  1. @Village I agree you can get water from those things. But getting water from milk and blood is like smoking to get oxygen. Anyway, I think that is just nasty man. Nothing wrong with fresh spring water, or properly filtered water. I am sure sparkling water is fine, but I don't think its better than clean, properly mineralized water. Your gonna get a lot of toxins from milk and especially blood. You are not a vampire, supposed to live of milk (which is basically just blood/puss anyway) and blood.
  2. Might get this one. I have a couple more hours of research before I get one. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07Q47KNMT?psc=1&th=1&linkCode=gs2&tag=spottingsco0d-20
  3. @StarStruck I know right.... I don't think I can get one installed here. The under the counter ones are a bit cheaper. So, it might be the best I can do. I know that my health, my brain and tissues, nervous system etc are worth it. I am pretty sure my water here in Canada is better than much of the US and my area of Canada is especially high quality. Yet, I want to purify and operate at the highest level. That aint gonna happen without an investment. My health it worth it. And if it lasts 5-10 years it is worth it. I have more research to do. The filters are expensive but similar price to buying the water jugs I buy over a year, minus the lifting and lugging and plastic.
  4. @Virtus You do you. Leo's work is about becoming a massive value provider and powerful creator. Nothing wrong with being an athlete, and you can definitely make the works a better place. However, you have to become a competitor and sports are generally a low conscious affair.
  5. @Leo Gura Still in early phase of research and understanding. I have access to a free distiller. For others here is an article on Distilled Vs RO water: https://tapitwater.com/reverse-osmosis-vs-distilled-water/ Reverse osmosis looks the best There seems to be a lot of procurement considerations like price and availability of filters. Here is the KFLOW I am considering to buy next week: https://www.amazon.ca/KFLOW-Drinking-Filter-Purifier-Kitchen/dp/B07H6CSP5Y/ref=pd_di_sccai_3?pd_rd_w=SNsRg&pf_rd_p=e92f388e-b766-4f7f-aac1-ee1d0056e8fb&pf_rd_r=H6AM3TYPNN1NDGMZCVZA&pd_rd_r=18ef844a-77a8-42e8-aa26-164ecc818786&pd_rd_wg=ZmzQy&pd_rd_i=B07H6CSP5Y&th=1 I will need an over the counter one, so far can't find one that remineralizes. I will buy the MAYU minerals and remineralize it myself.
  6. @Kalki Avatar God is Nothing. But, The deepest awakening is infnite Love. Waking up to nothing isn't the deepest. You know, How are you gonna know anything is true? Is Leo right the love is the deepest? How would you know? Are other people right that nothingness is the deepest? How would you know? Do you even know the difference between nothingness or infinite love? What is God's absolute perspective on itself? Its is really nothing? surely the fundamental building blocks are nothingness. But, It's LOVE. ahhaha find out for yourself.
  7. @Jacob Morres Me as well I am looking at this right now reverse osmosis... Might be able to afford it next week... https://www.amazon.ca/KFLOW-Drinking-Filter-Purifier-Kitchen/dp/B07H6CSP5Y/ref=pd_di_sccai_3?pd_rd_w=SNsRg&pf_rd_p=e92f388e-b766-4f7f-aac1-ee1d0056e8fb&pf_rd_r=H6AM3TYPNN1NDGMZCVZA&pd_rd_r=18ef844a-77a8-42e8-aa26-164ecc818786&pd_rd_wg=ZmzQy&pd_rd_i=B07H6CSP5Y&th=1 my only concern is the plastic in the loading bay
  8. @Leo Gura What if you add in your own minerals? I was hoping to distill water then add in minerals. OR, I have been. Doesn't reverse osmosis do the same thing to minerals? removing them? Good to know distilled water pulls shit from plastic. I am still saving up and studying about a good filtration system. I think reverse osmosis makes the most sense. But, I thought distilling the water and remineralizing it would work and be safe.
  9. Definitely worth researching how to adequately filter your water.
  10. @Loving Radiance Hey, why did you link that book ahaha
  11. This is really good. I actually might make a study list here for school and I will put this on it. Its really fun, light. Its a jam for sure! Feedback on Song Bird: @aurum Thanks that is really great feedback. I will note to check my vocal levels, And yeah It's kind of a rough take but I felt like it added some how. I will make more polished work as I go forward. @Hello from Russia That is great feedback. I have been working on this, and I think I can really make them more powerful in the future. Thank you!@Loving Radiance Sweet, thanks so much. And great recommendation I am going to give it a read/ listen. Thanks everyone! Looking forward to seeing other peoples works here too!
