@VeganAwake I am not talking about Ego, I am talking about Human integration, maybe it will help if I explain in terms of Psyches? You have an insight say that you are God, but then you need to integrate this insight into your life and way of being, there can be habits that have unreal momentum from years of reinforcement, this is more about the Human side of things than existential. I know you're just going to say this is Ego, but yes while when you have thoughts, feelings, sensations there is NOBODY at the centre just pure awareness, it will still FEEL as if there is someone and unless you go live in a diaper and want to actually participate in the world, being 'detahced' from relationships, people, if you have children etc is a very dangerous thing imo, almost a numb state. What 1000 represents is complete self realization, the END of seeking, I have arrived home in the kingdom of heaven, and know myself to be The Self alone. However, this is a key point of going full circle, I know while in this body I will still be human, have a personality and interests and still be 'Charlie' which in my opinion is beautiful, unique expressions of awareness as our individuals is to be embraced and enjoyed, what fun would life be if we were all blank canvasses? As much as you won't want to admit you still have a personality, things you like, girls/ boys (idk you and don't want to offend) you are attracted to more than others, hobbies you enjoy more, however yes you no longer IDENTIFY as just that, but individuality will continue after awakening. It is nothing to do with seeking spiritually speaking. I can guarantee you, you have a shadow to integrate especially as your awakening is fresh, I can't say what lies in your sub/ unconscious but there will be 'shit' you as a Human need to deal with to fully integrate your awakening. Maybe you don't get what I mean by integration I'm not sure, but it is NOT seeking, it is more of an inner clearing of all everyone has suppressed over the years, WinterKnight touched on this with his talk on PsychoTherapy. I myself was lucky in terms of my childhood, however, there could be past lives Karma to deal with idk yet, I'm still in a honeymoon phase. As I said 1000 is a complete end to the journey of seeking. I feel completely stabilized in happiness and peace, compared to this time last year was constant overthinking and low level of depression. But is only the beginning of the journey of life and deepening, that never ends, to me life truly begins at 1000, as you are now free, as any resistance to life has evaporated, and all there is is the spontaneous joy of living life moment to moment, I have no idea what the next moment will bring, but all I know is there will be complete acceptance and enjoyment whatever arises. I would also want to be able to give a form of transmission, ideally RASA, and would like a deeper understanding of the Enneagram, as each human has a unique path to awakening, and personality type plays a huge role in this. For example, a 7 (me) hates negativity and being bored, therefore, I would constantly read and watch instead of facing my feelings and the silence. Whereas, a 9 (Tolle, Ramana) is addicted to peace and bliss, therefore can become lazy and just bliss out all day long, so instead needs to and meet people and socialize and stop using their bliss or peace as a way out to face their fears. Self-Help/ Personal Development is still incredibly useful unless you wish to go live in a diaper or become a monk. PD encompasses Diet, Fitness, Career/ Business, Emotions, Trauma, Skills, etc etc So, I don't see why it's a one or the other scenario, you have a shit diet? Go work out how to fix that. Awakened and addicted to porn still? Go figure out how to fix that. Even post awakening Self-Help will have value in your life in an array of areas, for example Self-Realisation/ Enlightenment won't automatically make you incredibly fit, wealthy or have great relationships. Don't think enlightenment will solve all of the issues you face in your life. What you need will be different from what I need for example.

This whole is something 'low conscious' is toxic. But, yeah most of them are very corrupt and damaging. Can't you just invest in companies that provide value, or Crypto, or something, or maybe even Stage Green companies, this will be the future of the world after all as we get dragged into Green. I'm sure in good time they'll be some Environmentally Friendly funds or something like that, or Marijuana stocks, or even A.I. stocks. Or, reinvest in your own Biz?

