I don't really care to look it up for no reason at the moment. Maybe another time. It is like asking Jesus to look up what christianity is according to wikipedia. He wouldn't care I guess.

Well he just said his opinion. If you want arguments for it you can ask him. At least with wikipedia he is right. Wiki itself even gives the evidence. So it is a possibility that it is the case with dictionary.com. At the moment I am not interested to check it out but later on maybe I will do it. Or you try to prove that it's not the case like in wiki. Btw. it is not relevant for the discussion anyway imho.

It is not that important which political view somebody has but that he has the ability to switch perspectives and bring good arguments and can keep the emotions out. To be able to try to argue outcome independent unbiased and objectively as possible.

No I am trying to motivate to raise the level. Something like: Yes statistic is important Yes these numbers mean something Then you can talk about how to solve it -

You don't have to feal fear or hate to think that a religion (ideology) is problematic.

I wanted to make it diplomatic and said weak. Actually you didn't have any argument at all as far as I can see regarding the validity and the importance of the numbers. I wrote before in another thread that you don't use arguments. -

First of all you did not really challenge these numbers anyway. So it is unclear what your point is. -
@Robi Steel I agree with most of you said. So what is your plan? Does this forum have any value left for you? From which places are you going to get your inspiration from?

You mean you wish it to be personal. In real life almost everything is political. Sex and partnership is the most important thing in the life of most people. So it is probably very important. If too many people are not happy or angry that is not too good. Many wars were done just for this. Like in black lives matter a lot of men might not happy with the situation and might "break the contract" -

Yes be the hero like in die hard. The Uberfather. Could be a new superhero. There is that one guy could father so many wild animals like lions and so on. So it should be possible to find a way for people theoretically. -

Why do you think abortions are so bad? From a religious position or from secular ethic? -

Nice saying but the circumstances are important for how the law is used. A white guy and a black guy using the N-word makes a difference. -

USA got sucked into the role in world war 2. Then later with Sowjetunion that was a totalitarian state that captured many countries. Then later with the Korean war where they saved South Korea. Later things went downhill from there it seems. The South Koreans are still to this day very thankful to the countries that helped them. I read about Ethiopia and Turkey who faught there. -

Well our job is to find out which experts are not biased. One way to do it is listen to the people (opposing experts) who have the opposite opinion. If they can be convincing (with statistics maybe) then go with it. If not the experts were right. -

I know. One guy already told some good reasons. I would put it this way. If the US would not have freed itself from Britain it might have been like other countries. They would just be a part of something else. On it's own because of it's size it became an empire on it's own. An empire needs a state ideology to legitimize itself and to keep diverse people together. Then it got pushed into the role of world police. Once you have that job a thing like "professional deformation" happens. You get an authoritarian personality. -

What I wanted to say is that the general public is not always right. They can be biased and brainwashed too. -

The general public in North Korea thinks probably their leader is great. Do you even want to know the "facts" even if they are "ugly".
