Tinder somewhat works for me, but the women are not high quality. Highest quality women are met through social circle.

If you ever decide to get back on your feet academically, then do what I did and go to a Community College. The Author, Cal Newport, published really helpful books on how to succeed in school. https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/how-to-win-at-college-cal-newport/1100623425 https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/how-to-become-a-straight-a-student-cal-newport/1102561432 But I really think what you need is a concrete Life Purpose. https://www.actualized.org/life-purpose-course The Life Purpose Course is helpful to some people, to others its not. Personally to me it was not very helpful, what was helpful to me was going to the Community College, majoring in Mathematics (for you, if you're not gifted academically, then you might want to major in General Studies), and trying out various classes and various different studies to see what I liked. That's how I discovered that I liked Physics. Now how to pay for the classes, that might require wage slaving at an entry level position. -

Don't eat fast food. The only people for whom McDonald's appeals to is low consciousness people with McDonald's style pallets.

For someone in college, I eat surprisingly healthy. Almost every other day, I prepare for myself a spinach anti-oxidant health smoothie. And I exercise at least four times a week. But while I was in college, I picked up my smoking habit again. My smoking habit began when I was 17 years old in high school. A friend invited me to the back of the bleachers, where he showed me his pack of Newport Menthol 100's. That's where it all started. I was able to quit no problem, but picked up the habit again a few times. I remember when I was 19, my family took me on a holiday to Costa Rica, where the smoking age is only 18. I bought a pack of Marlboro Reds, but threw it away because it was too strong. Went back to the convenience store and bought a back of Lucky Strike activate greens, loved it. Two years ago, I bought a pack of Marlboro Golds on a family trip to Portugal, and that was my last pack of cigarettes for some two years. I just two days ago smoked my last pack of Marlboro Reds, loved it. But I need to stop. When I resumed the habit some 7 weeks ago, I told myself that I was going to be in control, but then one pack a week turned into two packs a week. The prior mentioned Marlboro Reds only took me 3 days to finish. I've decided now to quit smoking, but to what extent should I? I don't want to completely give up cigarettes, as I love the warm tobacco sensation, or cooling if I'm smoking menthol, and the calming effect (the nicotine buzz) of the cigarette. Instead of a daily smoker, maybe I can convert to being a social smoker? Its an excellent way to relax, which is exactly the problem. When in college, I would immediately and automatically reach for the cigarette to stop the anxiety. Whenever the anxiety became too much, too overwhelming, the first thing was to reach for the cigarette. This as well applied to other mental ailments. I was formerly diagnosed with anxiety and OCD, OCD for which I do take medication for. When the OCD thought loops became too much to bear, when its causing me too much suffering and anger, the first instinct is to reach for the cigarette. The OCD thought loops would often produce a sever tension in my head, as the same obsessive compulsive and angering thoughts replay for the hundredth or thousandth time (I'm not exaggerating). The result would be a painful sensation in my head. In order to alleviate this, I would engage in some sort of ritual, usually repeating things out loud to my self. This has been going on since I was a small child. Smoking is one of the only ways to end this. I explicitly remember Osho talking about that chain smoking (which is what I have been doing) is only possible for deeply anxiety ridden people, and I have been formally diagnose with anxiety and OCD, and take medication for OCD. Should I completely and 100% stop smoking, or maybe I can only do it when I'm with friends or on special occasion? I want to drop being a daily chain smoker, because I don't want to develop breathing issues or for my skin to age.

I just hope the situation improves there. I live in America, and illegal immigration from the south of America's border was one of the major political brew-ha-ha's that led to Trump being elected. The situation in Argentina doesn't look good, since their new president is causing all of this hyper inflation.

Meditation affects various people differently, which is why I never liked it when Leo calls it bullshit. There are people in this forum who found God realization through Meditation. -

As much as I don't support right-wing populist parties, the center-left and Conservatives parties did this to themselves, this is almost entirely their faults. They did not properly restrict mass migration, creating a culture shock of migrants for whom refused to assimilate to European cultures, and were contributing to a rise in crime. I recall last year I visited Germany, specifically Frankfurt am Main. I walked right of a train station down a street, and that's when I knew I wasn't in Germany. All the signs were in the Arabic alphabet (The Pashtun language, Farsi language, Urdu language, etc...), and there were Afghani, and Pakistani flags on almost every building. There was a barber shops and vape shop on every block, sometimes on the same block, as well as food and other goods being served outside like in some sort of bazaar. The streets were littered with young men, clearly not working, just standing around vaping, as well as homeless people. -

Skinheads attacked a hippie festival in Tsaritsynsky Park in Moscow. Several hippies were beaten up. About 10 minutes later, mounted police arrived at the scene. They began beating and detaining the hippies for displaying LGBT (banned in Russia) flags and smoking marijuana. Dozens of hippies were beaten and detained by the police. The rest of the hippies were chased out of the park by mounted police. The skinheads were not arrested, they disappeared before the police arrived https://www.instagram.com/themoscowtimes/p/C7wG3jgIjkP/ https://msk1.ru/text/incidents/2024/06/01/73653179/

I read the Jeremy Corbyn left the party, which is sad because he was quite progressive. It really tells you about the declining state of Labour, and how disappointing they are. -
Donald Trump spoke at a Libertarian Party meeting, where he promised to put Libertarians in his cabinet and administration.

That’s exactly what I thought. The hippies were most literally not doing anything wrong. But they were expressing a strong green value system, for which the red/blue neo Nazi (judging by their tattoos) skinheads and the blue police authorities took offense to.
