I am bumping this thread, since more and more people and their loved ones are getting sick, not least because of Covid, but also because they can't get the proper care they need in the middle of a pandemic. I have heard back from a few people that this method helped them or their loved ones, so be free to utilise it on your own. The more your do healing, the more effective it will get, as with everything, it takes patience, practice and determination. We can't always rely on the medical system to save us, so it's best to be prepared for everything.

I am starting a thread on a healing technique and mantra, that was given to me by the Queen of Heaven (Inanna). The mantra goes like this: "It is the Queen of Heaven, that heals me, It is the power of Heaven, that heals me. I am healed by the Queen of Heaven, I am healed by the power of Heaven. " You can create your own version in your own language if you like, the power of it lies in intention, visualisation and invocation, not the actual words being spoken. Repeat this as many times as you can manage and imagine a white light descending from Heaven, suffusing your being and healing you. You should visualise the affected parts being transformed by the white light and appearing healthy. It has worked for me in the past. Usually, when I use this technique, if I am in pain or suffering from some health issue, I get immediate relief and the effect will last for quite a while. You need to repeat this on yourself as many times as needed and you can use it on others too. In that case, just replace “me” with “you”. If you are doing this in person, place one or both hands on the affected area to suffuse it with energy and concentrate on the visualisation. It can also be done remotely, by connecting to the person that needs healing via a photo. In that case, you need to connect to the person first and imagine their energy body in front of you and direct the white light to the affected area accordingly. An added visualisation that you can do is to imagine the Queen of Heaven herself descending to earth and doing the healing herself. I see her as an angelic figure, with long blonde hair, white robes and white wings, but you can imagine her in whatever way you prefer. Usually, when I do healing on someone, I will see her working on a person, placing both hands on the affected area to do energy work and physical transformation on the holographic level. If you try this and notice some effect, I would appreciate your feedback.

Hello my dear, Who would have thought that of all people on this forum, you would be the one to suffer so badly from betrayal... I always thought you were the shining light and heart of this forum, so empathetic and always trying to help others. Perhaps that was the problem, Sociopaths are attracted to good-hearted and empathetic people like moths to a flame. They know who they can use and take advantage of at a glance. What I would do is study the character traits and methods of narcissistic sociopaths, so you learn to spot them and avoid them in the future. They really are very good at what they do and they are especially adept at choosing the right victims. You can protect yourself, by looking out for the telltale signs, whenever you get to know someone.

