  1. Last night something really fucked up (in a good way) happened to me that shocked me. My girlfriend hugged me, and said that she love me, after that i felt a resistance (like i can't let my self go of fear to express/feel my love to her) Then i saw in my mind a picture of me telling to my parents that i love them (I felt the same resistance because we never expressed our feelings to each other) After that i said...Ok i don't know how to let go, i don't know how to break threw that fear of love, please help me. So after that everything started. I started feeling fear for a moment and start crying a bit... But after a minute i started LAUGHING UNCONTROLLABLY WHILE CRYING AND I FELT THE MOST AMAZING FEELING I EVER HAD. IT WAS PURE HAPPINESS (still i can't describe it cause it was the most strong feeling i ever had in my life). My inner dialog was gone, my facial muscles was expressing that feeling to the fullest (i felt like there were muscles that never activated before on my face) There was a REALLY vivid vibration on my chest, and while i was laughing that part of my chest was generating that strong feeling. My whole body was shaking like i had infinite "orgasms" but the highest quality that a human body can have. I called my parents crying, told them i love them so fucking much for the first time. And right now Im trying to understand what the fuck was that. I feel like i broke a layer of fear, that gave me the opportunity to feel LOVE for few minutes. Can someone give me an explanation? Thank you guys!
  2. @mandyjw That's what it felt like... I felt a strong vibration on my chest (they call that area solar plexus). Really interesting...
  3. @Inliytened1 It was like my body started a specific breathing pattern in order to clean something up. This thing was coming out of the middle of my chest. The way i meditate is that i am always aware of the dialog that going on in my head, or of the thoughts BUT not while siting on a chair or a lotus position but in my everyday experience, when im having a coffee / when i walk outside e.t.c. 30 minutes before that event I said to my girlfriend that "I want to feel more love in my life and less fear". It was like a unconscious suggestion.
  4. Hello, I would love to listen your opinions about AI. I think it grows way too fast...
  5. If you think DEEPFAKES could be a problem there are a lot of missing pieces in order to understand the real danger, and the power that this technology will give to big data corporations and governments. They already KNOW anything, and not only that, they can also PREDICT our actions before of us. This is already here, happening. You can get a taste of that shit here .
  6. I'm more focused on the DATA Facebook and Google has that can feed those algorithms The technology is already here, same goes with the DATA. They can predict, they can manipulate, and they are faster than us on those tasks. Also another problem is, whats going on with the DATA, who have access on those databases e.t.c Do you guys get the bigger picture? If not, you can make a deeper research on the technology.
  7. @Jonac Do you understand in depth what AI is?
  8. Is enlightenment just another experience? How can someone be sure that when he FEEL ONE WITH THE WHOLE that this is really there? Still it is a sensation experienced by the human body.
  9. How can we be sure that the whole exist? What if it is just more content of the mind?
  10. Hello, Im working with my team on making gamma binaural beats. Does any of you guys had any experience using Gamma wave binaural beats? Thanks
  11. Hello, I am working as a hypnotherapist for the last 7 years . Hypnosis is a really amazing tool for healing trauma / addictions / bad habits / panic attacks / phobias /self improvement (list goes on). You can go deep into the root of the behavioral patterns of the subject and reprogram them. So I am thinking about making a hypnosis session that aims to make the unconscious part of the subject to look for the real Self. What could be the best directions for something like that, in order to skip the ego's illusions? - ΚΑΝΕΝΑΣ.
  12. @Nak Khid Using hypnosis you can get to the root in 1 to 3 sessions. And thats because, the hypnotist give to the unconscious mind the direction to show up the experience that created the behavioral pattern. The reason that other form of therapies take so long to make that change, has to do with the way that our mind works with trauma or unpleasant experiences. When you have an unpleasant experience, that contains bad emotions, your mind hides that memory. BUT everything that reminds the memory, triggers the emotions. For example, if you had a panic attack while there was a Michael Jackson song in the background - the Michael Jackson song could be a trigger for you to have a panic attack again after few months. You won't really understand why you having a panic attack, but your unconscious mind will already make the connection for you to have one. So 1.The mind hides the memory, but everything that contained in it can trigger the emotions. 2.With hypnosis we can find the memory and change the feelings attached to it. 3.So now, the memory brings up the new feelings we attached to it OR no feelings at all. There are many books on self hypnosis but I learned hypnosis by seminars and Igor Ledochowski
  13. @Raptorsin7 Hypnotherapy is the perfect tool for that (if you ask me) Because all the limiting beliefs are part of the unconscious mind. You can't see most of them without the right tools, and even if you could...AGAIN...you need the right tools to make that change.
  14. @Nak Khid PSYCH-K sounds like self hypnosis. Everything PSYCH-K can do, hypnosis / self hypnosis can achieve either. What looks special about it is the fact that it is connected with quantum physics e.t.c I have to do a deep research on it, but so far the basic principles look the same with hypnosis. Thats the way to go. On the first session or two, it is really important to find the root of the problem (face to face with the client). After the root is found and fixed, then the recordings will have an amazing effect!
  15. @cetus56 Thats exactly what Im about to do. I am currently working on the script of this recording. Ill update as soon as I have results.
  16. @Mulky Thats exactly what Im thinking. I am going to do some experiments on me first. But suggesting death in hypnosis is dangerous. It has to be really focused on the identity. If it goes well ill get a voice actor to record my script and ill share it with you.
  17. @Nak Khid 1.The drug industry does not want to cure, it wants to work on the symptoms. So there is a-lot of sabotage (hollywood assosiates hypnosis with magic e.t.c / universities promotes other shit) 2.Never tried it my self, so i don't have an opinion. 3.My point of view is that anyone is a hypnotizable subject, we get in and out of hypnotic trance states every day. It is a normal everyday thing. But you can't hypnotize people that don't want to get into that state or people who have autism or really low IQ. So what really matters is if they want to get into that theta state (if the hypnotist is really skilled, it doesn't really matter, he will get the customer into hypnosis anyways.) 4.When you just say affirmations the results are going to be poor, and thats because of something called (critical faculty). In hypnosis the critical faculty goes offline, and thats the reason all the affirmations / suggestions goes into the unconscious part of the mind. If you want my advice, learn to use self hypnosis and repeat your affirmations while you are in that state, this will work way better. OR just record the affirmations and listen to them while you relax deeply, or sleep. 5.Yes 6.All I see is just unconscious processes, I don't really care about the label, I do care more about the structure of those processes and how to make them work in a practical way. 7.It is better to work on one problem at a time. Also tapes doesn't work on the root of the problem, because it is not possible to analyze the reasons someone smokes (for example). It is possible for someone to stop smoking using tapes, but it is also possible to become an alcoholic or overweight after that. If someone smokes in order to get away from anxiety and you take smoking away from them, then they will find another distraction (alcohol/drugs/gambling e.t.c). Everything is a distraction from our inner shit. Sending my love from Greece.
