual as anime inspired clothes) i must say that these two would go great together and are compatible with each other unlike my "where should i live" situation Pro's and Cons of each country: (add your own if you know some) BOLD Cons are extra bad United states Violence and crime rate (CON) i like walking at night, how am i supposed to do that there, my town's population is somewhere around 1k-1.5k people. In 2018 15,498 people we're killed in United States. I don't remember the documentary, but i was watching one on Youtube last month and i remember the exact quote the women said about the reason her son was killed "It was a drive by shooting, they thought he was someone else" that sentence really changed my perception of US, HOW THE FUCK DO YOU KILL SOMEONE... THINKING HE WAS SOMEONE ELSE? Extremely Diverse (PRO) Expensive (CON) Social (PRO) I have family over there, giving my an edge with VISAS/Green Card (PRO) i already know a bit of the language as you can see, even tho i am Croatian i nailed the American accent perfectly in my humble opinion, so much so that i'm actually confident singing English songs, without any obvious "not native english" disadvantages and since i want to be a English Musician living in the US will probably allow me to learn more advanced and complex words. Japan Literally the fashion Capital of the world (PRO) Japanese citizens seem really shy to me (CON/Personal Opinion) i like social people Lowest crime rates in the world (PRO) unlike US Discrimination towards foreigners (CON) people treat foreigners differently, restaurants sometimes have "NO FOREIGNERS" signs.. etc Anime is a big part of their culture (PRO) They seem to be very manner oriented, which is why they don't like foreigners if you were wondering (i'm not sure how to look at this manners thing, on one hand i could look at is as something i should already have, and on the other hand i could look at this as clinging to their culture like a dog on a leash, you can be a rebel in America but not in Japan! Because Japan is like 98% native Japanese while US is extremely diverse which allows people's differences to be "overlooked", and yes i know i'm talking about the most racist country on planet earth, but i'm talking about behavior differences not skin color. CHEAP TO LIVE ! (PRO) China To my surprise China is not Discrimintive, and from what I've gathered they like foreigners, in a video titled "What's it like being a foreigner in China" one guy said "People are more likely to approach you and try to talk to you" if you're a foreigner that is... their reason being is that foreigners are there to help boost the economy. (PRO) bonus: this is only the case in China's large cities where they are used to foreigners, but to people living on the country side you are a mythical creature, in a positive way like they want to take pictures with you and shit. at the end of the day these people have probably never seen anything besides asian people also to my surprise China is cheap af, i knew China was poor but you would think that a global superpower country with 1.4 Billion people would be expensive, at least the biggest cities like Shanghai or Beijing. personal side note about language: I currently don't know any Chinese or Japanese, but even if i move to the US, i'm still going to study either Chinese or Japanese on the daily. my options right now are either move permanently to one of those countries or Maybe switch between them constantly which i don't think is a good idea I could live in United States and go to china every year for maybe 1-3-4 months, maybe because there are a lot of Asians in China i could keep up with the language learning while i'm there.

Half decent like? i would imagine low salaries contribute to more violence.

i'm going to be the smartest one here and say the most Turquoise anime are definitely Attack on titan and Death Note, probably even Devilman crybaby. twist: they're the most stage red anime one can think of. i love dark fantasy anime the most so i couldn't tell you, keep in mind that the creator(s) probably has to be stage Turquoise to create a stage Turquoise anime, which is a rarity even in japan where anime is produced. Japan is a collective, strict and a workaholic country where pretty much everyone is a wage slave, their salaries are extremely low and they work very long hours because of their toxic view on work, it takes time to become stage Turquoise! Time! a luxury for the japanese! and don't get me started on mangaka's (mangaka = the people who write manga) here is how a mangakas work life looks like, (see image below) and no you're not seeing things, that is 112 hours of work per week, if you count the number of hours awake from sunday 10:00am to tuesday 7:00am there is only 2 hours of sleep that separates 44 hours of awake time that is mostly work, another luxury to the japanese is a vacation (i heard, can't confirm). and for the cherry on top mangakas only write manga, for a manga to become anime it has to be picked by a studio that probably isn't too interested in stage Turquoise either. and i know all this because i thought of creating a studio that makes anime and fix the damn industry as a life purpose. i ended up going with something else but i still have a deep passion for Japan and the Japanese people. I <3 Japan with all my heart

yes i know value is sort of subjective like, a banana is more valuable to a homeless person than it is to a millionaire but this is just a fun topic. nothing serious, you can try to discredit elon and say that he's not the biggest value generator but try to list YOUR favorite "value providers" because i'm obsessed to making a difference in the world.

Drake equation? never heard of it, it just seems so silly to think there is no intelligent life out there, and whatever factors play in the role of actually developing life, whatever they are habitable zones, multi cellular life, how long they last and weather they have arms to develop tools. its quite obvious that these things do shorten the chances of life actually developing and thriving. but still the planets man, there is just so much of them. you just listed a ton of stuff that has to be "in check" in order for life to develop. that's means that life should be rare, right? if life is rare, then their curiosity with living beings should be immense. basically what i'm saying is that our planet is not interesting to them, we are interesting to them! we are the magnets that attract them and that's why its possible that they could be "right next door". just like china sends female spies to... well... spy on american politicians, aliens could be doing the same thing to us but unlike china spies their not trying to hide. just a possibility, i feel like Alex Jones talking so specifically and confidently about topics i literally have no idea about. i'm just using common sense.