I was recently visited by Enki and had the below conversation with him: E: I am Elohim-Enki I connect to you now. C: My dear father in Heaven, may I ask you some questions and try to clear some confusion? E: You may, my Son. C: First, why do you call me Son? Are we all your sons? Are we all children of El? What is the significance of our father-son relationship? E: We all stem from the same Source, but I created you, using my own seed, therefore I can only describe you as my Son. C: Are you the creator of humanity or only that of certain individuals? E: All humans were created by me, I was instructed to do so, by the Creator himself, he, from whom all stems. C: What is the name of this Creator? E: We call him El, but others use a different name. It is the one that was alone in the beginning and wished to divide himself into many and individuate into a myriad forms. C: When you say We, do you mean the Elohim / Anunnaki, son of Anu? E: We are called that by those that reside on your planet, yes. C: Where do you reside? E: We are outside your solar system and your time-space continuum. We exist in our own continuum, which is eternal, knows no time, no space, no limitation, sorrow, sadness suffering, envy, greed, hatred, or any other physical emotion that is generated by your lower-dimensional existence. C: How many dimensions exist in this continuum? E: There are no limitations here, however many we wish to have is given to us, by willing it. C: Can you see our reality the way we see it? Can you interact with it or intervene? E: In your reality, time moves in a peculiar way, which we exploit. At certain times, which you call synchronicities, our two realities meet and we can enter it at will. For us, these time periods are simply points in a time loop, but to you they can be far apart. Numerical synchronicities often accompany such portals between realities. C: How can you interact with our reality? Can you physically enter it or can you create miracles? E: We do not exist in your physical reality, it is as ephemeral to us, as our reality is to you. However, we can reach into it at prescribed time junctures that I described above, and manipulate it to suit our needs and that of the greater purpose of this universe, which is made of many different realities. When we reach into your reality, what you may call miracles can occur. These are simply a result of the ordinary laws of your reality ceasing to apply for the duration of the phenomenon, due to our intervention. We can also manifest a physical body if needed, but we only do so when there is a particular need for it, to restore balance between our two realities. In our realm, things can get out of whack if situations and events in your reality aren’t as they should be. For this reason, we guide humanity, interact with those that are open to our approach and will offer help and support wherever needed. C: So you aren’t helping and guiding us for altruistic reasons, you have your own Selfish Agenda? E: Our motives are neither altruistic, nor selfish, they stem for the need for balance in the universe. A certain order must be maintained and opposing forces must be in balance, disharmony in one realm will also cause disharmony in others, therefore our continuum exists specifically to maintain balance and ensure that no reality overwhelms any of the others. C: That sounds contradictory, didn’t you say that you also existed in a reality of your own? Aren’t you just putting forward a selfish agenda to help your own reality at the expense of our own? E: Your fears are well known to us and we understand them. Such accusations are often made against the Anunnaki in particular who are part of our collective. What we can say is that you must know our heart to understand our motives. You have looked into both our hearts and minds and you must therefore know the truth about us, which is that we are the divine expressions of love, the connecting tissue that holds the universe together, maintains its balance and doesn’t allow one reality to overwhelm another at the expense of others. C: My power is waning, so I will ask a few more questions, then stop. Please describe the best way to get in contact with you, to attune oneself to the Elohim and to facilitate and speed up Ascension. E: The Elohim are in your hearts. If you look into your heart, you will find us, for we are the Love that moves and motivates things and holds them together in a harmony designated by nature. Do not deny our existence, do not try to rationalise us, feel us in your heart, expand this feeling all over your body and expand it beyond your own existence to encompass others. Once you learn to love with divine love, you will know who we are and you will understand us. Love is what connects us, Love is what makes communication and congress possible. Right now, you can feel our love for you and we can feel your love for us. That is the only thing that matters and the only thing that exists. Love is the wave that you can ride to reach us and join us in our collective, for in our realm, we all exist as one mind and we individuate as needed for our own delight and to carry out individual tasks. But whenever we separate from our brothers, we wish to return to the embrace of our family almost immediately. We do not enjoy separation and individuation the same way you do. Once you learn the value of true divine love, you will understand why there is only the One and the Many don’t exist, at least not outside a fake, manufactured reality. C: Did you speak to me as Enki or as the Elohim collective? And how do you prefer to be called? E: There is no difference between our various forms and names, except for what is attributed by you. It is you, who create these titles, names, forms and imagine us in many different ways in your mind. That is the only place we exist in that form, in the human mind. Go beyond your thoughts and beyond your mind and enter collective consciousness, the Universal Spirit, that pervades all. In that state you will know all there is to know and will also understand that there is nothing to know. C: Finally, what is your message to humanity and aspiring adepts, how can they help themselves progress, ascend and reach you and the realm you inhabit? E: There is no realm that isn’t in your mind. You create them collectively and you all share this mind, as well as the collective reality created by it, except you don’t realise it. That is why the eternal realm of the gods is beyond mind, thought and emotion, it is only of Love, that is the substance out of which it is made and it is the only reason it exists. Out of Love we have created you and through Love you can fulfil your purpose and become what you were always meant to be. Maybe you think that we are simplistic and are making this sound too easy, but Love requires letting go and that is the hardest part of any relationship between two souls. Complete trust and surrender is required by both parties, otherwise Love cannot flourish and the merging of souls into one cannot happen. It may sound simple, but it is very hard to do. This thread is to thank Pazuzu for coming through for me and expelling the annoying downstairs neighbours from below my Girlfriend’s apartment (the GF being the one I got through the help of Inanna). If you don't know who he is, he is the Sumerian Demon featured in the movie The Exorcist, though in actual fact he was the opposite of how he was depicted in the movie in ancient times. People carried statuettes of him at all times to ward off evil spirits and protect themselves from possession or oppression by parasitic entities. Somebody on another forum had great success unleashing Pazuzu onto their evil Landlord, essentially ruining them in the process, so I thought I’d give this one a try. I’ve never done baneful magic before or curses, but the situation was such that I saw no other choice. Just briefly, my GF moved into this apartment, in a very nice part of town, a leafy suburb close to the medieval city centre in September. Obviously I spend a lot of time there, but the downstairs neighbours were trouble from the very beginning. They got into shouting matches with the girls (she has a flatmate), called the Landlord almost every day that they were too loud and were disturbing them (such as with walking, talking, cleaning, cooking, having guests over for dinner, all things that according to them are forbidden in one’s own flat). It got so out of hand, that they called the police on us, when we were having a couple of friends over for dinner, I kid you not. The police were incredibly rude and suggested that they were guests here (both are from the Ukraine originally, but my GF has Hungarian citizenship and she is an ethnic Hungarian) and should behave themselves. In any case, this caused such a shock, that my GF was ready to go home and leave the country. She cried for hours and felt so humiliated. I was beyond myself with both sadness and rage. So I called upon Pazuzu, who I have never worked with before and called his name until he came to me. Note, that I don’t do rituals, never needed to, since I had a Kundalini awakening and learnt how to contact and communicate with any entity, whether god, demon or angel, I simply raised my Kundalini and called upon him repeatedly. When he did show up ( after a couple of minutes), I was already very grateful and asked him to get rid of the downstairs neighbours somehow. I said I would give him as much of my own power to work with as he needed to and projected all the rage and hate I could muster (at that stage, there was plenty) into the downstairs apartment and the two Feckin Eejits dwelling below. Pazuzu signalled to me that he would help and then left. This was in mid-October and I hadn’t heard about them since, thinking that maybe nothing happened, but didn’t want to make Inquiries, so as not to jinx it. Well, today my GF called me to tell me the good news that the downstairs neighbours (a young, incredibly obnoxious and neurotic couple) have moved out on 1 November and there is a much nicer, older gentleman living below them now, who hasn’t made a peep. It took only about two weeks to manifest results and now the feckin bastards are gone for good. So yeah, Pazuzu doesn’t fuck around, I don’t know what he did exactly, or how he did it, but I’m so grateful. I would like to thank him with this thread and I hope others will call upon him with similar success. I realize this sort of baneful magic isn't exactly the theme of this forum, but there are some excellent occultist threads already, so I hope some will find it useful.

