  1. Sorry but I couldn't disagree more. Honestly, idc about Bitcoin, this is unpopular but I think BTC is simply just the first & the biggest, hence its popularity, its technology is still First-Gen & you're 100% it won't be used for payments and has deviated from Satoshi's original white paper of Peer-Peer Decentralized Cash& many see it as 'Digital gold' now. I'm more talking about a range of different Cryptos with Real World use cases, I don't have much of my portfolio in BTC & even from a gains standpoint it's already at $45k, to just 2x your money you're talking close to 100k BTC, whereas coins like ADA, DOT, LINK, ZIL, BCH, VET, THETA, TFUEL etc have much more chance of getting much greater gains in my opinion, some as close to 10x, compared to just the 10% you see from 'Index Fund Investing' which is great if you're already rich, but wil take a loooooooooooooooong time to make you rich. In terms of the bubble bursting, you're kind of right but this is where you need to do more research and you'll understand how the cycles work. It works in 4 year cycles based on BTC halving, and atm the market kinda lags behind BTC (for the most part, hopefully will change in coming decades), and the last halving was 11th May 2020, the 'Peak' of this cycle could be anywhere from Sept 2021-Sept 2022, each analyst has their own thoughts, but dates aren't really that important, what's important is this- If BTC goes up 100% in 7 days (or less) that is the signal for Euphoria in the markets, and time to take the rest of your profits, as this is what has happened in the previous cycles to indicate the 'peak.' Alt coins (every other coin) basically lags a month / two behind, like XRP going to $3 in the last cycle . You will never ever ever sell right at the top, and you should be taking profits anyways throughout, but the goal is to sell during Euphoria, and then wait for the inevitable retracement & build your bags during the bear market for the next Bull Market. @360_Trader on Twitter explains this FARR better than I can as well, it's his life's work lol, and you should see the messages he gets from people who were in Poverty, now financially free, millionaires from this cycle etc etc How you make money from it- Capital Gains like any investment- Remember if you're in the UK any profits you realize are taxed 20%. This is of course where the majority of gains are made. E.g. Invest 10k in BTC, it goes to 20k you make 10k- 8k after tax. (unless you become a resident of Portgual lmao) Staking- There's coins like ZILIQA you can stake on certain wallets and get interest, for example, with ZIL you get 15% per year, paid out daily & you also get GZIL so it's closer to 20%, this will go down as more people stake, so by next year will probs be more like 10%. Trading- I don't trade, occasionally swing trade, but that's with like a tiny % for fun, I'm always working on my businesses so don't have time to learn trading, nor do I want to atm. I started last year based on my business partners recommendations with BTC, Ethereum & Chainlink. That original investment has more than 5xed at this point, if only I put in more lmao. I started getting addicted to it end of December / start of January, and since that round of investing, without going into how much, I've roughly doubled my money again. I'm quite happy to accept risk as I'm only 21 so I get if you aren't, but to me, this is the greatest wealth transfer in history, and one of the best ways to become a Millionaire without investing for 40 years (of course have your retirement accounts set up through your Tax Free isa anyways, but that's a different discussion lmao) So, yeah, if you ask me if I think it's 'Risky' my answer is NO, considering we printed 25%+ of all $ in circulation last year, the USD is only backed by Debt, I think it's far more risky to leave lots of Cash laying around in central banks doing fuck all. I would also look into Silver & Gold. Once you realize how fucked and corrupt the system is, you stop seeing Fiat as the safe option, and see it as the true risky play, which I know can sound radical and something I would've never said a few months ago, but all the things with Wall Street Bets, Silver Squeeze, Stimulus Checks etc are starting to highlight the unreal levels of corruption in the global economy. Sorry for the super long answer, but quite a lot of what you said is exactly what I thought before delving deep into this the last few months, also, lastly on your point about being early- GOOD, that's exactly where you want to be. The early bird gets the worm as they say, and the best time to invest was 10 years ago, the second best time is now of course!
  2. One word if you wanna do ethical investing- CRYPTO. Still early in the Bull-Run imo. This shit is changing EVERY aspect of the world. Just look at Charles Hoskinson's life vision with Cardano essentially transforming Africa. Bitcoin Cash is making electronic payments MUCH easier VeChain is upgrading supply chain management through the use of the blockchain I'm so biased, but still, worth checking out, it's basically my second job at this point lmao
  3. Without even going into value for others, a talent like Music creation is something I always wish I had the talent for, it is almost like Self-Therapy for a lot of artists, and can be such a great form of expression even just as a hobby!