Ramana 'invented' inquiry for those who were not ready for the teaching of silence, the highest teaching of all. Therefore, the purpose of Self Inquiry is to ask yourself once 'Who is the one aware of this ....' or 'Who am I' or some variant of this question, and then rest in the silence, rest in the absolute. @VeganAwake No, see this is where I think you could struggle. Integration is learning to bring your awakening into your life, I am awake as such, self realised etc, And this is nothing to do with the “separate self” and it isn’t to do with knowledge or the Egoic self agenda. Instead it is to do with dealing with everything else, your shadow, all the shit that you haven’t dealt with in your subconscious and unconscious, you may be in a “honeymoon” phase of the 600s, I am currently in one for 1000, however, depending on each of our lives/ karma/ past lives (if you believe in them idk) you will face some challenges integrating and dealing with your shadow. When the time comes, you will know what I mean, it’s nothing to do with not being awake, or self realised but is merely part of the path for a full embodied awakening. The only other I know at 1000 and who has been through this on this forum is @Haumea2018 so maybe he can help me explain what integration and “shit work” involves. @Nahm RASA is a 15 minute silent transmission, I think In group settings it is 20 minutes. And, well I guess scientifically speaking yes it’s subjective, but it’s not like a debate if you get me. In the book 1000 they go over how they calculate the LOCs, but the individual number itself isn’t important, once you know each “stage” 600s 700s 800s 900s and 1000, you can see common signs and subtle differences in people and teachers at different depths of awakening. This is why I recommend the book as most people never realise not all awakenings = the same awakening, both Ramana and Eckhart Tolle spontaneously awoken, However Eckhart awakened to No Self and being “awareness/ the witness” whereas Ramana awoken to “The Self and The Absolute, and realised the Self is all there is” it’s subtle, and I’m no master but I can tell pretty clearly roughly where teachers/ people are at from how they speak. however, to gauge a full picture you’d need to meet someone really.

@Nahm https://www.rasatransmissioninternational.com/what-is-rasa if I’m honest, unless I could give some form of silent transmission I personally wouldn’t bother teaching, as there’s enough already out there with a flower and talking, personally I believe 1-1 + a transmission is much more powerful and effective, and certainly more efficient. You are then free to create your own meaning and purpose in life, in any area you wish, and as you say free to enjoy the beautiful game of duality, whatever it is you enjoy in life yeah it’s almost funny, what we were seeking was always right in front of us, yet 99.9% of us miss it, for years on end. And I agree, seeking is a blessing and a curse, without it you’d never uncover the truth, but at the very depth the pain you can feel I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy, the confusion is enough to keep you up all night at times, I can only imagine what it was like when people had to go to India or order books from India and wait weeks with a burning question in their head only for the book to confuse them more ? We really are in extremely lucky times to have the internet and spiritual teachings only a fingertip away at all times! And, yes I’ll message you at some point and we can catch up, maybe once I’m trained to give RASA, but that’ll be a while yet, although I think it’s one of the BEST gifts the divine has ever given us, in my opinion, nothing beats silent teachings, as the truth can only be found in silence. however words and spoken teachings also have their place without doubt! @VeganAwake I haven’t once said I’m enlightened, enlightenment is a concept that will eventually need to be dropped like all others. I have not once said it is something in the future, I am not doubting your awakening, what I am saying is you have had 1 awakening, and it can go deeper, not all awakenings are the same depth. This is nothing to do with a separate self, in fact it is to with Realising The Self though. Yes enlightenment literally is the most destructive process possible, you are seeing through everything that is false and are left with the naked truth, which is This. but, THIS changes, for me now, everything has infinite precious value, as this very world, the duality you are subtly rejecting, is The Self, there is no need to reject duality, once you arrive home you realise Duality is The Self and you no longer need to reject it. You may well be enlightened, that is clear, but it is also clear, you are far from finished, it goes beyond Enlightenment, there is no enlightened person, just The Self. The problem with the 600s is it’s too focused on negation which can never be an ultimate truth. ”No Self” “No Separate Self” “No Doer” “Non Separation” What happens is you subtly reject activity and doing and separate yourself from it as the “No Self” “Nobody Here” anything with negation can not be a final truth, the heart yearns for more than that I’m afraid. No Self is a huge difference to being a suffering seeker, that’s for sure, but it’s only the beginning of the journey, I don’t mean this in a belittling way I promise, I just know having been through that stage myself that going beyond No Self, into realising you are God/Everything (700s) is a drastic leap and one you will love. You are not wrong, it’s just you’re not completely right, you probably think I’m an arsehole and will reject what I am saying and that’s also fine, I honestly don’t mind either way, but “No Self” is not the final truth, no matter how much you spin it, in good time you will also see this. You have negated the separate self, are experiencing non-doership as a result and likely a sense of “Borderless Presence” it is easy to mistake this as the final frontier. Yet it isn’t and the biggest tele tale is explain your experience of “other people” and the world you inhabit please?