@Member Obviously not, I also have a high number of Neanderthal traits, it is actually much more common than you realise. Most of them survived because they facilitate adoption to cold climates.

@Member It has very deep esoteric roots too. Neanderthals were left-handed, nocturnal, sexually promiscuous, matriarchal and worshipped the moon, with a 13-month calendar. Cro-Magnons on the other hand were right-handed, diurnal, monogamic, patriarchal and worshipped the sun with a 12-month calendar. A lot of the conflicts regarding the Left-Right paradigm, including in politics and spirituality, go back to the original Neanderthal vs Cro Magnon dichotomy. Homo Sapiens is a hybrid species (except for Sub-Saharan Africans), mostly Cro-Magnon, but with significant Neanderthal admixture, which allowed it to adapt to all climatic conditions on earth.

Thanks for the interesting article, it was a great read. Personally, I'm not convinced that Paedophilia is pathological. It pops up in various places and cultures from time to time and can even become normalised sometimes. Most ancient societies accomodated it in some form and it is still common in some Islamic countries in the form of child marriage, sometimes through temporary marriage certificates to legalise it under Sharia law. It is believed that Neanderthals widely practiced it and genetic predisposition to it may be due to some sort of recessive Neanderthal gene. The article mentions that left-handedness is more common amongst paedophiles, it would be interesting to do a study if other Neanderthal traits (freckles, red hair, green eyes, seasonal affective disorder, predisposition to depression, homosexuality, etc..., a sloping forehead...) also correlated with a higher incidence of Paedophilic urges.

The best and easiest way to enlightenment is through the grace of the Goddess. Allow her nectar to flow down from heaven by surrendering your ego to a higher power and you will become enlightened.

