  1. Wow! Fascinating book!
  2. Except when it accesses these things directly haha Who taught/ created the AI?
  3. A lot of the worlds conflict and toxicity stem from a lack of awareness of these biases, the traps they create and ascribing untrue reasons to the negative impacts of these biases, ie blaming others. Obviously this statement I am making up is wrapped through the diagram.
  4. @Davino I like his warmth and laughter and I’d like to develop that. Or grow it beyond where I am.
  5. I am generally familiar with these cognitive biases. It’s cool seeing them all together. Working on offices I see these all the time. People have no clue the depth of the water they swim in and are stuck at low energy levels they can’t even objectively work on these things.
  6. Some of these cognitive biases are double edged in that if you build a mental model with them you could block yourself off from truth so be careful on how you apply them.
  7. Holy shit the staggering level of my ignorance.
  8. Through all the darkness, confusion and cold. Shines a light of which you behold. In your heart it glows and glows. A love which commits to the end. Young and old… For all humans, The Friend.
  9. I have found nausea is rare for me and I don’t use it on a regular basis. Though, it was very common early on. I do think it’s not healthy to use regularly from just observing how I felt when I had.
  10. All we can do is live our own lives, grown from our own experiences and develop wisdom through experience if we choose to.
  11. @ExploringReality Shamanic Breathing isn’t grounding it can really make you less grounded especially at first… @witpo44 Sounds like a strange experience. Hard to say.
  12. Holy Basil tea is a great relaxing tea for contemplation and reading.
  13. Dune 2 is really good. So was that Mocking Jay movie.
  14. Neat book
  15. Recorded four more routines for my subscription launch. Had a really good time.
  16. It’ll take practice. But, I’m doing well overall today.
  17. I’m cutting out more and more distractions. I am doubling down on creative output.
  18. When I walk through my city I see old people, young people, plenty of poor and homeless people, and it’s almost a chaos. I see now that this is humanity. We are all sort of lost. I see now more clearly the importance of appreciating what I do have.
  19. @Ramanujan Take the Life Purpose and your vision as the driving force, and the why for what you do everyday. Do this even if your survival isn’t doing exactly what you want right now. Focus on growing yourself as a person, and making small progress each day toward building your foundation. Learn to enjoy the small things in life and don’t stress yourself out too much by trying to do everything at once. Develop self compassion, patience and focus on growing yourself into a more mature, stable and generally capable person. Invest each day into developing your skills. Even if you can work on your purpose 30 minutes to an hour a day that can motivate you. Accept where you are and the challenges you are facing. Be patient, and persistent. Develop a loving heart, a clear mind, and be flexible. Write out a 5 year plan and update it and refer to it often as things change and adjust.
  20. This is a question worth questioning. Lungs and kidneys are both equal that without them you die. But, they are asymmetrical. Stage green fantasy of equal outcome is a big error.