@VeganAwake Okay mate I understand, I am just trying to merely say you’ve had an awakening in the 600s and while that is amazing it can go much deeper But if you’re happy so am I, however, please be careful if you want to become a teacher, and when you’re ready to go deeper lmk @Serotoninluv 1000 it’s by Ramaji, Book is No mind, No problem, highly recommend, helped me see the mind is nothing but thoughts and never actually existed, and helps you allow awareness to become the forefront instead of background.

@VeganAwake I am not debating his happiness, but that doesn’t mean he’s fully awake/ Self-Realized, same as Fred, he’s happy as Larry, but again that doesn’t mean they are fully self realised, same as Eckhart Tolle etc they’re all in that same stage what I regard as the 600s, it’s not a bad thing, and if you are happy here stay there, for me it wasn’t enough, there was still something telling me there’s deeper to go on the quest, for Eckhart/ Tony/ Fred that may not be the case, and in this lifetime it may be exactly what they need and what the western world needs, as many aren’t ready for the teachings of say Ramana as I wasn’t at one point. I am not trying to belittle you, I’ve just met many people at your depth, and there’s many teachers that say exactly as you did and you worked with Fred who is in that exact stage, and if you’re happy then enjoy it maybe you’ll be there until the day you die, who knows. This is not about a separate self or about knowledge, in fact at 1000 there really is nothing to teach, hence why silence is the most powerful teaching or more perspectives, except to become lost in the absolute. I saw through the separate self in an early awakening, however like I said this does not mean there is no personality, I strongly recommend the Enneagram for understanding who you are on a human level (yes I know it must be a crime me saying human work could help you?) but it doesn’t mean you don’t know yourself as The Self. @VeganAwake Okay, it’s your life and I understand your understanding. But, in my honest opinion there is far deeper understandings to go from where you’re at. I don’t know if you can see it but subtly you’re rejecting the play& are denying your humanity by saying there’s nothing here. you are still a human, if you go and smack your head you will feel pain, if something traumatic happens you will cry. If you choose not to do that PD work or develop your humanity, from the absolute perspective yes there is no difference. but can you not see the subtle spiritual bypassing, you’re using your enlightenment/ awakening (experience/ integration idk) as a way to say “so what fuck life it’s meaningless anyways” if you are happy, I’m happy for you and you do you. Just be careful not to use spiritually/ enlightenment as a reason to never experience the many other beautiful aspects of life, it is here to be enjoyed

@Raptorsin7 I guess I come across a bit preachy, but that’s only because I was stuck for so long. Exactly what you said, western seekers are far different to eastern. unless you want to go live in a robe or an ashram I believe a Tantric (life promoting) path is best, hence that is my message and what I try to share. Also, much of spirituality is taught from the old way, of Monastaries, ashrams, life denying essentially instead of life affirming due to context Nd culture. but it doesn’t have to be like that, ever. if you want it to be, then follow it. But, personally I want to experience a life affirming teaching AND all the benefits of Realizing the Self, and I’m lucky I found the teachers for that. I always felt there was something missing when I studied Buddhism, Monks, even Ramana as he lived in a diaper remember, so I always apply context to these teachings. I’m only trying to help fellow westerners, but many may not resonate and that’s fine. many teachers teach from much lower depths of understanding like Eckhart and Fred, and that’s fine. there could also be a level deeper than “1000” however it is the first time I have felt truly home after multiple awakenings including into No-Self, Realizing I am God, Awakening of love, Realizing the Self is all etc, I always felt there was further to go until NOW. It also could be because I disagree with basically everyone, I rarely say I agree so people won’t like that either ? But I’m not perfect as a human, nobody is. however existentially I know everything is perfect as it is Also, I’m really young as you can see from my pic, so many assume I’ll be naive and misinformed but I have been through all the stages people talk about mainly hence why I try to help, as I’ve been there, if I hadn’t I wouldn’t talk about it. Like I have said many times reading 1000 can help you understand the depths, and then watching teachers at different depths of awakening can help you understand the subtly differences and deepenings of awakening, not every teacher or awakening is the same depth, people need to realise this. I guess I could come off less pushy and authoritative though, but it’s all coming from a place of wanting to help people experience the unspeakable that permeates my experience moment to moment and I hope my delivery of this wil only get better