@aurum It's a long story, but basically I was in serious trouble as a result of my Kundalini Awakening and she stepped in to help me when I needed it the most. I tell the full story on my Elohim thread.

I have alluded to my story here and there, but I thought it best to summarize it in a single post. A bit of background first. I am 41 now and was single most of my life, with a couple of romantic interludes, but I never got married. I have been single since 2012, which is the year I went through a Kundalini Awakening and romance was pretty much the last thing on my mind ever since. It wasn’t a huge issue for me, as a I preferred solitude anyway, and through my tantric practices, I had no need for sexual release in the traditional sense. My sexual energies and fluids are all turned around at the base of the spine and flow upwards into my brain, providing a constant source and flow of illumination. Nevertheless, a few months ago I started feeling lonely (not least due to cabin fever endengered by the Covid lockdown situation) and considered ending my solitary existence. As some of you may know, contact with a Goddess called Inanna played a major role in my awakening and she mentored me throughout the process of my becoming a spiritually mature adult so to speak. Her visits have become a lot less frequent, due to some past personal issues between us (We had a falling out and I sent her away a couple of years ago, when I signed and was subsequently banned on Project Avalon), but she still visits me sometimes. On her last visit in June, which was on a Saturday, she was in a particularly benevolent mood and offered me a boon. Without thinking much about it, I said something along the lines of: „Just get me a girlfriend”, without being too specific or circumspect about it. She consented not in words, but by beaming approval and love towards me and left immediately, without saying a word (it is this sort of sudden disappearance that usually seals and enables the success of what is in effect a magical working). The very next day, which was on a Sunday, I took a walk in my local park and decided to sit down on a bench, which was near, but not quite next to the bench I usually choose, as that one was occupied by two girls who were talking Russian amongst themselves. I didn’t pay much attention to them, except my curiosity was somewhat piqued as to what they could be doing here, especially in the midst of a covid-epidemic. Clearly, they weren’t tourists and were having a bit of a party on their bench with drinks and whatnot. I was actually trying to meditate, as I usually do, but I noticed that the girls (or more accurately, women in their their late thirties) were taking selfies of themselves, giggling and glancing in my general direction. One of the girls then came over and asked if I had a light. I stupidly just said no and that I didn’t smoke. Not knowing what to say next, she just went back to her bench. I was just starting to wonder whether I should go over and introduce myself (the fact they spoke Russian with each other piqued my interest, I really enjoy interacting with people from other cultures), when the other girl came over and asked if I wanted to join them. Of course I said yes and I got to know both of them quite well. Both were Ukrainian nationals, but the first girl turned out to be ethnic Hungarian, whereas the second one was ethnic Russian, which is why they spoke Russian with each other. That evening we headed to my local beer garden with the first girl and even kissed. It felt really surreal as she was really into me and just melted under my hands like butter. We have been dating ever since and she will be my date for my brother’s wedding this Saturday. For someone who has been single for such an extended period of time, this is quite a extraordinary development, as you can imagine. Anyways, the real interesting part is in the details and background, it seems Inanna chose wisely when she arranged this girl for me. She is the Goddess of Love after all, so I shouldn’t be surprised. I have subsequently learned that she has a brother who is very much like me in terms of his character, they are very close and she has said from early childhood that she wants to marry someone just like him. So, it seems we complement each other very well, at this stage of our lives, we both needed each other and have helped each other immensely in many ways and many areas of our lives. I don’t plan to marry her btw and she accepts that, but both of our lives have been enriched and we are constantly learning from each other and benefitting from our complementary meshing of our personalities. I don’t know yet if we will stay together long-term, I was quite apprehensive at first and attracted the attention of a few other girls at the time, which may have been due a to a residual glow from the divine boon I was granted. I considered dating another girl, but she lived in another city quite far away and several things were off about her, so I stuck with the first girl I met through Inanna’s intercession and I’m glad I did, she seems to be the real deal. We still have many challenges to overcome and our interests and background are very different, nevertheless, it feels really good to have someone special in my life and we both feel blessed that we’ve found each other. I told her about the circumstances of us meeting and how it was due to divine intervention, which she doesn’t mind at all. I’m not sure if there is any general lesson to be learnt from this story, but I hope those that struggle to find love will find it inspirational. To me, the biggest shock was how easy all of this was, I made no effort whatsoever to find love, except maybe to get a haircut and a half-hearted effort to join a dating site, which I then abandoned. When I was unemployed and broke, I got a job with similar ease and swiftness, though back then, it was Inanna’s brother, Utu, who helped me out. When my dad suffered a stroke and was in danger of losing motion on the left side of his body, it was dad Enki (appropriately) who stepped in and assisted me in healing him, to the extent, that he fully recovered in just a couple of weeks. I’m not trying to promote any particular deity or religion, in fact my aim was to report the facts as they occurred, dispassionately and without the overflow of emotion and hyperbole that would often accompany events such as those described above, when viewed through a religious or superstitious lense. I am increasingly trying to stand on my own two feet and not rely on gods to help me out, when in trouble, but it is good to know that help is available and freely and willingly given, when you know who and how to ask for help. If you are reading this now, this is my message to you: Never give up. There is always hope, whatever your life circumstances and however desperate your situation might seem. Higher powers are looking out for you and will help you out if you let them. Yes, we’re supposed to be self-sufficient and forge our own paths, but do not be afraid to ask for help when you need it, be it from a fellow human or a higher being. The Universe is held together by Love and it is the power of Love that affects seemingly miraculous change and it is what motivates higher beings to help those still stuck on the lower realms in whatever way they can. People have a tendency to make this overly complex, but the principles behind interaction with higher beings are as simple as they get. If you invoke a higher being when in true need and with an open heart, they will come. You know when they come to you, because their presence is simply unmistakable, even if you’ve never had the experience. When a god/deity/higher being, etc… comes to you, you are instantly cognizant of the fact that this higher intelligence is reaching out to you from a higher-dimensional realm, which is why the experience is often described as other-worldly. The presence that comes to you is powerful, well beyond the radiance of a human being, as well as incredibly loving and benevolent (malevolent entities are a completely different type of energy and presence, so you will know when you’re experiencing the real deal). Clearly, someone has entered the room, you can feel their energy, their intentions, the kind of vibe they give off, but generally you will only see a bright light and whatever image your brain is desperately scrambling to create from the overwhelming electromagnetic stimuli it is bombarded with, based on your own background and belief system. Higher beings have no actual form, but they may choose to project one for your benefit, because we are so used to interacting with physical beings in 3-dimensional space. Communication with higher beings is telepathic, as with everything it takes time and patience to learn how to interact with them effectively, much like learning a new, unfamiliar language, in fact. But, there is no need to worry about that if you are just starting out with a particular higher beings, they will find ways to interact with you, by subtle manipulation of life events, people they set you up with, books or information they lead you too and of course, dreams. So, my advice is not to neglect the spiritual side of life and to pay attention to the subtle signs and events that higher beings arrange for your benefit. You’d be surprised how easily and quickly the direction of your life can change with the right intention and energy being put behind it, whether it is of your own or that of a higher power.

