  1. I’ve learned never to argue with you about anything. Even if I am not arguing you will argue with me.
  2. 1. What if what is true feels uncomfortable, or what if it requires critical thinking? 2. Animals have instincts that’s not really intuition
  3. @Salvijus I don’t get it what are you arguing?
  4. Perhaps enlightened to a degree… but unwell. Perhaps there is more practical work to be done for your happiness.
  5. @TruthFreedom We tend to over estimate our level of awakening. Awakening isn’t the only aspect of human existence. If you study Integral Metatheory by Ken Wilbur in his book Towards a Radical Wholeness and Leo’s video on developing happiness maybe that would give you some maps and models. Awakening is important, but a sober mind and well developed life is the foundation for lasting happiness.
  6. @aurum it’s probably not a winning or losing kinda thing but health in general. Like Leo says, ideology is limited. Each of these diets are not robust and holistic enough likely as nutrition isn’t well understood. I like Bryan Johnson’s approach of referring to the data, and the Toaist approach about balance.
  7. US government now owns 50% of TikTok which is back online…?
  8. @Golem Hm, you are a new member are you?
  9. @Aaron p It is haha. It's a nice beard.
  10. @ConsciousMan The beard is the first step in being a sage for sure . You know what they say about big beards.
  11. @Buck Edwards Is it cool to use random girls pictures like that?
  12. @James123 10 Grams it a dangerous amount for a lot of people man. That is a lot of mushrooms! If it works for you and you know it that is fine. Just be careful because each strain has a different potency and you can easily 10x the strength. Don't assume Mushrooms are the same at 5meodmt though. You may be in for a rude awakening.
  13. Not really the same thing at all. If you watch a trip report it may open your intellectual mind, or imagination. But, it's not trip or altered state.
  14. I am reviewing my life balance areas and journaling today. Here is a list of questions I generated with chatgpt. Here’s a list of reflective questions for each of your life balance areas. These can guide you in identifying what you’ve been doing well, what hasn’t been working, and what you want to keep doing: 1. Health Am I prioritizing physical activity, rest, and proper nutrition? How consistent have I been with habits that support my physical and mental health? Am I addressing any stress or physical discomfort in a proactive way? How well am I managing my energy levels? What specific actions have contributed to my overall well-being? 2. Finances Am I tracking my income and expenses regularly? Have I made progress toward my financial goals, such as saving, investing, or paying off debt? Am I living within my means or overspending in certain areas? Have I been proactive in seeking ways to increase my income? Am I prioritizing financial education and understanding? 3. Career Am I feeling fulfilled and motivated in my current work? Have I made progress toward my short-term and long-term career goals? Am I actively learning or developing skills to advance my career? What challenges or roadblocks have I faced, and how have I responded? Am I building a strong network of connections in my field? 4. Personal Development Am I regularly challenging myself to grow intellectually, emotionally, or creatively? Have I made time for learning, reading, or pursuing personal interests? Am I setting and reviewing personal goals effectively? What have I done to build self-awareness and emotional resilience? Have I embraced opportunities to step outside my comfort zone? 5. Relationships Am I showing up authentically and meaningfully in my relationships? Have I been communicating openly and effectively with those close to me? Am I nurturing relationships that matter most and setting boundaries where necessary? Are there any relationships I’ve neglected or could improve? Have I celebrated or expressed gratitude for the people in my life? 6. Spirituality Am I making time to connect with my inner self or a higher power? How aligned do I feel with my values and purpose? Have I been practicing mindfulness, meditation, or prayer consistently? What inspires or uplifts me spiritually, and am I pursuing it enough? How do I approach challenges from a spiritual perspective? 7. Recreation Have I been making time for hobbies or activities I enjoy? Am I prioritizing leisure and fun as a part of my routine? How balanced is my time between work and play? Are there new experiences or interests I’d like to explore? Am I allowing myself moments of spontaneity and joy? 8. Community Involvement Am I contributing to causes or communities I care about? Have I been connecting with people outside of my personal circle? What opportunities have I had to give back or volunteer, and have I taken them? Am I fostering a sense of belonging in my community? Have I explored ways to make a positive impact in the world around me?
  15. Okay, that is fair enough. I think he generally just says look at the Data. Note, he hasn't claimed he would be healthier if he ate meat too though. He doesn't really get into the debate. Haha, even then he takes collegen peptides from animal source. So, I am open to correcting my understanding on this. Thanks for pointing to where I was wrong. I personally eat omnivore. Though, I rarely eat meat. I do eat lots of eggs haha.
  16. @The Crocodile Don't call others "bad people" just because they don't agree with you.
  17. 8 Grams is a lot of mushrooms generally, assuming common strength. Also, 5meodmt and DMT and mushrooms are all very unique....
  18. @Leo Gura My old coworker would say that 3 times a day and it drove me nuts.
  19. Please note this is an old thread, might not even be worth keeping on?
