@Princess Arabia Thanks for sharing.

Make sure to only take over the counter herbs and donβt self prescribe TCM. Some herbs like basic nervines, bitters and adaptigens can be consumed without prescription but be wary of going deep into herbs without proper training and professional guidance. Make sure to consult a traditional Chinese medicine doctor or herbalist if you have specific health concerns.

For your liver I would look into Dandelion, Milk Thistle, and Stinging Nettle. Spring is related to the liver in Chinese medicine, so now is a good time to look into it and try them. I defintely recommend Roasted Dandelion root tea for your liver health, and stinging nettle leaf tea. I haven't tried milk thistle but saw it on a shelf saying it was for liver function.

@Myioko I forgive him and know he is a good person. He can take accountability and improve. He can have a beautiful girl in his life in a meaningful way. Give it time.

@Schizophonia Well, try and find out. Works for me and millions of others. Stress can be reduced in many ways. Actually Lee Holden once mentioned heavy metal relaxes some. Music is one way, gentle exercise definitely works.

@Salvijus Are you doing anything herbal for spring/ summer specifically? Did a little research and decided to buy Siberian Ginseng to my daily herbs.
-
@Salvijus Nice to hear, Iβll have to look into ginseng. I wonder if he means postnatal Qi and not synthetic I like that you talk about Energetic Herbalism as well. I am listening to an audiobook on it:

@Schizophonia Do you smoke Cannabis?
-
@Schizophonia Do you actually have Schizoprenia? It can be risky to practice Qigong if you do. I would focus on only doing light practice, relaxation, etc. I think this may be a great routine before bed
-
@Schizophonia It's also a good time of year to start drinking Dandelion tea.
-
@Schizophonia Of course I don't know your exact symptoms. I would reconsider looking at your nutrition, and I would start a regular Qigong practice focusing on purging, relaxing and calming. I have plenty of good routines on my channel. Some other great channels to check out are: 1. Nick Loffree 2. Qigong with Kseny 3. YoQi 4. Holden Qigong 5. Qigong for Vitality 6. White Tiger Qigong I would do Qigong for sleep and healing sounds: Focus right now on purging and circulating Qi.

I've been more and more conscious recently of separating myself from Leo's opinions and views and really carving out my own path as a Qigong teacher. As a young man I was easily influenced and sort of looking up to him. Of course, I take a lot of his teachings into my embodiment. Sometimes I would find myself thinking "but leo does like xyz" Now I am not ef that, I like xyz and I am gonna do my own thing. Leo doesn't like breathwork, meditaion, Qigong but I love these things and want to deepen my understanding and practice/ building my business. I am my own unique person and creating my own unique thing. Leo, as far as I can tell has no interest in Qigong (missing out bra) You needa find your own you. The one thing I especially do like, is the idea of building a catalogue of Qigong videos and courses that are world class helping people to have less stress, more energy and live lives of super health.