@VeganAwake Yeah, I think it’s best to leave it, but I strongly disagree and have been through the phase you are at now, but it is impossible to put into words. You say duality is an illusion, but saying that is in itself a subtle rejection of duality, as when duality is resolved there is no question of duality or non-duality, but just The Self, therefore you don’t have to reject the small self. Also, I’d be careful disregarding Personal Development work, that involves basically everything on the human dimension including eating healthy, exercising etc. of course your goals change, it just depends on each person to how drastic it changes, for example my business evolved to match the understanding, however when you realise the ordinary is actually extraordinary, there is no need for any of this or to teach anything, I highly recommend reading 1000 to understand the Self-Realization I am talking about, Fred Davis is very far away from a full realisation, there are depths to this work and I am not talking about having 1 experience here. I will leave this here outlining some of what being at 1000 is like. RASA The end of seeking, grasping and craving. You will no longer suffer from an existential contraction, angst or sense of conflict that persists no matter what. You will finally feel totally relaxed, at ease and in peace. You live in a state of total let go. You will feel unlimited. You will not feel conditioned or controlled by anyone or anything. You live spontaneously. Other positive life-enhancing characteristics blossom in you because now you are living fearlessly! You are without fear! As a result, people experience you as more friendly and more positive. You are able to accomplish much more with little or no sense of effort. You can achieve whatever your true desire is because now you are perfectly aligned to the universal power. Contrary to anti-life enlightenment teachings promoted by monks and celibate yogis, you will find that your senses and your experiences in life are richer and more fulfilling. Everything looks better, sounds better, feels better, tastes better and smells better. For your entire life you were driving with the brakes on. You were not living at full power. At long last now you can live! You will experience the temporary content that comes and goes the way the sky experiences clouds and weather. The sky remains free as the sky always. Suffering as you have known it ends. The reality is that life includes pain. Pain cannot be avoided. But suffering is optional. There can still be negative thoughts and emotions as that is part of being a human being. But you will know directly that whatever arises is not me... not mine... and not about me! Your old way of living will come to a full and complete stop. You will be reborn as your effortless free natural Self or Essence. This ends your "story" of suffering and separation which was never real in the first place. The issue of "other" gets fully resolved. You know directly and intimately even when you are talking to people face to face that they are your very own Self. They are your Self... my Self... the Self... the One Supreme Self. The issue of "world out there" gets fully resolved. It becomes crystal clear to you that the world arises from you! YOU are the Source of the world. It is like the world is a dog that is begging to accompany you in life. It needs you but you don't need it. It's a playful celebration. There is no need to deny a world that is not really there... that is just a dream. You are free to enjoy the world! The issue of "relationships" gets fully resolved. There is no other. All there is is only the Self which is your Self. This means that even when you are in relationship there is nothing to figure out. It is all spontaneous. It is the wisdom display of the one divine Self. The two partners are one dancer. The issue of "addiction" and chronic inner conflicts gets fully resolved. You realize that everything that arises in you as well as what you say and do is totally spontaneous. It is the action of the universe from one moment to the next. Every moment is vivid, fresh and new. Each moment is a gift. As a result you relax and let go into a full ever expanding enjoyment of this moment as it is. Old bad habits melt away automatically like snow falling on the sun. You abide in the blessed state of "only don't know." You live like an innocent little child with total faith and trust in this glorious wildly creative universe. Manifestation becomes effortless. Contrary to tepid views that suggest life ends after enlightenment, the reality is that now finally LIFE BEGINS! One of the benefits of fully realizing you are not the doer, that God or the universe is the doer, is that now you understand that there are NO obstacles to the manifestation of your true spontaneous natural desires! The conventional person stuck in feeling like the doer creates all kinds of obstacles in his mind because he imagines he must do it all. The truth is the exact opposite. You role is simple. Know and feel clearly what you want... then ask for it! Your resistance to living in each moment disappears. You used to reject and judge your moment to moment experience as not what you want, not good enough, that there must be more etc. Now because your ability to say "no" has been disabled, all you can say is a big warm wonderful "Yes!" to life. Everything is known to be perfect just as it is. Everything is known to have infinite precious value. You are content. You are fulfilled. You are home. You feel at all times that you are being yourself. You live in sahaja, meaning the natural state. You feel totally at ease with yourself. Life is effortless. Although content comes and goes, that which you are does not come and go. It is always present. So no matter what happens there is a foundation to your experience that goes untouched. This is the Diamond Essence of your Being. No matter how dirty it seems to get, it can be instantly washed off. You soon realize that you are free and that nothing can touch you. Not only that, this Diamond Self that you are is rock hard, solid and totally real. Now you have a reliable foundation for living. Now at last you know who you are. These are just some of the benefits of living at LOC 1000. Realizing your true Self is beyond mystical experiences. The search is completely over. That in itself is such a huge relief! Finally you are HOME. You are your SELF! Finally! (from What is Rasa on Ramaji/ Anandas website) examples of self realised beings include Ramana, Rupert Spurs, Francis Lucille, Adya, Ramaji Nisgardatta Maharaj, Sadhguru. If you watch Fred for example and then listen to Ramana you will see subtle differences in the teaching, yet Fred is certainly awakened.