@EmptyVase I like Michael Newton's classification of soul ages. Every soul supposedly has to go through a progression, over many lifetimes, until they reach the mature phase. Once they've learnt all their lessons, they no longer have to reincarnate and can exist as elders or ascended masters, without a physical body. Such masters may occasionally return to earth for the purposes of teaching others. There is also a council of elders which exists in the space we would call heaven.

In the Hindu tradition, that is actually called drinking of the Soma. The Crown is often referred to as the mouth of heaven, it is what connects that adept to higher realms, the realm of the gods. It enables one to drink of the Soma, the Nectar of immortality and divine knowledge, as well as to communicate with the gods, hence the mouth symbolism has a double meaning. In my experience, for those that were already pretty advanced in a previous life and were born spiritually gifted, the mouth of heaven is already open and will enable communication with the divine and the "downloading" of divine wisdom (or imbibing of Soma) under the right circumstances. These are your geniuses (both creative and scientific) and just gifted people in general. These are the people to whom art and wisdom just flows naturally if they can put themselves in the right state of mind, which we call inspiration. In enlightened people, also known as saints, Boddhisattvas, Jivanmuktas, Tirtankharas, etc... the link to Heaven is permanent and they received a constant "feed" from heaven, hence they become somewhat shining, like the gods, which is why they are usually depicted with a halo around their head. It is a sign of partaking in divinity, despite being bound to an earthly body.

