  1. When I walk through my city I see old people, young people, plenty of poor and homeless people, and it’s almost a chaos. I see now that this is humanity. We are all sort of lost. I see now more clearly the importance of appreciating what I do have.
  2. @Ramanujan Take the Life Purpose and your vision as the driving force, and the why for what you do everyday. Do this even if your survival isn’t doing exactly what you want right now. Focus on growing yourself as a person, and making small progress each day toward building your foundation. Learn to enjoy the small things in life and don’t stress yourself out too much by trying to do everything at once. Develop self compassion, patience and focus on growing yourself into a more mature, stable and generally capable person. Invest each day into developing your skills. Even if you can work on your purpose 30 minutes to an hour a day that can motivate you. Accept where you are and the challenges you are facing. Be patient, and persistent. Develop a loving heart, a clear mind, and be flexible. Write out a 5 year plan and update it and refer to it often as things change and adjust.
  3. This is a question worth questioning. Lungs and kidneys are both equal that without them you die. But, they are asymmetrical. Stage green fantasy of equal outcome is a big error.
  4. @Aether Phoenix Sounds like a panic attack. Why are you speaking to a friend for 3 hours when your wife needs you? If the panic attack and her being upset with you happened at the same time, and she was extremely upset you could have been picking up on her emotions and energy. Sounds like you could spend some time focusing on that relationship and being there for her. The panic attack and your wife’s anger don’t seem like separate things related to awakening or schizophrenia. But, that was my take.
  5. Cool book. Recommend.
  6. Do you have a genital massage routine? Mantak Chia has many you can try.

  8. It all came down today There′s not much left to say We sit alone and stare Hotel rooms in nowhere But we're climbing back up to the mountain top Climing to that mountain top Call it what you want, Call it all punk rock Up on the mountain top Baby baby baby say "don′t you stop" Up on the mountain top Call it what you want, Call it all punk rock Up on that mountain top. There's rain in Tokyo Somewhere we lost that soul Some things get lost and soaked And some things might just get old But we're climbing back up to the mountain top Climing to the mountain top Call it what you want, Call it all punk rock Up on the mountain top Baby baby baby say "don′t you stop" Climbing up that mountain top Call it what you want, Call it all punk rock Up on that mountain top And now comes horizon Hey! So we′re climbing back up to the mountain top Climing up that mountain top Call it what you want, Call it all punk rock Up on that mountain top. Baby baby baby say "don't you stop" Climbing up that mountain top Call it what you want, Call it all punk rock Up on that mountain top
  9. Acupressure and healing sounds is great in the evening.
  10. This year I will socialize and meet women. I socialized a lot this summer. But, the planting camps were mostly guys. I grew a lot this summer. I’m in a good place. But, I wanna be in a relationship.
  11. As a leader, or whatever taking feedback is key.
  12. 1.I have watched all of not most of all Leo’s videos 2. I haven’t taken written notes but contemplate and apply a lot of what has been said. For example, building a common place books, asking powerful questions, and I’ve completed all the life purpose course work. I think I can improve on this and I know I can do better doing the exercises Leo has provided. That being said, I know listening to and contemplating the videos how I have has had a deep impact in my maturity and approach to life. 3. I have started the books list and am working through it. It’s a great list of books that dovetail nicely with Leo’s videos and has helped me deepen and mature my understanding of a lot of the videos. Not even just the books themselves but the types of books, and other books by the authors on the booklist. 4. I do consider myself serious about self actualization. I am actively pursuing my life purpose and having an impact on the world. I am building a strong and holistic life infrastructure. I know there is much growth to be had. That being said I have grown and matured immensely over the years. The roots of the bamboo are taking hold. 5. For me what draws me to Leo’s work is life purpose, mastering my psychology and habits and building a powerful life. I like that Leo shares traps, and tips on how to build a profound and deep life. I am drawn to depth and breadth. I am drawn toward understanding truth to its own sake and developing a powerful, spiritual and rich life. 6. I have taken the life purpose course. Plan to review the self assessments soon. 7. I am struggling with the Politics aspect of his teachings lately. It’s a lot to handle and sometimes brings a sense of doom and gloom and helplessness. I have to remind myself to let go and focus on my sphere of influence. Really, I’d like to think less about politics and big picture for the next year or two while I build my business.
  13. Let’s Begin a discussion on applying Leo’s teachings when we interact and discuss matters on the forum. Leo’s work is complex and sprawling and it’s unclear who here even watches the episodes to completion. However, it is clear while reading through the forum that very little is being applied, or even explored actively on the forum. Here are some questions for you: 1. Have you watched all of Leo’s videos? 2. Do you take notes when watching Leo’s videos? Do you contemplate the points made from the videos? 3. Have you read or started reading the booklist? 4. Do you consider yourself serious in self actualisation work? 5. What about Leo’s work in particular do you find interesting and useful. It’s apparent to me that due to the sprawling nature of the work you may not be interested in certain subjects. 6. Have you taken the life purpose course and are you working towards your life purpose? 7. What subjects does Leo talk about that you are struggling with right now? I’d like to see more discussion on the forum of Leo’s work, or more of it being applied here. I’d like to see more maturity and earnest interest in personal growth, spiritual development and application of Actualized principles.
  14. @bmcnicho Hey, that is good to hear. This inspires and remind me to look over my stuff and redo the assessments as well.
  15. @UnbornTao
  16. External reality is a social construct. Social constructs are constructs of mind. The past and future is a construct of mind. Other is a construct of self.
  17. My sleep is super messed up right now. I think it’s from quitting cannabis. I’m feeling great, but have this insomnia. I think in a week or two it’ll improve. I’ll be embodying greater evening routine and discipline as well around sleep.
  18. These tips are very similar to Taoist ideas.
  19. Kamala Harris is an inspiring woman. An inspiring person.
  20. No, he deserves even more. You are ignorant and foolish on this topic. He has no idea how to be president, is extremely corrupt and has done extreme damage to the collective psyche of the United States. Those who worked closely with him have sounded the alarm that he is the most dangerous man in the world right now.