@VeganAwake This is also confusion, yes Ego is an 'Illusion' but you can still function AS IF you have a Small Self/ Ego, but the KNOWINGNESS shifts to that you don't. For example if someone calls your name you will turn around, you could call it a 'Pure Ego' but that creates confusion. You will still have a personality and be YOU, in fact more you than ever before, as there is no resistance or blockages to being YOU anymore. Please don't start denying your humanity, you will still be YOU and are still a human relatively speaking. Yes you know yourself as The Self, but so many people want to transcend their humanity instead of embrace it post-awakening. I wish I could link you a private Satsang that explains this better than I can, but it isn't freely available so am unable to, but yes after awakening there is an 'Ego/ Small Self' you no longer identify as it, but you still live as IF there is one and your individuality remains. You get your cake (The Self) and can eat it too! (being YOU as an individual) Think about it, what fun would life be without being an individual? We will all have time to bask in The Self alone when the body ceases to exist. But, when you go full circle Duality is no longer slightly rejected, but instead is embraced fully as this very world is the Buddha planet, now some special place, THIS is it as you always say, but do you realize THIS world is it to? Enjoy duality, as if all is the Self, all can be enjoyed however you please. Think about the 10th Zen picture, he returns to the marketplace with flowers under his feet. This indicates the ordinary being the extraordinary but the flowers symbolise the Self being realized and the change in knowingness. 'X. Awesome year for me I'd say 10/10 as at the start I was a hardcore spiritual seeker, but have had many awakenings this year through working 1-1 with my teacher and receiving spiritual transmissions, my existential experience has improved 1000x and I am SOO much happier in general which is awesome. Business-wise it's gone well but I'm hoping to explode my businesses and work on a 5-year plan on growing to my desired income, for me spirituality has only helped me in business, while many think they don't go together when you go full circle you realize ordinary life is the extraordinary and if you want to go run a business, or go be a monk it doesn't matter do what YOU want to do # For 2020 the main goals are to optimize my businesses, my health more holistically aside from just Veganism and exercise/ Gym, deepen my relationships and help more people especially spiritually. I also feel 2020 will be a lot of shit clearing as I've been warned post awakening, there usually is a period of working through the shadow and dealing with everything you have repressed over the years! Mate, if you feel angry and sad that's normal, the best thing to do is firstly feel all of the emotions you feel and release them in healthy ways, but fully allow yourself to feel them, and when you are ready then let them go, if you don't feel them you'll only repress them! It's also good to look at it from a bigger picture afterwards as you say, he's got his reasons for doing this and understanding this sort of work can help you with that, but I guess it also is a life lesson into not trusting people so easily. In the industry I work in, some guy was a full on con artist pretending to be a millionaire, he fooled EVERYONE. He literally lied about being in the real estate business, having offline businesses, and his income and skills. He then charged several people 25k for his coaching and managed to actually get people to pay him in full. He didn't have coaching to offer so was essentially stealing the 25k for very basic tips from Google, these people lost 25k, but it at least teaches them to not be so trusting and make sure to fully vet people before giving money. I get it's different but trust is a big thing, and many people will always be looking after number 1 only.

