Haha the arrogance of this post -
My biggest emotional healling work now will be in intimate relationships. I am contemplating how to go about this. If I am dating a new person I can expect them to understand my trauma. It’s confusing for me, accepts my mind and body deeply. My self deceptions becomes deepened, I feel petty, confused, I wobble back and forth between being vulnerable and closed. My ability to trust is low. I can’t see the person I’m dating clearly. I then close off, feel shame and embarrassed and end the relationship. It’s a pattern.

Reading the book Cosmic Nutrition by Mantak Chia found this quote ”The Oneness (Wu Chi) splits and becomes two. These two are the poles and energies of yin and Yang. They emerge continuously from this point within the expanse of infinity as a result of the endless movement within the primal sea. By their combination and interplay, the yin and Yang give rise to all forms that inhabit the world of the relative universe. Thus, all antagonistic complimentary dualisms of the phenomenal world are but the two faces of the front and the back of one ultimate reality”. Wow, Chinese medicine has quite the epistemic foundation.

It’s a combination of thinking, feeling, observing, allowing, forgiving, physically moving, staying still, etc Your thoughts and emotions create each other so you sort of gotta do both. Some of my biggest growth has been a combination for hiking and feeling and reading books lie Byron Katie and others

Your true self can't really suffer. It can only suffer in relative ways. As in, imagining it is human. -

Thanks for sharing guys. I did some research I think I will use Cera ve in morning and evening and sunscreen during the day. I of course am taking a holistic approach to longevity including nutrition, fitness, emotional wellness, rest and sleep.

I haven’t tried this yet, but my first thought is… what a scam non-stick pans are for health, environment etc if people only knew how to use their pan.
-
@OBEler I wouldn’t use it for sleep it’s pretty yang

You could try a Chinese medicine doctor for a different opinion. A lot of people poopoo Chinese medicine but it’s actually a pretty good system. They can solve many things western science can’t.

@Jason Actualization looks like that’s for hands and feet. I don’t have a problem with really dry skin. Just want to start a skincare routine for face.

@Sabth Ohhhhh Totally thought you were a guy as well. Well, whats different about you and your sister? I still think you can do more than you are allowing yourself. You aren't a victim, take your time and you will figure out a new chapter of your life.

@Thought Art asked chat GPT there is a difference

@Thought Art I think the Cera ve is better value actually, just realized how small the Bulldog products are. But, now I am wondering if the cleanser is hydrating why buy a moisturizer?

@oldhandle I'll let you figure that out. I get what you wanna do. It's up to you how you go about doing it. Figure out what you can do ethically and legally.