  4. This is beautiful, Music is the language of the Gods, I really like that! Who would! there's a kind of music for every occasion! Partying? Upbeat, fun music (not to mention Electronic / DnB etc) Happy? Plenty of music to fuel that Depressed? Plenty of music to express it Grief? Plenty of music to help you through it you get the point. You can't even put into words the value of great musicians and the impact they have on people's lives in sooooooooooooooo many ways If you're a truly great Musician / Writer / Athlete etc you're greatest service can often be sharing your talents with the world, it is the least selfish thing you can do paradoxically
  5. Bruhhhh, everyone has already said it but still MUSIC IS AMAZING! Musicians provide unlimited value as artists, they literally save lives with their music, inspire people, even are the fuel for teenagers to party to lol, the amount of value Artists like Musicians provide is priceless. Not to mention by doing what they love, they are spreading love & encouraging others to do what they love! Never underestimate the power of Artists- Musicians, Novelists, Painters, Creators etc!
  6. Just a phase, most go through it post-awakening Wait til you realize all life then becomes is a celebration & expression of this understanding & you get to enjoy the ride doing whatever you want! As Rupert Spira says- 'Love and do whatever you want!' although he's quoting someone, I just can't remember who. Remember, it's a celebration, enjoy it and try not to get stuck in Non-Dual Nihilism!
  7. This guy understands the markets & economic machine as well as anyone, DEFO a great resource!
  8. The LOC model of Ramaji & Ananda has always gotten a lot of flak on here from most, and I get how it can come across. For those who can’t relate to the numbers & what not, Rupert explains in this video how not all awakenings / Non-Dual teachers are talking about the highest truth, and in fact, most aren’t. It is essentially distilling 1000 into a 10 minute video, also has some nice points that not all awakened beings will end up as teachers, in fact the majority will carry on as “normal citizens”
  9. @VeganAwake So true, not sure why you’re getting so much backlash for this unless I’m missing something Pretty much every spiritual teacher would also recommend their students who suffer with mental illnesses to find specialists and do what is required As far as I’m aware so does Leo, I remember him explicitly saying so in a few videos?
  10. Couldn't agree more. People want the results without putting in the work, but don't realize the work & journey are where the real results are found. How do you think we can change this for future generations? Looking at the generation below me it seems to only be getting worse with the abuse of Instant Gratification only getting stronger, surely we have to reach a tipping point soon?
  11. @Phil777 Awakening only enhances these experiences & places even more. It means you go to them as a celebration of life & enjoyment, instead of as an escape for life and coming at it from a sense of lack. As you say, enjoy these events, the music, the people, the experience, and if you are going to use Drugs recreationally (including Alcohol in this) make sure to do so safely, sounds so cliché but less is more & the best experiences I had were on lower doses, if you feel the need to get 'completely fucked' every time you go out, it's probably an inclination something is wrong! So, in summary, life is for celebrating and enjoying, so go enjoy these events! Luckily you don't have to choose between the two, and in fact integrating spirituality just makes them wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more fun, at least in my experience
  12. Meh, I prefer Non-Duality where you find true, absolute happiness and then you can enjoy all the pleasures you want as an expression & celebration of this understanding instead of being dependent on them for happiness. For example, having Sex as a celebration of your connection with someone, instead of just a mutual masturbation with someone else to fill a void. Or drinking alone at night out of desperation, compared to going to the club / pub with your friends to have some fun & for the joy of it. This way your happiness is not dependent on outside factors or hedonistic pursuits, but you can still enjoy them without getting stuck in the spiral of addiction. All that matters to me is Happiness though, and I can tell you when you're depressed no amount of pleasure alone will fix it, it just provides band aids. The most ironic part of all is that when you are actually happy you can enjoy these 'Hedonistic' pursuits 10000x more as they are coming from a place of fullness, instead of lack.
  13. @BlackMaze You're right and that us why my publishing company are actually going to publish 3 audiobooks & books going over the basics of Crypto / Bitcoin, how to get started investing & then finally a trading book for those interested. I can give you a free copy when they come out in a few months if you remind ,me! If I'm not allowed to do this the mods can remove the post
  14. Honestly, YouTubers are my fave resources, and videos explaining each project to help you understand coins you're interested in
  15. @BlackMaze This for investing in particular or building wealth?
  16. Crypto, learn EVERYTHING YOU CAN! I recommend YouTubers like: Crazy4Cryptos AltCoinsDaily JRNY Crypto and twitter- 360 Trader (called the XRP dump, very level headed)
  17. Thought this could be an interesting thread, what is a 'radical' take you have (regarding society, economics & politics) that you think would actually work & benefit society? Mine is that individual Economic & Financial education in the modern day is far more beneficial than advocating for systemic change that will take decades, if not centuries. It will also benefit society more in the short term if the majority of citizens were financially literate. For example, take 2 18 year olds. One educates, starts a business, invests for 3 decades, becomes wealthy, offers great value to society & actually has resources to help at least on a local level& inspire some change. One dedicates their life to social change & activism for those 3 decades, has an average job & salary and doesn't have any real resources to make any kind of changes. This opinion arose from seeing endless politics & economic debates on Twitter, TikTok & even on here. I guess in a nutshell, it's also be the change you want to see. I'm not saying don't advocate for change etc, I'm just saying debating online everyday isn't going to get you that far & probs isn't going to make much of a difference in the grand scheme of things. What's your 'radical' viewpoints?