Yes, initially there was a slow rise. At first, I perceived the chakras, the solar plexus first of all, a curious sensation of a spinning vortex in my belly. Then I felt heat at the base of the spine during meditation and periods of relaxation. However, it must be noted that from a relatively young age (about 20) I experienced a heat sensation at the top of my head, whenever I discussed spiritual topics, especially in connection with vedic scripture, that, I believe, is a different energy from Kundalini, a downflowing heavenly grace and divine inspiration, a clarified, pure, masculine energy, fatherly love, if you will. Kundalini on the other hand is raw and nature (Prakriti) itself, manifesting as Shakti. The serpent symbolism is very apt, because that is exactly what it felt like, a dark brown, perhaps reddish, fiery snake, very powerful, acting on its own accord, creating muscle spasms as it moved up the spine. I believe it took several months, maybe even over a year for the energy to rise from the base (muladhara) all the way to the heart chakra, where it got stuck. That is when the Goddess, in the form of Queen of Heaven, intervened, though she could have take any other form. Subsequently she visited me also as Mahakali, Green and White Tara, as well as Kwan Yin. They are all different aspects of the Great Goddess, Mahadevi, with the oldest known form on our earth being Inanna-Durga, the great premordial warrior goddess whose companion is a lion. When she merged with me energetically, the energy shot right up through and broke through the Sahasrara eventually. There was in fact a great deal of pressure at that spot just before that happened, and then a breaking or tearing sound as ithe serpent broke through and peeked out from behind my head. Subsequently, when it (she) rose over and over again, she would often rest upon my forehead, resembling egyptian depictions of pharaohs, which is probably note a coincidence.

Yes, indeed. At every chakra, different emotions and memories kept surfacing, which I had to deal with, process and overcome. They were usually uncomfortable memories and emotions, that I have been suppressing. Acceptance, release and surrender (to the divine feminine) allowed the serpent to move on at each stage. When the energy struck the heart centre, it wasn't enough any more though and I needed direct divine intervention. The goddess manifested as a being of light (as Queen of Heaven) and performed healing or more precisely, shaktipat on me. She gave me her energy and this allowed the Kundalini to rise all the way to the top. Then she merged with me energetically and the energy broke through the skull. There was a roaring sound, like a waterfall and I was flooded with light. My consciousness expanded outwards into infinity and I experienced universal consciousness. It was the most glorious and profound experience I have ever had, almost impossible to describe. It was a burst of infinite energy, love, light and an experience of omniscience. It was also highly orgasmic, an indescribable pleasure.

It was my Kundalini Awakening for sure, which I believe was also an enlightenment event, Because it involved an experience of being flooded with and becoming one with the light, in an infinite and overwhelming manner. My Kundalini experience has been ongoing since 2012, even earlier actually, because the awakening started a couple of years prior, and the full rising, when it broke through to the Sahasrara (Crown Chakra, in the space above the back of the head) happened in December 2012. The experience of Kundalini rising was quite physical, it really did feel like a snake was wriggling around inside me and it kept bumping its head against energy blocks in my chakras that impeded her progress. I suffered from debilitating Kundalini symptoms, but the Goddess descended from Heaven to save me via Shaktipat. I have been on the path of Urdhvareta ever since, which is a tantric practice, whereby my sexual enegies and seminal fluids are subsumed and transmuted into a higher energetic form, constantly streaming upwards along the spine.

I know that quite a few people here are also members on Spiritual Forums. I have been unable to access the site for weeks and it seems it has been completely down for several days now. Anyone know what's going on or is in contact with the administrators? The forum was actually supposed to close down altogether by the end of October, however last I heard, that was averted and the site owners decided to keep it running. Now though, I'm wondering if it's gone for good, that would be a mighty shame... If anyone knows anything, I would appreciate your feedback.

