Half a tab and you'll be fine. Nothing can really go wrong. Even if someone walks in while you are tripping, that is a low enough dose to act normal. ( In my experience anyway )

I'll admit, I was making an assumption based on something I read elsewhere, and from the experiences of people I know. However, if you allow it to dissolve, you will trip hard no matter how empty your stomach is, and it will also come on faster.

@legendary Since you thought it was a mild trip, it was probably incorrectly dosed. Tabs are rarely actually 200ug. You'd be fine taking more next time

It absorbs through your skin. You probably wont trip if you swallow it whole. I use my tongue to rub the tab around my gums ( theres a lot of saliva under your tongue, so that's why people put it there )

Tab under the tongue, leave it there until it is completely dissolved, then chew up the rest. Do not swallow it too soon.

There isn't really a 'right' choice. No matter what you do, you will likely regret / have doubts about your decision. Personally, I say its always worth making one last attempt to fix things. Have a long talk with her, try and resolve problems with communication. Figure out why you guys are arguing. Work on yourself, too. If nothing changes, and you can see that it is unlikely anything will change, get out of there and focus on your own well-being.