  18. @Nahm Amazing explanation & you’re right, desire creates semantic issues & is usually associated with attempting to fulfil that illusory separate self & sense of lack “outside of ourselves!” I loved your explanation as the answer being God, and then to use the law of attraction from a place of love to create our dream reality!! @aurum thank you for those great points!! I will definitely mull on all of those
  19. “Profit is theft” is a Communist principle, they believe profit is a result of Exploitation of labour, but yes, I do disagree with that statement. Yes, you are correct that is my values, and as such how I run my own company, and I personally don’t see myself as exploiting workers for making profit. If one wished to run their business in a way where all profit from the Labour was equally distributed, or in a way all the workers agreed on (like a Co-Op) I would have no issue with that, and certainly wouldn’t see it as sinful. Yeah, I’m not basing this from a capitalist viewpoint, and I tend to Skew left on most policies & values & I am certainly not saying all of Marxism should be ignored / discarded?
  20. @Preety_India sorryyyy, this one I think the biggest change is desiring / manifesting not to fulfil a lack & quote on quote “fill the void” but instead comes from a place of happiness & love, so is done for the fun & joy of it, and because YOU, the absolute, want to experience it! @Nahm if you can chime In how desire arises post awakening & how the “law of attraction” / creating our own dream reality works! P.S. when’s the book gonna be available! @Leo Gura Lmao, had a feeling you’d say this
  21. Love these ones! Recently brought grounding mats & sheets and LOVE them, can’t wait til summer so I can walk around like a crazy hippie barefoot lmao. Bottom 3 I think we would be lucky to see this Millenia, how would you replace money? 1) I would argue differently. Based on the law of abundance, which I’ll link a Francis Lucille video as he explains better than me. I would agree though, that “tendering to” your inner world first is highly advantageous for the combination of creating wealth consciously, instead of from a place of lack & without much love. So, imo, more conscious beings creating wealth, means more conscious use of wealth gradually & as long as one isn’t simply hoarding wealth in a bank (most rich people would never, ever do this) I think it can be productive. 2) Agree with this, but probably not for the same reason. Well, firstly it already does lose value due to inflation. Like if you just kept £100 under the mattress since 1980, it would be worth a lot less now. But, yes, this encourages spending / investing which benefits the economy & also helps the flow of money & works in line with a Kabbalist principle of “Receiving for the sake of sharing.” 3) I disagree as I don’t see a viable way of it being funded personally, I agree with the principle, just not sure UBI is the best solution to meet everyone’s basic needs.
  22. I would actually agree massively that workers & “labor” needs to be compensated more fairly in a variety of ways, but I just don’t think it is as simple as “all profit is theft.” Yes, I’m only 21, but in my brief experience of being both an Employee & running a business, I can say with certainty, the majority of times, the owner deserves to be compensated more than the employees, I do agree that the disparity is currently too much, I think that is obvious to everyone, but, I don’t subscribe to the Marxist viewpoint of profit = theft of someone else’s Labour, just like I don’t agree that “landlords are parasites” fully, but see it as a partial truth & of course, the current system is not perfect. I believe everyone in Company X should benefit as Company X grows, just not from a Marxist viewpoint. Although, if you believe in that & subscribe to that, Worker Co-Ops are a viable option & I know Some Video Games companies have gone down that route, as well as many others. I agree, the Left / Right divide only makes things worse, as modern politics is akin to just subscribing to an ideology & locking in deeper & deeper, which is of course what Leo warns against in the ideology video, for any ideology. I do see your points though & I am enjoying discussing them. I think a discussion we need to have is how we make working conditions fairer without the simplicity of “you must be a socialist / communist!!!” Argument.
  23. @SOUL I completely agree we need both, and I am of course promoting conscious wealth creation, I thought that was obvious, I’m not promoting to go and open a McDonalds to become a millionaire ? I more meant, don’t use collective, societal long term growth as a way to bypass on life if you get me and be a reason to generate negative beliefs in certain areas? That’s all! And, of course on a more relative level, taking care of our survival needs, frees up time & energy to focus on quote on quote “higher” pursuits. And, yes sadly, lots of the wealthiest people aren’t necessarily the most conscious, I just don’t see it as an absolute either way. To me, Money = energy (yes I know it sounds very Napoleon Hill, Secret, etc) and therefore, is neutral and up to us how we create & utilise it. But, I was intrigued by your points, as I admit I do hold some views that would be regarded as Pragmatic for sure, but of course all my opinions are dynamic and if I was alive in the year 2500 & the average person was much more conscious some of the more “idealist” philosophies & ideas would be what I’d suggest. I just don’t see a lot of them as viable right now, if you get me?