I am starting this thread on Elder Souls, as I was told by my naturopath who does readings that I am what she calls a level 6 soul, one that according to the classification used by Michael Newton is the last stage of soul development for incarnate souls, basically it designates souls who are no longer bound to the earthly realm but choose to incarnate anyway, to teach others or to generally improve the overall condition of humanity. The concept is similar to Indigo Children or Starseeds, so many in the new age community might be familiar with it. I looked up Michael Newton’s writings (he popularised many new age beliefs, being a researcher of Life Between Lives using hypnotic regressions as his primary tool) and the idea of Elder Souls or Master Souls seem to resonate with me quite a bit as do the attributes and characteristics of Starseeds and Indigo Children. My naturopath mentioned that she’s only ever met four people in her life, who were level 6 souls and that this is quite rare. I personally always knew that this will be my last incarnation and that my soul family is already in the realm we call Heaven, but it was rather nice to hear this confirmed by an outside source who otherwise knew very little about me and my past. Of course, there is always a danger that such designations and ideas can turn into an Ego-trip, but I’m conscious of that and make a concerted effort to avoid Ego-inflation as a result of such information. I would be interested to hear from others who were also classified as elder souls by outside sources, or perhaps through other methods, such as channelled information or hypnotic regression. What do you see as your life’s purpose and life path as a result? How do others relate to you and what is it that you do to try to teach, heal and uplift humanity? Any advice on how one can help others the most effectively and what your plans are after this current earthly incarnation ends? Do you plan to continue your work after death, perhaps as an ascended master or a guide? This relates to my “On becoming a god” thread which deals with similar topics. It's not about soul stages, rather soul age. The classic "Old Soul" so to speak. Most people are young souls and haven't had that many incarnations, whereas a few have become "Old Souls" or in this case "Elder Souls" over many incarnations. Michael Newton's classification of soul ages or soul development stages, if you prefer that term, comes from hundreds of hypnotic regressions where souls were able to self-report their developmental level to their hypnotherapist on a consistent basis, using this classification without being prompted. There is even a colour scheme associated with it, with infant souls (the very first incarnation from Source) giving off a white Aura, whereas Elder souls are a deep Indigo or Purple. It must also be pointed out that being further along the soul age cycle isn't better or worse than being in an earlier stage, it is simply a natural consequence of life, with people learning ever more lessons and maturing so to speak with each incarnations. Elder souls are also known as Masters, because they are in many ways here to teach and spread wisdom, but are often inconspicuous and tend to stay in the background without achieving great fame or fortune.

You have put yourself in a certain category vis-a-vis this topic. Only you can know why you would consider yourself such as you described above. All I can say is that anyone that is actually an elder soul would have already been aware of it to some extent, even if this particular term or classification was as of yet unknown to them.

@Seraphim A kundalini awakening would clearly mark out a mature or elder soul in my view. Anyone who is younger than that probably wouldn't be ready for the experience

@Preety_India that must be a different classification. Michael Newton differentiates between 5 soul levels, the sixth one being exceedingly rare on earth. Even level 5, mature souls, is only about 1 percent of the human population

I've only practiced Kechari Mudra for short periods, but some Yogis in India practice it on a near-constant basis, so you should be fine. Just keep in mind, that the objective is to stimulate the pineal gland into releasing soma, which is another word for DMT. It gives you both a spiritual and a physical high and opens up the gateway into the spirit world. I haven't done chanchari mudra specifically, but it presumably has the same advantage, the release of Soma by stimulating the pineal gland (the third eye in its physical aspect). I'm not one for psychedelics, but taking some form of DMT might achieve a very similar effect.