  12. I definitely didn't know I was God until 5meo I didn't really resonate with this. I reality this goes pretty deep and you can be more of less God like. Everything IS God. You are God whether you know it or like it or not. But there is a difference between being part of God, and being awakened and God like.
  13. @aurum Thanks for adding that in. That is so amazing isn't it? This structure exists not only in popular music but in films too! wow
  14. For me creating music was one of the most challenging and spiritually rewarding things I ever did. It's cool when people respond to your music, or when you get a new fan, or when you create something new. There are so many elements to it. I've been trying to figure out life. I think the mastery of music and deliberate practice over a life time will be instrinsically rewarding. There are a LOT of good artists out there and I want to make something special. Could take me 3 or 4 more projects, but I believe I can get there. Especially with spiritual purification, deliberate practice and a solid financial and mental health. I don't really care if its 'good' music. I want to be moved, to be shown something new, to learn about reality, to be guided somewhere new through the music. To me Jose Gonzalez and Arcadefire did that for me. Lots of other bands too of course in their own way. It's an amazing thing music exists.
  15. @Gili Trawangan Audio book I shard in this thread This being said, it doesn't replace mastery or guaranty success. There is a lot of elements that go into a successful music career. It will at least help you make music you love which it has for me! I am still on my early mastery process, in music, spirituality, business, spirituality and life in general. Give it time.
  16. Here is the authors youtube channel - Holistic Song Writing https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLtD67ljlaeXQMV4sb-YzNA
  17. This song is Addiction formula bang on.. Yet, no seduction etc. Its less about the content, and more about structure. The addiction formula is a structure game. You can write very deep and profound music using the addiction forumula. Your songs could even be 10 minutes long. Don't get caught up in content. This is about structure. The addiction formula is a set of concepts, principles, skills, mindsets, rules of thumb, techniques etc. Its basically a set of structure and tools you can use in your own creative way. It's actually a very freeing process because it gives you tools and concepts, and cuts out a lot of wasted time. Like I said, pretty much ANY song you like uses concepts from it. It's not a 'how to sound like everyone else forumula' and a 'How to make songs, using your own voice and taste that people will actually listen to' formula. This formula got me playing festivals. So, you do you. Also, you haven't read or listened to the audiobook, so becareful speaking out your ass. You can write whatever songs you want, but if you want to be commercial you gotta dress the part. Arcadefire has no real genre, and they aren't overly poppy yet, they use this formula as well. It works. No girl gonna dance with you if you look like a bum. This whole album is about the heros journey, war, fear, spiritual persuits, waking up in america to the pains and sufferings of the world and transcending it all and becoming a lighthouse. Not shallow. But, addictive.
  18. Lol, I've had a few "Thank you leo... omg thank you Leo... " moments on trips lol
  19. @How to be wise Ego is a term with a lot of baggage and uses and interpretations, You aren't gonna get rid of the ego completely. Its too important for survival. You can let the aspects that cause suffering die, and there fore make it more healthy. There is a difference between an neurotic, selfish, ugly, evil ego and one that is more loose, fluid, open, healthy, mature, loving etc But, no one doesn't have an ego.
  20. @Carl-Richard I wouldn't take it serisouly like a drug addiction. The addiction forumula makes songs fun. Chances are 99% of the songs you've heard on the radio or just enjoy in general use it.
  21. I find reading to be a lot better for deep learning, also note taking and contemplating while reading can make it even deeper. Audiobooks are great for walks or waiting for the bus. I like Headway for microbooks and I use the apple books app for audiobooks
  22. The addiction formula makes songs way funner cuz they are addictive and don't suck
  23. information economy is huge. It's the new oil. Information is king.
  24. @Gili Trawangan I feel the same way. Though, I am putting my time right now into becoming a massive value provider over the next 5-10 years so I can put maximum time into music, poetry and spirituality.
  25. I love music too, but personally I spend maybe 15 dollars a month on music if I am honest
