My spiritual/ health contemplations bring time toward Qigong, the Tao, Chinese medicine and living in harmony with the energy of spring. I will be creating a spring routine this weekend for my channel as well as a few others. One of the ways we can live in harmony with spring is to make new social connections, start new hobbies and spend plenty of time in nature. We can stretch and do lots of Qigong, working on harmonizing the 5 elements but with a focus on the wood element and liver. The liver controls the flow of Qi, and we want it to be healthy as our energy begins to increase with the coming of summer. This is also a good time for spring cleaning, new beginnings, and clarity of vision, creativity and allowing and embracing change. Ive started a men’s walking group that I just ran successfully this morning. I Will grow and cultivate the group through spring and summer. It was obvious in the group how lonely people are and how much they enjoyed the session. 🌅 I am continuing my study of Cosmic Nutrition:

Lee recommended this book in the Yin and Yang Qigong workshop I completed this morning. May order it in April or may. The Yin/ Yang Qigong workshop and the Yin/Yang style of Qigong Lee has developed is very enjoyable and harmonizing. I enjoy movements as well as the mindset/ yin Yang theory. I think applying this concept into my practice going forward will make a big difference

@Nivsch They probably do which is why they are. Israel is the occupying Palestine, which is a small poor area of land. Hamas doesn't have the power to fight in any other way which is unfortunate. You obviously will end up dealing with that type of conflict. Perhaps, in order to defeat this kind of enemy it's a messy process in which many civilians die. Just don't expect the whole world to back that type of response. People hate to see civilians dying.

@Nivsch Some people may say "Great, keep letting Israeli keep killing Palestinian civilians.. bla bla bla" It's a conflict... ah, of course you folks are in conflict with your views.

I find this way of thinking confusing. I know even after having awakenings that Maya is generally what I exist in. So, of course I want to develop knowledge and skills to be happy in my Maya, and not miserable in it.

The idea of you getting back at this guy should cause you to reflect on your own character. You think being nasty to a nasty person is going to make them sweet like morning flowers? Nah, Shitting on the floor is always gonna smell like shit no matter who does it. Instead, is there a way to use that shit to grow a field of flowers?

There should be a health fear of pregnancy. Use condoms and don't be afraid to ask if she is on the pill. Use common sense. Protect your sex. Boyooooo and there ya go If a condom falls off, don't be afraid to have that uncomfortable conversation around something like Plan B medication.