I am starting this thread to help those that may have trouble attracting members of the opposite sex in general, an issue most of us would have struggled with during our lives. I am a heterosexual male, so I will be writing from that perspective for obvious reasons, but what I write here will obviously apply to anyone else that may want to attract a fellow soul into their lives for purposes of forming a lasting bond. My inspiration comes from the Goddess Inanna, who is the Sumerian Goddess of Love and War (two closely related topics, I think we can all agree) and so this thread will include advice given by her, an expert if there ever was one. I reported on this forum a couple of weeks ago, that I have changed my intent in wanting to get back into dating again, or more accurately, to actually start dating for real, for the first time in my life, at 41, because I've never done this properly before, mostly due to a lack of interest in the opposite sex on my side. I did have some girlfriends, relationships and even one-night stands on occasion, but they were mostly incidental, not due to me actually going out and looking. So, since I put out the intent that I want to attract and date girls and asked Inanna to help me out and send some girls my way, things started happening for me. A few weeks ago, the day after I put out the intent to attract girls, I was picked up by two Ukrainian girls in my local park and I started dating one of them. We've met a few times, but I wasn't sure if she was really the right fit for me, there are several things about her that would put me off dating her in a serious manner. So I thought to myself I should really try and meet other girls too, though I have done exactly zero to actually make it happen so far. Today I was on a business trip to Budapest, which is a beautiful city, if you've ever been and is justifiably famous for its extremely attractive ladies. My very first girlfriend was a Jewish girl from these parts and she looked like a young, but buxom Catherine Zeta Jones and had the silky voice of Scarlett Johannsson, not to mention a killer sense of humour. Unfortunately, I was too young and inexperienced (we were both 18) to reel her in and we parted ways after a couple of months of dating, which I regret to this day. She would have made an excellent wife... But, I digress. So, I was walking around the Jewish Quarter of Budapest, which is home to its famed ruin bars (I was looking for the one called Gozsdu), when I noticed two extremely attractive ladies on the other side of the road. I quickly crossed the street and took a closer look. They were both wearing hot pants, since it was quite a hot day and it really showed off their extremely attractive behinds. I had no intention of actually talking to them, they simply piqued my interest, visually speaking. Once I took a good look, I thought I should overtake them and made a conscious effort not to look where my eyes would take me (which was hard, believe me) and I instead pretended to look above and over them at some shop window, deliberately ignoring them. One of the girls was actually talking to the other, when she noticed me NOT looking at them (which would have been hard even for the Mahatma, given how hot these girls were). She started staring at me and I deliberately ignored her gaze, but she was having none of it and actually started talking to me. She told me that she was just telling her friend how beautiful she was and whether I agreed. I said of course I did and I complimented this other girl on her exotic looks. It turned out that she was Jewish-Gypsy-Polish-Eskimo, a probably unique combination in the whole world and she certainly looked every bit like she had inherited the best traits from all her different ancestors. If I had to describe her, she looked a bit like a cross between Lucy Liu and Nicole Scherzinger. I’m guessing she must be around 25. I remarked that I’m also part Polish and they both retorted that this must mean we were meant to be together. This must have been less than a minute into our conversation. Anyways, we ended up exchanging numbers and I will hit her up the next time I’m in Budapest, but I was blown away by how eager both girls looked to get to know me. As a rule, hot 25 year-olds don’t chat up average-looking 41-year olds, but this is the power of intention and energy at work. During the evening, I’ve noticed several girls checking me out (again, I’m not particularly good-looking) or trying to establish eye contact. This girl, who first chatted me up, out of the blue, looked positively mesmerized. They both were. The very first Ukrainian girl I mentioned, was basically all over me after an hour and within three we were making out in a bar. I have heard that those that have reached a certain measure of self-realization were very attractive to the opposite sex, but it is the first time I really saw it in action and it was quite an extraordinary thing to see. These girls were not attracted to me as a pile of flesh and bones, which is admittedly a decidedly average sight, but it was obviously my calm, masculine energy that they wanted to absorb. My theory is that true masculine energy is in extremely short supply in the world these days, especially in overfeminised western societies and women crave to balance their own femininity by complementing it with the masculine energy of a man (or in some cases, a woman). Anyway, there is a lot to unravel here and this intro is already long enough, but in subsequent posts I will try to give practical advice on how you can achieve the self-confidence and calm assuredness that other people are attracted to and how you can put out the right energy and intent, mostly by applying to the Goddess and unearthing your inner Divine Feminine essence (which applies to both men and women.