@V-8 I was not talking about a spiritual business, but that’s a bit naive to believe we could live in a world without business, have you watched Leo’s conscious politics series out of interest? And, yes there is nothing to teach, but I can’t think of a better word to describe helping people wake up, sorry I must admit I think it’s clear you aren’t finished, when you go full circle you realise ordinary life is the very Self, as I said the 10th Ox Picture shows this I am not talking about SD stages here, I could hazard a guess to what stage of awakening you’re at, but I hardly know you I would suggest you’re in a hermit stage also knows as the 900s if you are awakened Im glad you’re no longer seeking, life without seeking is beautiful.

@V-8 yes I am not denying some have a greater understanding than others, I have said multiple times what I am attempting to explain with the absolute is far beyond words and all words are technically untrue about this topic, the absolute is far beyond words What I mean by equality is more saying, we are all the self, and nobody is “better” than someone else just because they are enlightened or vegan or whatever else etc, that kind of attitude is why some enlightened beings cause havoc because they believe they are superior to their students e.g. Mooji and Bentino Massano. of course some understandings are far deeper than others that’s why I recommend beings such as Ramaji, Ramana, Nisgardatta etc and not Eckhart, Jed McKenna, Fred Davis etc while they are certainly awakened and great for some people, I wanted to finish seeking once and for all

@Lento sorry if it comes across that way, but I’m not meaning it to. Im not saying transmissions and 1-1 are the ultimate path at all, however I do believe all models and concepts need to be dropped for a full awakening for sure. How you get “there” can vary and there’s many different ways, not many know about transmissions and 1-1 teachings that’s why I speak about them on here and yeah peoples wants and needs do defo change with time for sure! But do you not also want happiness as the foundation behind all them things, life is fun being happy! Potentially he does, and that’s also great, but there are models out there that are more relevant to NOn Duality such as the LOC map by Ramaji. But of course there are many paths to awakening

@Lento Nothing is 'bothering' me as such. I just don't think endless models and knowledge are helpful for many on here when THIS is it, and we're all 'after' peace and happiness right? I remember when I was a hardcore seeker and how painful it can be, now I am stabilised in the peace and happiness I just want to help others however I can, that's all. I appreciate models and the theory but eventually, it all needs to be let go, then whatever you need will come back. P.S. I like SD as a model, it's awesome, I'm just not sure it's necessary for awakening that's all, as after all it is a psychological model, and was never intended to be used for Non-Duality. I don't know @V-8, but I've seen many like him before. All I wonder is if he is stabilised in peace and happiness, if he is I'm more than happy for him As I said, I have no issue with someone just because we disagree on certain aspects, that's called life. However, I don't appreciate people playing the superiority card and acting superior that is all, and I know beings established as what I call full Self-Realization would not do that, that is all. When you see everyone and everything as your self, how could you be superior to anyone? Sure you have more knowledge in some areas, as they do, but everyone is the Self, and everyone is you, and therefore, in essence I love everyone. Of course on the relative level distinctions and practicality has to be maintained though. actually @V-8 I have one question! I can’t remember exactly what you said, but you said something about you don’t think teaching is a good idea, why is that out of interest?

@Haumea2018 Well said as always. It is here, it is now it always was we just have to notice it. Meditation is a tool that helps us “notice” our background of awareness more and more and bring it to the foreground, until you realise it is the substance of absolutely everything, and suddenly the silence never leaves. is meditation the best tool ever for awakening? I think there’s better out there, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t meditate, it’s just meditation alone is unlikely to fully wake someone up unless one goes incredibly deep into it. But, meditation as part of your Sadhana is definitely recommended imo. It’s also great for many things
